Sorry if I come accross as a killjoy here or narky. It’s not my intent.

The truth is we can ask questions for which we can never know the answer for.
Like he question answered here. Please note that I am not going at the poster of the question.

I myself have looked at questions that there doesn’t seem to be an answer for. Then I have become fixated on that.
”There must be an answer”

The potential here is to lose the bigger picture.

So with regard to the post here.

Why did Adam sin?
I have no idea.

whats the bigger picture?

When Adam sinned we find God saying

Genesis 3:15
15 And I will put enmity
Between you and the woman,
And between your seed and her Seed;
He shall bruise your head,
And you shall bruise His heel.”

The bigger picture is that Adam sinned, God has a plan to restore us back to him. And that’s through Jesus.

I suppose what I am trying to say is that there is nothing wrong with asking a question but not be fixated if there is not an answer but the grace of God should be the answer.

He searched for Adam even knowing what he has done.
Then he clothes them
Precisely we can speculate on this sort of topic for years but finding out the origin of sin is not to be our fixation, the point made in the bible is that sin was set in motion by satan but Adam was the one who got officially charged with said sin,and all the generation there after including us are under that sin until we accept Jesus as saviour and serve him, then the old sin of adam is not upon us,and though we undoubtedly still sin at some point through Jesus we are saved from sin.

Adam’s sin was he was a follower and not a leader.
that's not a sin,a sin is something you do whether intentionally or unintentionally that is wicked to some degree,Adam being a follower to God was not being wicked,it was only after disobeying God that he sinned,For remember God is our leader not man,so therefore if we aren't a leader then God is the leader so that cannot be classified as sin, king Saul was a leader but it was only from his disobedience that he sinned just the same as adam.

Basically, the general consensus among men all the way back to Adam, that if it weren't for Eve, Adam wouldn't have sinned, which implies, therefore, that it must be God's fault for giving Him Eve in the first place.

This was actually Adam's defense before God. "The woman whom YOU GAVE ME..."

Romans 5:14 Nevertheless death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over them that had not sinned after the similitude of Adam's transgression, who is the figure of him that was to come.

Something about Adam's sin made him different and a figure of Jesus Christ. Adam was not deceived. He knew what he was doing. Let's compare the the first Adam with the last Adam, Jesus Christ.

1. They both forfeited their kingdom to be with their bride. Why? Because of love.

2. They both gave up dominion to be with their bride. Why? Because of love.

3. Adam sinned to be with his bride. The Lord became sin to be with His bride.

4. They both gave up fellowship with God the Father to be with their bride.

5. They both would die physically to be with their bride.

What the first Adam could not do, the second Adam accomplished. Remember, it is not good for man to be alone.:)

A rule of grammar of personal pronouns is that they refer to the closest noun. And the verb "is", being singular, and which cannot be referring the the transgression which is contained in a descriptive clause, then it seems the "who" being referred to is likely Moses.

Is it not possible that, if God had noted that it was not good for Adam to be alone, that Adam might've been developing an unhealthy affection for ...ewe.... we are just speculating, after all.

Admittedly, though, I am jaded, and you're thought is much, much, more romantic.

Adam was not deceived - Eve was.
((1 Timothy 2:14))

so why did Adam - an unfallen, sinless man, undeceived, eat of the fruit of the tree of knowledge of good and evil?

not for lack of knowledge - God commanded him directly not to do this thing ((Genesis 2:17)).
not because of having sin nature, like all of us were born with - he was not fallen.
not because of being deceived, like all of us have been, and Eve also - he was not deceived.

why then?

He attributed to Deepak Chopra's theology of deifying oneself.
see this website, it's quite sickening

Can you tell me what the two secret ingredients of Krispy Kreme donuts are?
natural and artificial flavors:

Ingredients: Enriched bleached wheat flour- (contains bleached wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine, mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), dextrose, vegetable shortening (partially hydrogenated soybean and/or cottonseed oil), water, sugar, soy flour, egg yolks, vital wheat gluten, yeast, nonfat milk, yeast nutrients (calcium sulfate, ammonium sulfate), dough conditioners (calcium dioxide, monocalcium and dicalcium phosphate, diammonium phosphate, sodium stearoyl-2-lacrylate, whey, starch, ascorbic acid, sodium bicarbonate, calcium carbonate), salt, mono-and-diglycerides, ethoxylated mono- and diglycerides, lecithin, calcium propionate (to retain freshness), cellulose gum, natural and artificial flavors, fungal alpha amylase, amylase, maltogenic amylase, pantosenase, protease, sodium caseinate, corn maltodextrin, corn syrup solids and BHT (to help protect flavor).
Glaze also may contain: Calcium carbonate, agar, locust bean gum, disodium phosphate, and sorbitan monostearate.

A single natural or artificial flavor can contain many chemical compounds; for example the artificial “strawberry” flavor contains 49 chemical compounds. Companies keep the identity of artificial (and natural) flavorings secret. Flavorings may include substances to which some people are sensitive, such as MSG or HVP, another way to avoid declaring them on the label – associated with allergies, asthma, hyperactivity, possible carcinogen, allergic or behavioral reactions,
