No doubt those words have their place within the Bible, but context and grammar matters. Which verse says all non-believers in Christ are tormented forever?
"All non believers in Christ"??? There aren't any.

No.
I was clear. And I refuse to enable your behavior toward me further and from your own sense of self-righteousness.
If someone need believe in Hell in order to be a good person, they're not a good person.
You don't FEAR God?

One question never asked in a thread of this nature is: Do you believe everything happens according to God's will?
That depends on what it is that God wants. In 2 Peter 3:9, we can see that it is God's will that none should perish but that all come to repentance.

2 Peter 3:9
9The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

Notice that God doesn't want anyone to perish, but implies that they will if they don't repent. So does everyone repent like God wills them to? The answer is no. Not everyone will come to faith in Jesus Christ.

John 3:16
16For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Not everyone will repent (come to believe in God's only Son) and therefore not receive eternal life. Those who do not believe in God's only Son will perish or be utterly destroyed according to John 3:16. This is annihilation. The New Testament defines the word 'perish' in the Greek lexicon as G622 apollumi - to destroy, destroy utterly.

To give those who will burn in Hell "forever and ever" is false hope and Satanic. Christians warn the lost of the eternal fire.
I have never heard a death sentence being referred to as "false hope" before.

Many in the world are quite concerned with prolonging, protecting, and preserving life.

In fact a lot of time, effort, and resources are dedicated to that end.

Are you serious? The lost are already DEAD but soon comes "the second death". But they will still wish they don't exist in Hell fire.

No, actually it is a very straight forward yes or no question that God answered himself in scripture.

Amen. The second death lasts forever after.

The second death being the punishment promised to those who reject God.

YOU "KNOW what I believe"? Are YOU saying you are now God? How's that again???
I didn't realize the impersonal "you" in the context of my statement about Christians would offend.
Allow me to rephrase.
Islamists think Christians are going to Hell for not being believers in Islam. Christians believe members of Islam are going to Hell for not believing in God.

Many who are "tormented day and night forever and ever" will wish you were right.

In post #883 you said,

"The terms "eternal", "everlasting" and "forever and ever" are in the NT concerning torment in fire."

But you're saying there aren't any verses that say all non-believers are tormented forever in fire. I agree with you. So who is tormented forever in fire?

Islamists are wrong and heading for "everlasting fire" that Jesus warned of about.
