Gen 1:20 And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven.
It was God's creation, but.... From the laws to the elements to the planets and stars, to the sea water, Life evolved. It was a long process because God works by laws and not by magic. (There is no such thing as magic) His laws are the laws of nature and they are Truth.
To understand the characteristics of God and Physics write them down… Here are seven that I can think of off the top of my head
1. The laws of physics are eternal… God is eternal
2. The laws of physics are spiritual… God is spiritual
3. The universe evolved from the laws… God created the universe
4. The laws can't be changed… You can't change God
5. You can't add too or take away the laws… The same with God.
6. The laws are the absolute truth… God is the absolute truth
7. The laws exist throughout the universe… God exists throughout the universe.
The Bible doesn’t say anything about man evolving from monkeys… Science does, but science has a long way to go yet. The Bible does say that the First man Adam was a mean Red faced man of low degree. Science has found evidence of a man like that… a skeleton… there are artist that can take a skull and make it look like the person when they were alive… They do it all the time. Same with a Neanderthal skull. Science has a long way to go in their theory of evolution but the Bible has it right
Genesis 1:21 said, that everything that moves came from the waters… Do you move?.. Then according to Genesis 1:20, the waters brought you forth. (Or maybe you don't want to believe that part of the Bible, just the parts you like)
Gen 1:21 And God created great whales, and every living creature that moveth, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good.
If you look up this word CREATURE in the KJV you will see that the Hebrew word it replaced is NEPHESH...5315. nephesh, neh'-fesh; from H5314; prop. a breathing creature, lust, man, me, mind, mortality, one, own, person, pleasure, soul. So the intent would be a warm blooded Creature.
If you look in Genesis 1:20 at the word CREATURE.. You will find that the translators of the KJV used it to replace the Hebrew words SHARATS and SHERETS and they are repeated words which the translators did not think was important so they left them out. Take a look at the actual words that the wrier wrote in Genesis 1:20.

They replaced the Hebrews words SHARATS SHARATS SHARATS, SHERETS SHERETS with the English word CREATURE... WHY?...???
8317. sharats, shaw-rats'; a prim. root; to wriggle, i.e. (by impl.) swarm or abound:--breed (bring forth, increase) abundantly (in abundance), creep, move. And it was used 3 times... Then...
