Where is the truth in life? Where is the confusion?
Everything is a matter of perspective. The truth of most experience is our
own world experience. We assume people are basically like us. The problem is they are
not. We live our lives on assumptions, projections, our past experiences.
So people are happy to take Jesus's words and disbelieve them because they do not
match our experience. But Jesus is God. He believed in 12 guys and His impact on them.
But the message is when love takes hold of your heart it cannot be stopped.
There is no confusion with the Spirit of God. There is only confusion with the lost.
The reason why they all went to their deaths praising God is because this is just a veil
between us and God, and the life within transforms the reality without. When they saw
this it changed everything. No more desiring recognition, God has given it to us, no
more proving I am better than my neighbour, because God loves me. Whatever we want
to achieve in Christ we walk into eternity. So how can sin rise and take this away, once
you see the reality of who Christ is and what he has done.
