To labour and not to see the end of our labours; to sow and not to reap; to be removed from the earthly scene before our work has
been appreciated, and when it is still carried on not by ourselves but by others—is a law so common in the highest characters
of history that none can be said altogether exempt from it."

It does it's just the thought of it is to hard for you to bare.

Where does the Bible say that Moses was put to death?
Why does the writer inform us of this?

"His eye was not dim"
"Nor his natural force abated"

Don't avoid the question...try and understand the meaning behind these words.

What does the record want us to understand and why?

Really important from Israels point of view!

Re Moses' death the record is at pains to tell us that Moses' "natural force" which is the word for Moisture meant that Moses was still full-blooded & full of vigour, quite capable of leading the people across the Jordan. Instead, life was taken from him.

Why?

It means Moses wasn't sick. He got old and died.

The Bible does not say that Moses' life was taken from him.

For some reason, you want to believe it, so you do.

But the Bible doesn't say it.

They could be the two witnesses, too.
Good to meet you! From the book of Revelation, the description given does sound like Moses and Elijah:

Revelation 11:6 They have power to shut up the heavens so that it will not rain during the time they are prophesying; and they have power to turn the waters into blood and to strike the earth with every kind of plague as often as they want.

God Bless, have a good day :)

The Bible does not say Moses' life was taken.
It seems you are avoiding the questions.
Let me put it to you another way.
Why did Moses die in the mount?

Firstly, have you read Deuteronomy 34?
Secondly, do you understand the Words of God to Moses in verse 4?
Thirdly, do you know why Moses life was taken in the Mount?
It's not difficult to piece this together.

Let's look at your text in verse 6.

"These have power to shut heaven that it rain not m the days of their prophecy"

So we know it's not speaking about the events of Elijah because Rev 1:1 expressly states these matters are future from Christ ascension.

James 5:17 Showers from heaven are indicative of Divine blessing and peace as per Psalm 72:6 also.

The withdrawal of such implies that peace is taken from the earth.

Drought is related to Divine wrath see Deut 11:17 & Zech 14:17.

Revelation is extremely symbolic and speaks to specific times in our history. The challenge is to understand who and what is being reference here. Keep in mind each of these prophecies helped encourage believers throughout the past 2000 years and provided them strength to know God was working in the nations to bring about His Will.

The next part of the verse is super clear:

"And have power over waters to turn them to blood".... "Waters turned to blood" are symbolic of peoples and
nations (Rev 17:15) suffering the effects of war!

Rev 17:15 And he saith unto me, The waters which you saw, where the whore sits are peoples, and multitudes, and nations, and tongues.

Understanding the imagery, metaphors and types / anti-types is so important when reading the Revelation. It uses language only known to those who study the Word of God and show themselves worthy of its blessing.

I'm not avoiding the questions.

You claim Moses' life was taken from him. The Bible does not say that.

The Bible does not say Moses died on the mount, either. It says he died in Moab.
Neither does it say that he died immediately after God told him he wouldn't enter the land.

Correct, God (or His Angel) buried him in a valley in the land of Moab, over against Beth-peor.

Neither does it say that he died immediately after God told him he wouldn't enter the land.
You are still avoiding the reason for his death...any reason why this is so? I can only think that you know the answer, which brings you to the logical conclusion - resistance is futile.

Moses died in peak physical health on a precise time, which only God could orchastrate (40 + 40 + 40) to the day!

I'll add another question for you...

What did Israel learn of Moses being taken by God in such a way?

I thought some honesty on your part would prevail but sadly not. The Master had doubts, concerns and feared death. I can see this is a tough subject for you.
He is never not God and His humanity is never imperfect humanity.

He has nothing to doubt or to fear.

our lack of faith is never justifiable.

Moses died because he got old.

The Bible does not say that Moses was "taken by God."

Why do you keep insisting things that the Bible does not say?
