Who has understanding of the signs and times and know what to do? 1 Chronicles 12:32
The only answer to stop this spirit of infirmity (coronavirus plague), is for the Believer Faith to be placed and maintained exclusively in Jesus Christ and the Finished Work at Calvary Cross where the victory was won. Romans 8:2
...and when I see the Blood, I will pass over you...
You have a choice to be blessed and protected under the "Law of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus" (the operation/function of the Holy Spirit), or live a spiritual death under the "Law of sin and Death." Rom. 8:2
“How long will you waver between two opinions? If the LORD is God, follow Him. But if Baal is God, follow him.”
Philippians 2:8
And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.
‘And being found’ is a very important phrase, which refers to the very condition God would find, see, and approve of, giving His power of Grace. This is why the Apostle Paul says concerning himself, ‘That I may be found In Christ’ not having my own righteousness… (Philippians 3:9). The question is for each one of us as the children of God again today, is where will God find us? Will He find us in the attempt to work for our own Righteousness and calling them our fruits of righteousness, will He find us more entangled in the political arena than living and ministering the Word, will He find us running and ignoring that which we know to be His will, OR will He FIND us with our faith in the work of Christ on the cross again today, walking in humility and obedience with the fruits of His Righteousness?
Jesus was and will always be our example before God. Jesus and His Way of humility and obedience is the only Way God accepts. Jesus endured the cross for the joy that was set before Him (Hebrews 12:2), which was what God had commanded Him to do for us (John 10:18). Our faith when in Christ and His work on the cross will be that of humility and obedience for there is no other place of humility and obedience which God accepts. I know we’ve not heard much of this, but as the children of God, we are called to deny ourselves, take up our cross and follow Jesus daily (Luke 9:23), and this process is shown to us in Christ at Calvary. We also must endure the cross which we are told to take up daily to be able to follow Him. Our cross is not our hardships, but our cross is our faith in Christ and His cross, for it is surely there that we were placed into Him (Romans 6:3, Ephesians 1:4), and there that He overcame us, and we overcame in Him.
