Is it a sin for me to live with my boyfriend even if we avoid sexual temptation? I've been looking for answers, but i never find a clear one.

Hmmm, and how long do you think that you will be able to do that, seeing as how you are putting a stumbling block in your own path? Get out or get married, that is one sin that, although you can repent of, will haunt you the rest of your life.

It's playing with fire, Alli. Why is he your boyfriend? Is he your boyfriend because you found someone that you want to be with for the rest of your life and who encourages your walk with God; or is he your boyfriend cause he makes you happy here on earth? If he's your boyfriend because you see a life's partner you will want to avoid all appearances of evil and all temptations with a ten foot pole. You have to PURPOSE to do right (I'm assuming you already have) and then stick to it. If he's your boyfriend because he makes you happy then your focus is not on God but on what that relationship can do for you (whether it's mutual or codependent) and you are already letting that relationship become and idol that takes your loyalties from God. You are already the bride of Christ. You don't have to fear someone on earth not being there by your side.

This is just putting temptation right at your door, and even with good itentions, you could end up giving in. Is better to keep the temptation at arms length for now.
