Can a Christian have a demon?

"Can a Christian have a demon?"

It seems I get dogged by this question every time I mention deliverance or demons. Many dear brother and sisters widely believe this to be rock solid true: "No, a Christian can not have a demon"! I want to show how this is false.

Argument #1 "What fellowship does light have with Darkness?"

 This comes from :
14Do not be bound together with unbelievers;for what partnership have righteousness and lawlessness,or what fellowship has light with darkness?15Or what harmony has Christ with Belial,or what has a believer in common with an unbeliever? 2 Cor. 6:14-15

This verse is clearly warning believers to stay away from fellowshipping with unbelievers. What this verse does not say is that it is impossible for a believer to fellowship with unbelievers. In fact, this actually happens fairly frequently. The context of this has nothing to do with demons either. This argument completely fails to be true.
