Not sure if it's my heart or not,I have had blood pressure issues in the past and I do have a murmur. It's been happening more frequently lately :(

4 days ago the same thing happened. I think it may be stress or lack of rest. My chest has a constant jabbing pain on the left side,it feels deep. Massage has not helped.
Its been hurting all day since this morning. Its making me grouchy and I can't really pick up my son or lay in a position and get comfortable.
The doctor is out of the question,I can't afford it.

I plan to try some herbal teas and prayer.if anyone has any idea what this is please comment and all prayers are much appreciated.

God Bless.

Tea is really not good for the heart. Diet and exercise is great but be wise. Look up foods for a healthy heart and when doing exercise try not to anything to strenous because it elevates the heart rate, walking at and even pace is good. Feel better my Prayers are with you. GOD is our Great Physician!

Blessings!!!!!!!

Doll, any news?

If you're still tense, maybe try some Yoga. That helps me relax. Just go slow, maybe by candlelight with some ambient music in the background. That always relaxes me.

I'm glad to hear it. Please do try to find some way to relax yourself though! A good stretch will do you wonders.

Do some physical exercise. Frustration leads to more blood stress.
