"A fiery stream issued and came forth from before him: thousand thousands ministered unto him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him: the judgment was set, and the books were opened."
"A fiery stream issued and came forth from before him," means God will destroy all that offends from before him.
"Thousand thousands ministered unto him," means all the righteous that follow and wait on the Lord.
"Ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him," are all that stand before him for judgment."
"The judgment was set, and the books were opened." We must all come to stand before the judgment seat of God. When we get there, our judgment is already set. There is no redo and there is no one to hear our pleas for mercy. The judgment is set and final. We will be judged not only for all that we have done but also for all the words that we have spoken.
"James 3:6 And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defileth the whole body, and setteth on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell."
Do you lie? God hates it. Do you gossip? God hates it. Do you judge others with the words that come out of your mouth? God hates it.
Our Lord warns us in "Matt. 7:2 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again."
