A few days ago I made a statement that God's Commands were not suggestions, they were laid out by Him and He expected people to obey them.
Now Jesus has been crucified and was raised from the dead and now calls His disciples together and gives them (and us), The Great Commission to Go make followers of All people.
He gave us All His Power to do so. once again this is not a suggestion it is a Command. He saved us so we can help others come to the Kingdom, not sit around and wait for Him to take us home.
18 So he came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth is given to me.
19 So go and make followers of all people in the world. Baptize them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.
20 Teach them to obey everything that I have told you to do. You can be sure that I will be with you always. I will continue with you until the end of time.”
