We all have known for a long time that we should not be angry and hold grudges against others. The Bible says how can God forgive us if we haven't forgiven others. Most of us don't realize God wants us to make peace to those we have harmed. Jesus taught that God did not want gifts and offerings if you had wronged someone and you haven't tried to make things right with them. Is there someone in our lives we need to make peace with?

23 “So, what if you are offering your gift at the altar and remember that someone has something against you?
24 Leave your gift there and go make peace with that person. Then come and offer your gift.

Sure, sacrifice is nothing compared to the concern we need to have for our friends and brethren. sacrifice without love is just a ritual without meaning.
