Several years ago when I was a fairly new Christian, I wore a Christian
T-Shirt to work everyday. One day a young man came to me and asked me to pray for him and his family. I assured him I would add them to my Prayer list and turned and started walking away. He cried out to me in a loud voice "Hey I said I needed Prayer!!! " I looked at him and said "I will keep you and your family in prayer, just like I said." He said don't the Bible say somewhere if you are ashamed of Jesus he will be ashamed of you?" I said well yes. He then said are you ashamed to Pray for me right here and right now? Needless to say I learned a valuable lesson that day if people are bold enough to ask for prayer no matter where they are, We should be Bold enough to Pray for them right then and not be ashamed of what people are thinking of US !!!
32 “If you stand before others and are willing to say you believe in me, then I will tell my Father in heaven that you belong to me.
33 But if you stand before others and say you do not believe in me, then I will tell my Father in heaven that you do not belong to me.
