I've experienced revelation these past two days.
It was probably sooner but my grief and sorrow was overwhelming that I was not paying attention, forgive me Lord.
SO, you know how you get those sermons when you know they were put in that pastors head spirit just for you? (Lol you know what I mean)
I had one of those Sundays, God confirmed through multiple people what he wants me to do, Get closer to Him become His bride and let Him be my Husband.
Isaiah 54: 5
"For your Maker is your husband—
the Lord Almighty is his name—
the Holy One of Israel is your Redeemer;"
I've seen this verse multiple times during these 9 days...A brother in Christ stopped me after church asking where was my ex-fiancé. I told him I did not know, as we converse and I was telling him about what the Lord was showing me and how I felt. He said he had something to show me. He opened up his bible and turned to this verse and I was floored.
God truly is our comforter. I am so thankful to know that he is there, giving me opportunities even though I lost track of what is important.
He still comforts even when I wasn't giving him all my attention and focus.
When I look back, He has giving me the gift I wanted the most that is to sing in His house and proclaim that He is the Lord God the savior and Lover of our souls.
I am humbled, I am excited for him to fully show me what this scripture mean, because in the English language its pretty simple. But spiritually, I feel like its way more then I can even imagine.
Oh Lord, be patient with me and gentle, give me strength to do you will.
You have my attention now.
