This is just a poem I wrote a while back. Hope you like it.
Dear Miss Understood,
I wrote this letter to let
You know life gets better.
I know you've been hurt and let down
Everyone thinks you have it good,
But you feel you're about to drown.
They don't see the cuts on your wrists
Or know how many times you've missed.
I just want you to know that someone understands.
I'll listen, I'll help the best I can.
Dear Miss Understood,

I see how you barely survive each day.
You think the pain won't go away.
That no one understands.
But I promise, I do.
I know what you're going through.
Please listen to me.
I hear your cries.
I can see past your lies.
But I understand, please trust me.

Friends come and go.
You cry, but tears dry.
You fight, but fail.
You hold a story,
But have no one to tell.
You search for love,
But always get used.
I know you're confused,
But you don't have to be.
There is a love from above.
