Romans 11:20 Well, because of unbelief they were broken off, and thou standest by faith. Be not highminded, but fear:

Romans 11:21 For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not thee.

Romans 11:22 Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off.

Romans 11:23 And they also, if they abide not still in unbelief, shall be grafted in: for God is able to graft them in again.

Romans 11:24 For if thou wert cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and wert grafted contrary to nature into a good olive tree: how much more shall these, which be the natural branches, be grafted into their own olive tree?

Romans 11:25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.

Romans 11:26 And so all Israel shall be saved as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer, and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob:

Romans 11:27 For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.

Romans 11:28 As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the father's sakes.
Romans 11:29 For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.

Is there a place where we are told that "the gifts and calling of God are without repentance"
when God is addressing other than "Israel's elect". Because here, that promise is to them alone.

Do you know what God can not create? But one of the ways it was explained and helped make sense of it all was this, and I have no idea if it is true or not so bear that in mind. There is a parade. God is sitting in the first seat. He watches the whole parade before the beginning of it even gets to where we are sitting. Hope it helps.

The problem as I see it, is people understanding neither "who" nor "why" some would be written and others not. But because "some" are, everyone is claiming it is for everyone, like that makes it true. It doesn't. But that knowledge comes with lots of study, and we are told to study to show thyself approved,

one question How many people do you know have heard the Word of God?

NOT JUST SOME OF THE WORDS of the words of God, but the Word of God? The Word starts in Gen and ends in Rev. I'm just saying lots of stuff like this simple verse taught "mans way" which makes void the word of God.

Romans 10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

Romans 10:14 How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?

Romans 10:15 And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!

Romans 10:16 But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report?

Romans 10:17 So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Romans 10:18 But I say, Have they not heard? Yes verily, their sound went into all the earth, and their words unto the ends of the world.

Romans 10:19 But I say, Did not Israel know? First Moses saith, I will provoke you to jealousy by them that are no people, and by a foolish nation I will anger you.
(WHO DO YOU THINK THE FOOLISH NATION IS?)
Romans 10:20 But Esaias is very bold, and saith, I was found of them that sought me not; I was made manifest unto them that asked not after me.

Romans 10:21 But to Israel he saith, All day long I have stretched forth my hands unto a disobedient and gainsaying people.

You would think, hearing God refer to Israel as a disobedient and gainsaying people, that the foolish nation would NOT want to be 544 apeitheó disobey, rebel, am disloyal, refuse conformity
483 antilegó to speak against, hence to contradict, oppose, decline to obey him

WHY CAN'T YOU let go of it? You must know it ended. What ever it was about, what ever it was I keep trying to leave it behind, you keep dragging it back to me. I SAY YES LETS FOLLOW THE NEW TESTAMENT. THAT WOULD MEAN WE WOULD HAVE TO LET GO OF THE LAW OF MOSES. IT CAN'T COME WITH US TO THE NEW COVENANT. I HAVE NO DESIRE TO SACRIFICE ANIMALS. OR RUN A NATION. OR TELL PRIESTS WHAT TO DO. I DO NOT WANT TO DO THOSE THINGS. I NEVER HAVE.

Can you not see there are no camps? There are scriptures. They are God given. God doesn't want division. People want to divide. Do you know why? Because a house divided can not stand. And Satan wants that very thing. So he makes the details of the letter become important than the message. Doesn't matter that it should be about finding the love of God for us, and the love of each other from within the Word, it only matters who is right. But for what it is worth, here it is

There was a nation who had been slaves for 400 years. They knew nothing. But God had them set to become a nation" set apart". A holy nation. Representatives of God. God gives them laws to live by to be a "better nation", a moral people, to each other and to everyone around. And as long as they followed His laws that is what they would remain. Fair, honest, trustworthy, untouchable, in the world full of carnal greedy, powers and nations. But they had God. And if they loved and obeyed the rules, He was there 100%. But we always seem to forget HE CREATED US FOR HIS PLEASURE and He wants our love

So all those laws that seem so hard to follow and such a burden, for one, covered everything. Could you imagine running an enire country with less than 700 rules? They are the government, the church, the moral, the civil, laws, to keep clean and disease free, ect. They were for that "era". They had to be everything. They also were set to expire. Because they were not going to be a nation much after that. And they weren't were they? Needed to bring in a more of a "take it with you" type law.

But we can't change any of the law, not a jot or tittle. Why not? Because not only is it our history and the whole book rests upon itself, and it must remain perfect.

Another thing on the laws themselves is within them you find the "personality" of God. The Holiness of God. The righteousness of God. What makes Him happy, What brings about His wrath. These are things we need to know. These are things you WANT to know when you really truly love someone.

Jesus came and walked and talked what all these laws described about love, and holiness and loving your fellow man, and what the perfect man look like to Gods eyes. When you ask yourself what does God want, look to Jesus, when you are doing the best you can, you look more like Jesus. It is so much easier to do something once someone else has done it. So all those laws had to go but not the "spirit" of them because the spirit of them is Holiness and love and kindness, well, the sprit of them are the fruits of the spirit.

So how do those laws hang on the new ones? Love and goodness to God and to each other, that has to come along. How God tells us to run a nation, can't ever be forgotten but it is no longer a law "we" must follow, that would be about rendering unto Cesar's… We know, but I don't think many people understand the difference between "forgiveness of sin" then vs now. It should be a mandatory test before being baptized just so you appreciate what Jesus really did do for us in this area alone. I can't overstate it. All the areas have their special "windows" to another part of God ways.

I have a very good understanding of my Creator and my Lord and Savior, and my Comforter, and a very good relationship too. I never lived under the law, but I live with it and all the knowledge and wisdom of God that it shares with me. I thank God most every day for all He gives me, feeling so unworthy of any of it, so giving more thanks for My Lord and Savior for doing that and the billion other things that were done in the years He walked amongst us. My foundation is solid, I know upon whom my faith is built and where I stand. I have studied, a lot.

Am I in two camps? Not a clue. Would it matter? No. I have figured out what I say here is seen by those God wants to see it, and it is nothing other than poking someone in the eye so they can't see on the other side. I believe that I could agree with them and they still wouldn't see it until God said "ok". But with that they would have to ask. I don't see that happening, but Gods Will be done. God tells us, this is how it is going to be. Funny thing is, even knowing it, it still comes as a shock.

We are to leave behind "the letter of the law written in stone" The old covenant, (flesh following law, through Obedience, without indwelling of spirit) of bondage and death.
And we are to follow the "spirit of the law , written in our hearts and minds" (spirit loving the law, walking and living in love, with indwelling of spirit)
then we do not have to be "perfect", as in perfectly following "the letter of the law",
but as repentant and forgiven, the spirit leading in all things in love toward God and our fellow man.
The New Covenant made possible through His blood and sacrifice, the Lord Jesus Christ, setting us free of the bondage, and defeating death now almost 2000 yrs ago.

John 3:18 My little children, let us not love in word, neither in tongue but in deed and in truth.
John 3:19 And hereby we know that we are of the truth, and shall assure our hearts before Him.
John 3:20 For if our heart condemn us, God is greater than our heart, and knoweth all things.

John 3:21 Beloved, if our heart condemn us not, then have we confidence toward God.
John 3:22 And whatsoever we ask, we receive of Him, because we keep His commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in His sight.
John 3:23 And this is His commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Jesus Christ, and love one another, as he gave us commandment.
John 3:24 And he that keepeth His commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we know that He abideth in us, by the Spirit which He hath given us.

AND how are we to know others that He abideth in? by their fruits.

Colossians 1:8 Who also declared unto us your love in the Spirit.
Colossians 1:9 For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding
Colossians 1:10 That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;
Colossians 1:11 Strengthened with all might, according to His glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness

By the Grace of God, this follows after receiving the gift of salvation, God given, for which we can not work to attain, and in the Lord Jesus we are justified, through His righteousness, Sanctified and in Sanctification, so that no works are counted towards the Gifts, but are works for the love towards God.

For some PERSPECTIVE AND review and of course, I am sure correcting.

Covenant with Abraham
Covenant at Mt Sinai
Covenant with David

Genesis 17:4 As for me, behold, my covenant is with thee, and thou shalt be a father of many nations.
Genesis 17:5 Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee.
Genesis 17:6 And I will make thee exceeding fruitful, and I will make nations of thee, and kings shall come out of thee.

Genesis 17:7 And I will establish my covenant between me and thee and thy seed after thee in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God unto thee, and to thy seed after thee.

Hebrews 6:13 For when God made promise to Abraham, because he could swear by no greater, he sware by himself,
Hebrews 6:14 Saying, Surely blessing I will bless thee, and multiplying I will multiply thee.
Hebrews 6:15 And so, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise.
Hebrews 6:16 For men verily swear by the greater: and an oath for confirmation is to them an end of all strife.
Hebrews 6:17 Wherein God, willing more abundantly to shew unto the heirs of promise the immutability of his counsel, confirmed it by an oath:
Hebrews 6:18 That by two immutable things, in which it was impossible for God to lie, we might have a strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold upon the hope set before us:
Hebrews 6:19 Which hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and stedfast, and which entereth into that within the veil;

Hebrews 6:20 Whither the forerunner is for us entered, even Jesus, made an high priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec.

Genesis 17:21 But my covenant will I establish with Isaac, which Sarah shall bear unto thee at this set time in the next year.

Genesis 26:2 And the LORD appeared unto him, and said, Go not down into Egypt; dwell in the land which I shall tell thee of:
Genesis 26:3 Sojourn in this land, and I will be with thee, and will bless thee; for unto thee, and unto thy seed, I will give all these countries, and I will perform the oath which I sware unto Abraham thy father;
Genesis 26:4 And I will make thy seed to multiply as the stars of heaven, and will give unto thy seed all these countries; and in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed;

Genesis 26:5 Because that Abraham obeyed my voice, and kept my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws.

Romans 9:7 Neither, because they are the seed of Abraham, are they all children: but, In Isaac shall thy seed be called.
Romans 9:8 That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed.
Romans 9:9 For this is the word of promise, At this time will I come, and Sarah shall have a son.

Genesis 35:10 And God said unto him, Thy name is Jacob thy name shall not be called any more Jacob, but Israel shall be thy name: and he called his name Israel.
Genesis 35:11 And God said unto him, I am God Almighty: be fruitful and multiply; a nation and a company of nations shall be of thee, and kings shall come out of thy loins

Genesis 35:12 And the land which I gave Abraham and Isaac, to thee I will give it, and to thy seed after thee will I give the land.

Dust of the earth, stars of heaven, sand of the sea,
Jacob (flesh) name changed to Israel (spiritual)
Jacob had 12 sons, the 12 tribes, making the nation of Israel

Oldest son Reuben sinned against father
Joseph, eldest son of Jacob and Rachel, receives birthright and blessings, Joseph made head of family in spiritual and secular affairs. Before Israel-Jacob dies, crosses hands and blesses Josephs sons, Ephraim to become a great company of nations 48:19 and Manasseh to become great nation 48 13-20. (Great Brittan and USA)
THAT is the Abrahamic Covenant that is unconditional.

400 or so years later is the National Covenant, which is conditional, comes in
Mt Sinai God gives Laws, Statutes, Judgments, Commandments and Ordinances (the Ordinances nail to cross with the crucifixion and resurrection of Christ) (so much for no "division")
GODS KINGDOM ON EARTH ADMINISTERED BY THEM - THEY COVER EVERY ASPECT OF NATIONAL AND PERSONAL LIFE

This covenant conditional on IF they kept His Laws, then blessings follow but IF THEY DID NOT keep His laws, cursing's
God warns if they keep breaking them, then for 7 times (a time 360 years) or for 2520 they would be banished from their land and SCATTERED AMONG THE HEATHEN LIKE LOST SHEEP Lev 26 28-46

Promise land entered, then want earthly king, Saul King, Saul removed, David appointed by God Himself, David King over all Israel, and an everlasting Covenant with David (tribe of Judah) that his throne and his house would endure forever as long as the sun and the moon endured in the heavens.

So Everlasting Covenant, Kingdom of Israel and Throne of David are STILL AS GOD DOESN'T LIE

1 Chronicles 29:23 Then Solomon sat on the throne of the LORD as king instead of David his father, and prospered; and all Israel obeyed him.

The Throne of David is occupied by the risen Christ

Luke 1:31 And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS.
Luke 1:32 He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David
Luke 1:33 And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever and of His kingdom there shall be no end.

David reign 7 yr over Judah, 33 yr over all Israel, and glorious was the kingdom. When Solomon began to sin against God, the kingdom was divided into 2 parts. The 10 Northern tribes and the two southern (Judah and Benjamin with most of the Levi's (Levi no land inheritance so not numbered among the "land tribes") Manasseh remained 13th tribe.

House of Israel (along with birthright Ephraim and Manasseh) were included in the 10 tribed Northern Kingdom 933-721BC

House of Judah (the throne and Scepter) two tribed Southern Kingdom 933-606BC

The Birthright and the Scepter separated.

The two tribes separate to fulfill their God appointed destiny.

One Covenant with Abraham having multitudinous seed, spreading abroad, becoming many nations, having many kings over them

The Other Covenant to bring forth the Messiah

Sin causes the Assyrians to take Northern Kingdom
Southern Kingdom, not learning from their mistakes, taken by Assyrians, and King of Babylon and final removal from land.

And here in the problem lies. The teachings that all of Israel cast from the land equals God casting them away forever and in their place had chosen the "Gentile Church" or "Spiritual Israel".

This is impossible. God is faithful. He can not lie. He will keep His Everlasting Covenant with Israel.
God warned, they would be removed from their land and scattered throughout the nations. Though "scattered" He does not break His promise.

Isaiah 41:8 But thou, Israel, art my servant, Jacob whom I have chosen, the seed of Abraham my friend.
Isaiah 41:9 Thou whom I have taken from the ends of the earth, and called thee from the chief men thereof, and said unto thee, Thou art my servant, I have chosen thee, and not cast thee away.
Isaiah 41:10 Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee, yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

Isaiah 41:11 Behold, all they that were incensed against thee shall be ashamed and confounded they shall be as nothing; and they that strive with thee shall perish.

Matthew 15:24 But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
Many passages confirm God has not cast away His people. Jesus, James, Paul, Peter, Prophets all say the same. Scattered, as promised, cast away never

Who is Israel? What are some of the Marks of Israel so that we may distinguish them in this world we now live in. Do any of these marks give us anexplanation of the blessings and cursings, and show us how they can't go to "the land of Israel or to the Jews living in the land" because, well, they have not accepted Christ. This information is put forth for a "start to your own finding of the truth", not take my word or words I copied for it.

Seems to me many have not really given much thought to where the Sand of the sea or the Stars of the Sky have gotten off to on this planet. The lost tribes of Israel are somewhere and I am going to copy and paste a bunch of material I found for a good read that is very eye opening and as a Child of God I must present, must keep the blessings flowing.

God hasn't lost us, It is us who have lost ourselves. If you analyze the law of Moses you will find that our forefathers used those very same principles of government for the foundation of the American Republic. We are the only nation to do so.

To be a great and mighty nation
Genesis 12:2 And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:
Genesis 12:3 And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.
Genesis 18:18 Seeing that Abraham shall surely become a great and mighty nation, and all the nations of the earth shall be blessed in him
Deuteronomy 4:4 But ye that did cleave unto the LORD your God are alive every one of you this day.
Deuteronomy 4:5 Behold, I have taught you statutes and judgments, even as the LORD my God commanded me, that ye should do so in the land whither ye go to possess it.
Deuteronomy 4:6 Keep therefore and do them; for this is your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the nations, which shall hear all these statutes, and say, Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people.
Deuteronomy 4:7 For what nation is there so great, who hath God so nigh unto them, as the LORD our God is in all things that we call upon him for?
Deuteronomy 4:8 And what nation is there so great, that hath statutes and judgments so righteous as all this law, which I set before you this day

Israel to have multitudinous seen
Genesis 13:16 And I will make thy seed as the dust of the earth: so that if a man can number the dust of the earth, then shall thy seed also be numbered.
Genesis 15:5 And he brought him forth abroad, and said, Look now toward heaven, and tell the stars, if thou be able to number them: and he said unto him, So shall thy seed be.
Genesis 22:17 That in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore; and thy seed shall possess the gate of his enemies
Isaiah 10:22 For though thy people Israel be as the sand of the sea, yet a remnant of them shall return: the consumption decreed shall overflow with righteousness
Hosea 1:10 Yet the number of the children of Israel shall be as the sand of the sea, which cannot be measured nor numbered; and it shall come to pass, that in the place where it was said unto them, Ye are not my people, there it shall be said unto them, Ye are the sons of the living God.
Zechariah 10:7 And they of Ephraim shall be like a mighty man, and their heart shall rejoice as through wine: yea, their children shall see it, and be glad; their heart shall rejoice in the LORD.
Zechariah 10:8 I will hiss for them, and gather them; for I have redeemed them and they shall increase as they have increased

Of many nations

Possess the gates of his enemies
Genesis 22:15 And the angel of the LORD called unto Abraham out of heaven the second time,
Genesis 22:16 And said, By myself have I sworn, saith the LORD, for because thou hast done this thing, and hast not withheld thy son, thine only son:

Genesis 22:17 That in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore; and thy seed shall possess the gate of his enemies
(Now, most people have interpreted that to mean the points of world control the sea and ocean passages such as the straits, the ends of the continents, and the great canals and riverways. These were all controlled by the Anglo-Saxon people, except that now, through disobedience, we are losing that control, as was prophesied in the Bible. We have already lost the Suez, the passages in the East Indies, Singapore, Malta, the Dardanelles, Cuba, and now we have given away the Panama Canal. The question is: will we yet lose control of South Africa and the Straits of Magellan? Consider, also, north of Norway, and the Bering Strait between Alaska and Siberia. The Russian navy is moving to control all the sea gates of the world. Those sea gates were prophesied to be in the possession of Israel. They were, until we lost them through disobedience.
While we were in Washington D.C., visiting the senators and the congressmen, they were voting on the Panama Canal Treaty. This treaty would turn the
Panama Canal over to Panama. We had a map showing how, fifty years ago, the Anglo-Saxon nations controlled all trade routes of the world through these sea passages and canals, and how we were losing control. We showed them the prophecies that told how they would be lost. We told these senators we did not care how they voted, or what they did because God Almighty was going to take the Panama Canal away from us. Because it is one of the gates of the world that is exactly what happened). Marks of Israel copy/pasted

Land great for agricultural wealth
Genesis 27:28 Therefore God give thee of the dew of heaven, and the fatness of the earth, and plenty of corn and wine

Deuteronomy 8:6 Therefore thou shalt keep the commandments of the LORD thy God, to walk in his ways, and to fear him.
Deuteronomy 8:7 For the LORD thy God bringeth thee into a good land, a land of brooks of water, of fountains and depths that spring out of valleys and hills
Deuteronomy 8:8 A land of wheat, and barley, and vines, and fig trees, and pomegranates; a land of oil olive, and honey;
Deuteronomy 8:9 A land wherein thou shalt eat bread without scarceness, thou shalt not lack any thing in it; a land whose stones are iron, and out of whose hills thou mayest dig brass.
Deuteronomy 8:10 When thou hast eaten and art full, then thou shalt bless the LORD thy God for the good land which he hath given thee.

Deuteronomy 8:11 Beware that thou forget not the LORD thy God, in not keeping his commandments, and his judgments, and his statutes, which I command thee this day

Nations to bow down, superpower
Genesis 27:29 Let people serve thee and nations bow down to thee be lord over thy brethren, and let thy mother's sons bow down to thee cursed be every one that curseth thee, and blessed be he that blesseth thee.

Spread West, East, North, South, Bless others of the earth
Genesis 28:13 And, behold, the LORD stood above it, and said, I am the LORD God of Abraham thy father, and the God of Isaac: the land whereon thou liest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed
Genesis 28:14 And thy seed shall be as the dust of the earth, and thou shalt spread abroad to the west, and to the east, and to the north, and to the south and in thee and in thy seed shall all the families of the earth be blessed.

Great mineral wealth
Genesis 49:25 Even by the God of thy father, who shall help thee and by the Almighty, who shall bless thee with blessings of heaven above blessings of the deep that lieth under, blessings of the breasts, and of the womb

That's a start.

As the Word and Spirit have given me

Matthew 5:17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law or the prophets I am not come to destroy (the law) but to fulfil (the prophecies written of Jesus within the first 5 books of the bible called "the law")

Matthew 5:18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

NOT TO DESTROY THE LAW OR THE PROPHETS, BUT COME TO FULFILL THE PROPHECIES WRITTEN WITH IN THEM

EVERYTHING written in the Law given to Moses will always be part of that law. That said, being a part of that law, doesn't mean it can never be a part of another law, a better law, a lighter free-er law.

I have seen it explained as "till all the law be fulfilled" but that makes no sense as Jesus as some law can only be "obeyed", it can't be fulfilled as prophecy is fulfilled, not obeyed.

Luke 24:44 And He said unto them, These are the words which I spake unto you, while I was yet with you, that all things must be fulfilled, which were written in the law of Moses and in the prophets and in the psalms, concerning me.

JESUS ONLY HAD TO FULFILL THE THINGS WRITTEN CONCERNING HIM, AND THE THINGS CONCERNING HIM, WERE WRITTEN

The Old Testament was divided into the three divisions of "the law, the prophets, and the psalms".

JESUS DID NOT HAVE TO FULFILL ANYTHING WRITTEN THAT WAS NOT PROPHECY CONCERNING HIM, HE STILL HAD TO OBEY THE LAW IN ITS INTENDED PURPOSE, WITH LOVE.

Luke 24:45 Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures,
Luke 24:46 And said unto them, Thus it is written, and thus it behoved Christ to suffer, and to rise from the dead the third day
Luke 24:47 And that repentance and remission of sins should be preached in His name among all nations, beginning at Jerusalem.

WHAT IS THE MESSAGE FROM JESUS "REPENTANCE AND REMISSION OF SIN" no more bondage to sin and death, no more curse, no more break one break all, AND death. HIS BLOOD SHED, NEW COVENANT, REPENT, HAVE YOUR SIN TAKEN AWAY, BE WASHED CLEAN,

how many times did God tell us to forgive in one day? how many times are we to ask for forgiveness? "GIVE US THIS DAY OUR DAILY BREAD AND FORGIVE US...." FOR LIFE.

I have heard it explained other ways but through study and prayer it was given me

The commandments God wrote on the tablets of stone are now written upon our hearts and minds and doesn't matter if they were ever a part of the law of Moses, the commands of God are eternal, natural for a holy society.

I have heard, "law of Moses" was" one and can not be divided" and as such.....I gotta tell you, I have no idea what that is really all about. I have an idea it "must" be put forth that way to support some "theory". I am not saying is does or doesn't I am saying it doesn't matter if it was one or not, It has become null and void as it "was", and has been rendered to us in its new form.

The New Covenant only "contains" PARTS of the old. God took away parts that were against us. Jesus fulfilled all the prophecies for that time that had been written in them. Jesus gave us more intense commands because now it is not only physical, it is emotional and mental as well.

For me the logic of some "explanations" is just.....NON SEQUITUR - latin "it does not follow" "a statement that does not follow logically from what has gone on before".

Not all explanations make it as Gods truth. And when you read something and scratch you head and think "that doesn't make sense" it probably doesn't, except possibly to someone using it to "support" something else.

If it is through faith in Jesus you have received the gifts including salvation, and through His blood shed, as the Lamb of God we can now, without any ceremony or an animal sacrifice, or any man priest, or a special day, prayerfully repent for our sin, then He is faithful to forgive us and washed clean are now free to walk right into the holy of holies and talk to Our Father. Jesus paid an awesome price to set us free from all the parts of the law that bound us to death. We now find life with Jesus as our High Priest. living as best we can under Grace. Never again will we be bound to sin and death. Jesus defeated death. Oh death where is thy sting? Gone, baby Gone.

Acts 26:14 And when we were all fallen to the earth, I heard a voice speaking unto me, and saying in the Hebrew tongue, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks.
Acts 26:15 And I said, Who art thou, Lord? And he said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest.
Acts 26:16 But rise, and stand upon thy feet: for I have appeared unto thee for this purpose, to make thee a minister and a witness both of these things which thou hast seen, and of those things in the which I will appear unto thee;
Acts 26:17 Delivering thee from the people, and from the Gentiles, unto whom now I send thee,
Acts 26:18
To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me.

Acts 26:20 But shewed first unto them of Damascus, and at Jerusalem, and throughout all the coasts of Judaea, and then to the Gentiles,
that they should repent and turn to God, and do works meet for repentance.
Acts 26:21 For these causes the Jews caught me in the temple, and went about to kill me.
Acts 26:22
Having therefore obtained help of God, I continue unto this day, witnessing both to small and great, saying none other things than those which the prophets and Moses did say should come:
Acts 26:23
That Christ should suffer, and that he should be the first that should rise from the dead, and should shew light unto the people, and to the Gentiles.
Acts 26:24 And as he thus spake for himself, Festus said with a loud voice, Paul, thou art beside thyself; much learning doth make thee mad.
Acts 26:25 But he said, I am not mad, most noble Festus; but speak forth the words of truth and soberness.
Acts 26:26 For the king knoweth of these things, before whom also I speak freely: for I am persuaded that none of these things are hidden from him; for this thing was not done in a corner.
Acts 26:27 King Agrippa, believest thou the prophets? I know that thou believest.
Acts 26:28
Then Agrippa said unto Paul, Almost thou persuadest me to be a Christian.
Acts 26:29 And Paul said, I would to God, that not only thou, but also all that hear me this day, were both almost, and altogether such as I am, except these bonds.

1. Was it something other than the ordinances nailed to the cross?

Colossians 2:14 Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross.
Colossians 2:15 And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.
but this does not say " the law" , only the parts that were contrary. It must be somewhere else and I can't find it.

2. Where is it Paul says "the law includes the commandments"?

3. Where does the bible state they are a "unit" not to be divided or separated?

Is this not separating?
1 Kings 2:3 And keep the charge of the LORD thy God, to walk in his ways, to keep his statutes, and his commandments, and his judgments, and his testimonies, as it is written in the law of Moses, that thou mayest prosper in all that thou doest, and whithersoever thou turnest thyself.

Deuteronomy 10:2 And I will write on the tables the words that were in the first tables which thou brakest, and thou shalt put them in the ark.
Deuteronomy 31:26 Take this book of the law, and put it in the side of the ark of the covenant of the LORD your God, that it may be there for a witness against thee.

With the 10 commandments, 2 tablets written by God, were put "into" the ark and the law was put it beside it. Doesn't this show that God Himself separated them from each other? That is a pretty big show in itself as at least those being separated, right?

1st Altar in Sichem. Christs 1st mission (John 4) Canaanite in the land. Satan knowing the "line" through which the "seed of the woman" coming by Terahs and Abrahams call.

Ch 6 Satan aiming at whole human race. Now Pre-occupying the land to try to corrupt the seedline. Like the flood destroyed the first influx of fallen angels, the sword of Israel will have to destroy the 2nd

Women went unveiled in those days.

Genesis 12:13 Say, I pray thee, thou art my sister that it may be well with me for thy sake; and my soul shall live because of thee.
She is his sister as daughter of father, but not mother. No law yet so ok then, and he isn't lying.

Genesis 12:14 And it came to pass, that, when Abram was come into Egypt, the Egyptians beheld the woman that she was very fair.

Genesis 12:15 The princes also of Pharaoh saw her, and commended her before Pharaoh and the woman was taken into Pharaoh's house.

Genesis 13:11 Then Lot chose him all the plain of Jordan; and Lot journeyed east: and they separated themselves the one from the other.
took the best for himself, need I say more?

Genesis 13:12 Abram dwelled in the land of Canaan, and Lot dwelled in the cities of the plain, and pitched his tent toward Sodom.
Sodom, flaming, burning, named for the un natural acts taking place there

Genesis 15 (the Covenant Made - The Seed and The Land)

Genesis 15:1 After these things the word of the LORD came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram: I am thy shield, and thy exceeding great reward.
first occurrence of "the word of the LORD"
The incarnate Christ is Faith's shield - Ephesians 6:16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.

Genesis 15:2 And Abram said, Lord GOD, what wilt thou give me, seeing I go childless, and the steward of my house is this Eliezer of Damascus?
Lord GOD - Adonai Jehovah - First occurrence, relating to blessing in the earth

Genesis 15:4 And, behold, the word of the LORD came unto him, saying, This shall not be thine heir; but he that shall come forth out of thine own bowels shall be thine heir.

Genesis 15:5 And he brought him forth abroad, and said, Look now toward heaven, and tell the stars, if thou be able to number them: and he said unto him, So shall thy seed be.
4 "looks" 13:14 (earth) 15:5 (heaven) 18:2 (Jehovah) 22:13 (a substitute)

13:16 dust of the EARTH and 15:5 stars of HEAVEN.

The two parties in Israel "the earthly" and "and the heavenly"
Hebrews 11:9 By faith he sojourned in the land of promise, as in a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise:
Hebrews 11:10 For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God.
Hebrews 11:11 Through faith also Sara herself received strength to conceive seed, and was delivered of a child when she was past age, because she judged him faithful who had promised.
Hebrews 11:12 Therefore sprang there even of one, and him as good as dead, so many as the stars of the sky in multitude, and as the sand which is by the sea shore innumerable.
Hebrews 11:13 These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth.
Hebrews 11:14 For they that say such things declare plainly that they seek a country.
Hebrews 11:15 And truly, if they had been mindful of that country from whence they came out, they might have had opportunity to have returned.

5 the number of Grace, Covenant was unconditional

Genesis 15:11 And when the fowls came down upon the carcases, Abram drove them away.
Vultures coming to take Gods part. Vultures can also be people to who come to take from God and Gods children. Christians have a duty to have courage and strength and to stand up and protect what is Gods Property as God protects us.

Genesis 15:12 And when the sun was going down, a deep sleep fell upon Abram; and, lo, an horror of great darkness fell upon him.
Abram is put into a deep sleep so that he will have no part in the Covenant, God being the one and only contracting party

Genesis 15:13 And he said unto Abram, Know of a surety that thy seed shall be a stranger in a land that is not their's, and shall serve them; and they shall afflict them four hundred years;

The 400 years date from the birth of Isaac (Acts 7:6 And God spake on this wise, That his seed should sojourn in a strange land; and that they should bring them into bondage, and entreat them evil four hundred years). The 430 years from "the promise" or Covenant and includes the whole "sojourning"

Genesis 16

Genesis 16:1 Now Sarai Abram's wife bare him no children: and she had an handmaid, an Egyptian, whose name was Hagar.
Not necessarily a slave

Genesis 16:2 And Sarai said unto Abram, Behold now, the LORD hath restrained me from bearing: I pray thee, go in unto my maid; it may be that I may obtain children by her. And Abram hearkened to the voice of Sarai.
Genesis 16:3 And Sarai Abram's wife took Hagar her maid the Egyptian, after Abram had dwelt ten years in the land of Canaan, and gave her to her husband Abram to be his wife.
Though no formal record of laws are given in Gen and Exo it is evident they existed. No doubt God gave some to mankind such as Gen 2:3 The law of the Sabbath (days noted with the flood all sabbaths except one), place of worship etc. but there was a Code of Amraphel (Khammurabi) 800 yrs before Moses in the Persian Gulf and this may have bearing here.

Genesis 16:4 And he went in unto Hagar, and she conceived: and when she saw that she had conceived, her mistress was despised in her eyes.
Genesis 16:5 And Sarai said unto Abram, My wrong be upon thee: I have given my maid into thy bosom; and when she saw that she had conceived, I was despised in her eyes: the LORD judge between me and thee.
should be "her"

Genesis 16:6 But Abram said unto Sarai, Behold, thy maid is in thine hand; do to her as it pleaseth thee. And when Sarai dealt hardly with her, she fled from her face.
Genesis 16:7 And the angel of the LORD found her by a fountain of water in the wilderness, by the fountain in the way to Shur.
first occurrence-messenger.

Genesis 16:8 And he said, Hagar, Sarai's maid, whence camest thou? and whither wilt thou go? And she said, I flee from the face of my mistress Sarai.
Genesis 16:9 And the angel of the LORD said unto her, Return to thy mistress, and submit thyself under her hands.
Genesis 16:10 And the angel of the LORD said unto her, I will multiply thy seed exceedingly, that it shall not be numbered for multitude.
Genesis 16:11 And the angel of the LORD said unto her, Behold, thou art with child and shalt bear a son, and shalt call his name Ishmael; because the LORD hath heard thy affliction.
Genesis 16:12 And he will be a wild man; his hand will be against every man, and every man's hand against him; and he shall dwell in the presence of all his brethren.
Still true today. Midian is his half brother by Keturah

Genesis 16:13 And she called the name of the LORD that spake unto her, Thou GOD seest me: for she said, Have I also here looked after him that seeth me?

Genesis 17

Genesis 17:1 And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the LORD appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God walk before me, and be thou perfect (8549).
The LORD - Jehovah
The Almighty God - El Shaddai the title alone assures able to supply all needs. 2 Corinthians 6:18 And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.
8549 tamim
complete, sound
sound, wholesome, unimpaired, innocent, having integrity: of Gods way

Genesis 17:2 And I will make my covenant between me and thee, and will multiply thee exceedingly.
Covenant repeated

Genesis 17:3 And Abram fell on his face and God talked with him, saying,
God - Elohim, Creator and He is going to create a new name.

Genesis 17:4 As for me, behold, my covenant is with thee, and thou shalt be a father of many nations.
nations-this includes the gentiles

Genesis 17:5 Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham for a father of many nations have I made thee.
Of note, an "H" is added which is the 5th letter of the Hebrew alphabet and 5 is the number for what? Gods Grace (vowels just to help say it) Abram - exalted father Abraham - father of a multitude (not only of Israel but of Ishmaelites Midianites etc.)

UNCONDITIONAL

Genesis 17:8 And I will give unto thee, and to thy seed after thee, the land wherein thou art a stranger, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their God.
to thy seed after thee and in their generation from vs 7, making it PLURAL.
To compare the plural with the singular Genesis 21:12 And God said unto Abraham, Let it not be grievous in thy sight because of the lad, and because of thy bondwoman; in all that Sarah hath said unto thee, hearken unto her voice; for in Isaac shall thy seed be called.
And in the end God will be our God
Is God declaring here that He is coming to live on earth with us?

Genesis 17:9 And God said unto Abraham, Thou shalt keep my covenant therefore, thou, and thy seed after thee in their generations.

Genesis 17:10 This is my covenant, which ye shall keep, between me and you and thy seed after thee; Every man child among you shall be circumcised.
Where once it was of the flesh, it is now of the heart because Jesus shed His blood, the blood of infinite value, on the Cross.

Genesis 17:11 And ye shall circumcise the flesh of your foreskin; and it shall be a token of the covenant betwixt me and you.

Genesis 17:12 And he that is eight days old shall be circumcised among you, every man child in your generations, he that is born in the house, or bought with money of any stranger, which is not of thy seed
.
8 is the number of Resurrection, new beginnings. Was circumcision the sign of death?.

Genesis 17:13 He that is born in thy house, and he that is bought with thy money, must needs be circumcised: and my covenant shall be in your flesh for an everlasting covenant.

Genesis 17:14 And the uncircumcised man child whose flesh of his foreskin is not circumcised, that soul shall be cut off from his people; he hath broken my covenant.

soul - nephesh

Genesis 17:15 And God said unto Abraham, As for Sarai thy wife, thou shalt not call her name Sarai, but Sarah shall her name be.
The "H" once again. Sarai - princely Sarah - princess

Genesis 17:16 And I will bless her, and give thee a son also of her: yea, I will bless her, and she shall be a mother of nations; kings of people shall be of her.

Genesis 17:17 Then Abraham fell upon his face, and laughed, and said in his heart, Shall a child be born unto him that is an hundred years old? and shall Sarah, that is ninety years old, bear?

was joyful, the laughter of faith
John 8:56 Your father Abraham rejoiced to see my day: and he saw it, and was glad.

Romans 4:16 Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all,
Romans 4:17 (As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.
Romans 4:18 Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be.
Romans 4:19 And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead, when he was about an hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sarah's womb:
Romans 4:20 He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God;
Romans 4:21 And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform.
Romans 4:22 And therefore it was imputed to him for righteousness.
Romans 4:23 Now it was not written for his sake alone, that it was imputed to him;
Romans 4:24 But for us also, to whom it shall be imputed, if we believe on him that raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead;
Romans 4:25 Who was delivered for our offences, and was raised again for our justification.

Genesis 17:18 And Abraham said unto God, O that Ishmael might live before thee!
Did he think that Ishmael might die? IDK

Genesis 17:19 And God said, Sarah thy wife shall bear thee a son indeed; and thou shalt call his name Isaac: and I will establish my covenant with him for an everlasting covenant, and with his seed after him.
2nd God named

Genesis 17:20 And as for Ishmael, I have heard thee: Behold, I have blessed him, and will make him fruitful, and will multiply him exceedingly; twelve princes shall he beget, and I will make him a great nation.
God heard Abrahams prayer

Genesis 17:21 But my covenant will I establish with Isaac, which Sarah shall bear unto thee at this set time in the next year.
Isaac - laughter
signs - 4150 moed - appointed time, place, or meeting for things to come Jeremiah 10:2 Thus saith the LORD, Learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the heathen are dismayed at them

Genesis 17:22 And he left off talking with him, and God went up from Abraham.
Genesis 17:23 And Abraham took Ishmael his son, and all that were born in his house, and all that were bought with his money, every male among the men of Abraham's house; and circumcised the flesh of their foreskin in the selfsame day, as God had said unto him.
No hesitation, straight to doing Gods will.

Genesis 17:24 And Abraham was ninety years old and nine, when he was circumcised in the flesh of his foreskin.
Genesis 17:25 And Ishmael his son was thirteen years old, when he was circumcised in the flesh of his foreskin.

Symbolic and in contrast to 8th day. Ishmaelites and Arabians still circumcise in the 13th year

Genesis 17:26 In the selfsame day was Abraham circumcised, and Ishmael his son.
Genesis 17:27 And all the men of his house, born in the house, and bought with money of the stranger, were circumcised with him.

lots of threes

Genesis 18:7 And Abraham ran unto the herd, and fetcht a calf tender and good, and gave it unto a young man; and he hasted to dress it.

Genesis 18:8 And he took butter, and milk, and the calf which he had dressed, and set it before them; and he stood by them under the tree, and they did eat.
Jesus ate after the resurrection, right?.

Genesis 18:9 And they said unto him, Where is Sarah thy wife? And he said, Behold, in the tent.

Genesis 18:10 And he said, I will certainly return unto thee according to the time of life; and, lo, Sarah thy wife shall have a son. And Sarah heard it in the tent door, which was behind him.

Genesis 18:11 Now Abraham and Sarah were old and well stricken in age and it ceased to be with Sarah after the manner of women.

Genesis 18:19 For I know him, that he will command his children and his household after him, and they shall keep the way of the LORD, to do justice and judgment; that the LORD may bring upon Abraham that which he hath spoken of him.
Don't ever let anything blind you to the way GOD FEELS. " and they shall keep the WAY OF THE LORD, DO JUSTICE AND JUDGMENT". So many different ways this is "lessened" through this or that teaching. It is important to God now, just as it was then.

Genesis 18:20 And the LORD said, Because the cry of Sodom and Gomorrah is great, and because their sin is very grievous

Genesis 18:21 I will go down now, and see whether they have done altogether according to the cry of it, which is come unto me; and if not, I will know.

Genesis 18:22 And the men turned their faces from thence, and went toward Sodom but Abraham stood yet before the LORD.
Abraham has Lot

Genesis 18:23 And Abraham drew near, and said, Wilt thou also destroy the righteous with the wicked?

Genesis 18:24 Peradventure there be fifty righteous within the city: wilt thou also destroy and not spare the place for the fifty righteous that are therein?

Genesis 18:25 That be far from thee to do after this manner, to slay the righteous with the wicked: and that the righteous should be as the wicked, that be far from thee: Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?

Genesis 18:26 And the LORD said, If I find in Sodom fifty righteous within the city, then I will spare all the place for their sakes.

Genesis 18:27 And Abraham answered and said, Behold now, I have taken upon me to speak unto the LORD*, which am but dust and ashes

Genesis 19

Genesis 19:1 And there came two angels to Sodom at even and Lot sat in the gate of Sodom: and Lot seeing them rose up to meet them; and he bowed himself with his face toward the ground;
Sodom-flaming, burning
at even - learn to take note of "time" in Scripture. also numbers etc. helps with discerning the situation
the gate - The seat of judgment. Lot not only a citizen but a Judge.

Genesis 19:2 And he said, Behold now, my lords, turn in, I pray you, into your servant's house, and tarry all night, and wash your feet, and ye shall rise up early, and go on your ways. And they said, Nay; but we will abide in the street all night.
my lords - plural for Adon
Lot was well aware that if they tried to abide in the streets that they would be molested by the men of the city.

Genesis 19:3 And he pressed upon them greatly; and they turned in unto him, and entered into his house; and he made them a feast, and did bake unleavened bread, and they did eat.
You know they ate angels food in the wilderness, stands to reason angels could eat earthy food.

Genesis 19:4 But before they lay down, the men of the city, even the men of Sodom, compassed the house round, both old and young, all the people from every quarter
That's all the men of the city circling the house

Genesis 19:5 And they called unto Lot, and said unto him, Where are the men which came in to thee this night? bring them out unto us, that we may know them.
they are looking to molest them

Genesis 19:6 And Lot went out at the door unto them, and shut the door after him,

Genesis 19:7 And said, I pray you, brethren, do not so wickedly.

Genesis 19:8 Behold now, I have two daughters which have not known man; let me, I pray you, bring them out unto you, and do ye to them as is good in your eyes: only unto these men do nothing; for therefore came they under the shadow of my roof.
Lot knew these men wanted nothing to do with his daughters, that is not where their interests lay.

Genesis 19:9 And they said, Stand back. And they said again, This one fellow came in to sojourn, and he will needs be a judge: now will we deal worse with thee, than with them. And they pressed sore upon the man, even Lot, and came near to break the door.
So of course they get mad at Lot and now they are going to take him instead

Genesis 19:10 But the men put forth their hand, and pulled Lot into the house to them, and shut to the door.
Angels to the rescue.

Genesis 19:11 And they smote the men that were at the door of the house with blindness, both small and great: so that they wearied themselves to find the door.
Even being blinded, they still looking to get in. The wickedness of sin. It is a sin for a man to lie with his own kind. That is Gods Truth.

Genesis 19:12 And the men said unto Lot, Hast thou here any besides? son in law, and thy sons, and thy daughters, and whatsoever thou hast in the city, bring them out of this place:

Genesis 19:13 For we will destroy this place, because the cry of them is waxen great before the face of the LORD; and the LORD hath sent us to destroy it.

Genesis 19:14 And Lot went out, and spake unto his sons in law, which married his daughters, and said, Up, get you out of this place; for the LORD will destroy this city. But he seemed as one that mocked unto his sons in law.
seemed like he was talkin nonsense to them

Genesis 19:15 And when the morning arose, then the angels hastened Lot, saying, Arise, take thy wife, and thy two daughters, which are here; lest thou be consumed in the iniquity of the city.

Genesis 19:16 And while he lingered, the men laid hold upon his hand, and upon the hand of his wife, and upon the hand of his two daughters; the LORD being merciful unto him: and they brought him forth, and set him without the city.

Genesis 19:17 And it came to pass, when they had brought them forth abroad, that he said, Escape for thy life; look not behind thee, neither stay thou in all the plain; escape to the mountain, lest thou be consumed.

Genesis 19:18 And Lot said unto them, Oh, not so, my LORD*

Genesis 19:19 Behold now, thy servant hath found grace in thy sight, and thou hast magnified thy mercy, which thou hast shewed unto me in saving my life and I cannot escape to the mountain, lest some evil take me, and I die:

Genesis 19:20 Behold now, this city is near to flee unto, and it is a little one: Oh, let me escape thither, (is it not a little one?) and my soul shall live.
City life easier, Lot doesn't trust God to take care of him and his family. Lot doesn't make wise choices.

Genesis 19:21 And he said unto him, See, I have accepted thee concerning this thing also, that I will not overthrow this city, for the which thou hast spoken.

Genesis 19:22 Haste thee, escape thither; for I cannot do anything till thou be come thither. Therefore the name of the city was called Zoar.
little or smallness

Genesis 19:23 The sun was risen upon the earth when Lot entered into Zoar.

Genesis 19:24 Then the LORD rained upon Sodom and upon Gomorrah brimstone and fire from the LORD out of heaven;
The LORD starts it and The LORD finishes it

Genesis 19:25 And he overthrew those cities, and all the plain, and all the inhabitants of the cities, and that which grew upon the ground.

Genesis 19:26 But his wife looked back from behind him, and she became a pillar of salt.
Most interesting. Became a pillar of salt. One minute she was a person getting out of Sodom, then she looked back and became a pillar of salt, and once she became a pillar of salt, she then was a pillar of salt.

Genesis 19:27 And Abraham gat up early in the morning to the place where he stood before the LORD

Genesis 19:28 And he looked toward Sodom and Gomorrah, and toward all the land of the plain, and beheld, and, lo, the smoke of the country went up as the smoke of a furnace.
Didn't see a cities, just smoke

Genesis 19:29 And it came to pass, when God destroyed the cities of the plain, that God remembered Abraham, and sent Lot out of the midst of the overthrow, when he overthrew the cities in the which Lot dwelt.

Genesis 19:30 And Lot went up out of Zoar, and dwelt in the mountain, and his two daughters with him; for he feared to dwell in Zoar: and he dwelt in a cave, he and his two daughters.

Genesis 19:31 And the firstborn said unto the younger, Our father is old, and there is not a man in the earth to come in unto us after the manner of all the earth

Genesis 19:32 Come, let us make our father drink wine, and we will lie with him, that we may preserve seed of our father.

Genesis 19:33 And they made their father drink wine that night: and the firstborn went in, and lay with her father; and he perceived not when she lay down, nor when she arose.
Unless you read the oldest texts which say he did know when she arose.

Genesis 19:34 And it came to pass on the morrow, that the firstborn said unto the younger, Behold, I lay yesternight with my father: let us make him drink wine this night also; and go thou in, and lie with him, that we may preserve seed of our father.

Genesis 19:35 And they made their father drink wine that night also: and the younger arose, and lay with him; and he perceived not when she lay down, nor when she arose.

Genesis 19:36 Thus were both the daughters of Lot with child by their father.

Genesis 19:37 And the first born bare a son, and called his name Moab: the same is the father of the Moabites unto this day.
Moab - from a father

Genesis 19:38 And the younger, she also bare a son, and called his name Benammi: the same is the father of the children of Ammon unto this day.
Son of Ammi = "the god, Am"

Both will have shameful histories.

19:26 BECAME. Now that you have a very clear understanding of what that word means, do you know where that exxact same word is found?

Genesis 1:2 And the earth was without form, and void and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters
1961 hayah to fall out, come to pass, become, be
So just as Lots' wife looked back and became a pillar of salt, the earth became without form and void.

Genesis 20

Genesis 20:1 And Abraham journeyed from thence toward the south country, and dwelled between Kadesh and Shur, and sojourned in Gerar.
Ancient city, south of Gaza

Genesis 20:2 And Abraham said of Sarah his wife, She is my sister: and Abimelech king of Gerar sent, and took Sarah.
Egypt had Pharaohs, Romans had Caesars and Augustus, several kings of Gerar were called Abimelech (Father-king)
Through whom is the Promised seed to come? And who is right there trying to cut it off? Keep your eye on the ball. This is the great conflict through out the Word. Satan is out to destroy so that he can make GODS WORD FAIL because that is his only hope. He started back in the garden, he is at it today.
Genesis 3:15 And I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed; it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel.

God has to intervene on this next assault on the seed line through which Christ would come.
Genesis 20:3 But God came to Abimelech in a dream by night, and said to him, Behold, thou art but a dead man, for the woman which thou hast taken; for she is a man's wife.
(I don't know about you but to me, our Father truly has a great sense of humor. Never forget, God loves us and wants our love. I say this because it is as though some don't recognize this relationship and miss out on so much and once you are able, He will have you rolling, thoroughly enjoying the read, feeling the emotions, then crying, feeling the pain. He is so many sides and he shares them all with us. He gives us His will through His Word. True, sometimes there is the Respect that must be given The LORD, but don't let that stop you from seeing when He goes from that to what may follow. It is really worth the time and something to at least be aware of but I digress)
20 dreams recorded in Scripture

Genesis 20:4 But Abimelech had not come near her: and he said, LORD, wilt thou slay also a righteous nation?
He had taken out Sodom and Gomorrah, apparently others were very aware, Abimelech a bit worried the nation might be in trouble. They may have been heathen but obviously not ignorant.

Genesis 20:5 Said he not unto me, She is my sister? and she, even she herself said, He is my brother: in the integrity of my heart and innocency of my hands have I done this.

Genesis 20:6 And God said unto him in a dream, Yea, I know that thou didst this in the integrity of thy heart; for I also withheld thee from sinning against me: therefore suffered I thee not to touch her.
Divine intervention, keep that seed line safe. The knowledge we are given today about what is REALLY going on they did not get to know.

Genesis 20:7 Now therefore restore the man his wife; for he is a prophet, and he shall pray for thee, and thou shalt live: and if thou restore her not, know thou that thou shalt surely die, thou, and all that are thine.
1st time prophet is mentioned. Prophet-Gods spokesman, much more than just predicitions. Pray - prayer associated with prophesying, i.e. witnessing
1 Corinthians 11:3 But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.
1 Corinthians 11:4 Every man praying or prophesying, having his head covered, dishonoureth his head.
1 Corinthians 11:5 But every woman that prayeth or prophesieth with her head uncovered dishonoureth her head: for that is even all one as if she were shaven.
And only men? No. And don't get me started on that be silent in church and can't teach

Genesis 20:8 Therefore Abimelech rose early in the morning, and called all his servants, and told all these things in their ears: and the men were sore afraid.

Genesis 20:9 Then Abimelech called Abraham, and said unto him, What hast thou done unto us? and what have I offended thee, that thou hast brought on me and on my kingdom a great sin? thou hast done deeds unto me that ought not to be done.

Genesis 20:10 And Abimelech said unto Abraham, What sawest thou, that thou hast done this thing?

Genesis 20:11 And Abraham said, Because I thought, Surely the fear of God is not in this place; and they will slay me for my wife's sake.
The enemy works through fear. Its ok to feel fear, it is just how you act in the face of it that matters. "a coward dies a thousand deaths, a brave man dies but one"

Genesis 20:12 And yet indeed she is my sister; she is the daughter of my father, but not the daughter of my mother; and she became my wife.
Didn't lie, didn't tell the whole truth, she was his half sister

Genesis 20:13 And it came to pass, when God caused me to wander from my father's house, that I said unto her, This is thy kindness which thou shalt shew unto me; at every place whither we shall come, say of me, He is my brother.
Figure of speech-(of cause) Kindness put for the kind deeds caused by it

Genesis 20:14 And Abimelech took sheep, and oxen, and menservants, and womenservants, and gave them unto Abraham, and restored him Sarah his wife.

Genesis 20:15 And Abimelech said, Behold, my land is before thee: dwell where it pleaseth thee.

Genesis 20:16 And unto Sarah he said, Behold, I have given thy brother a thousand pieces of silver: behold, he is to thee a covering of the eyes, unto all that are with thee, and with all other: thus she was reproved.
Irony putting brother for husband
reproved- by the Irony

Genesis 20:17 So Abraham prayed unto God: and God healed Abimelech, and his wife, and his maidservants; and they bare children.
Elohim - 1st occurrence connects it with creation, so essential meaning as the Creator. His relationship to mankind as His creatures. Elohim is God the Son the living "WORD" with creature form to create, later in human form to redeem "Begotten of His father" before all worlds: born of mother, in this one. God.

Genesis 20:18 For the LORD had fast closed up all the wombs of the house of Abimelech, because of Sarah Abraham's wife.
Jehovah-same God in "covenant relation to those he has created. Means the Eternal. He Who WAS, and is, and IS TO COME. See Gen 21:33. The God of Israel, God of those who are redeemed, and are thus now "in Christ". My God yes but not My Jehovah for Jehovah is "My God". Jehovah is joined with 10 other words forming the Jehovah titles.

Genesis 21

Genesis 21:1 And the LORD visited Sarah as he had said, and the LORD did unto Sarah as he had spoken.
Jehovah

Genesis 21:2 For Sarah conceived, and bare Abraham a son in his old age, at the set time of which God had spoken to him.
exact time
Elohim from here to vs 32 we are spoken with by Creator to His creatures (us), in 33 coming into Covenant relationship we see the return of the title Jehovah

Genesis 21:3 And Abraham called the name of his son that was born unto him, whom Sarah bare to him, Isaac.
Isaac Hebrew - Let him laugh

Genesis 21:4 And Abraham circumcised his son Isaac being eight days old, as God had commanded him.
The Dominical number 8. Denotes resurrection, regeneration; a new beginning, or commencement. 8 is a new first. By Gematria, Jesus, Ieosus, is 888. The number 8 and its multiples have to do with the Lord's Names, the Lord's People, the Lord's works.
Remember Ishmael, in his 13th year was circumcised. 13 denotes rebellion, apostasy, defection, depravity, disintegration, evil, revolution. First occ Gen 14.4 second 17.25 confirms it. 13 times "for ever and ever" used in Revelation. It and its multiples are found in all numbers of all names and passages that are associated with rebellion.

Genesis 21:5 And Abraham was an hundred years old, when his son Isaac was born unto him.
The number 100 Gods election of Grace, children of promise Galatians 4:28 Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are the children of promise.
Romans 9:7 Neither, because they are the seed of Abraham, are they all children: but, In Isaac shall thy seed be called.
Romans 9:8 That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God: but the children of the promise are counted for the seed.

Genesis 21:6 And Sarah said, God hath made me to laugh, so that all that hear will laugh with me.

Genesis 21:7 And she said, Who would have said unto Abraham, that Sarah should have given children suck? for I have born him a son in his old age.
Proof that God-Elohim-our creator has rejuvenated, or renewed, or whatever even her breasts are producing.

Genesis 21:8 And the child grew, and was weaned: and Abraham made a great feast the same day that Isaac was weaned.

Genesis 21:9 And Sarah saw the son of Hagar the Egyptian, which she had born unto Abraham, mocking.

Genesis 21:10 Wherefore she said unto Abraham, Cast out this bondwoman and her son: for the son of this bondwoman shall not be heir with my son, even with Isaac.

Genesis 21:11 And the thing was very grievous in Abraham's sight because of his son.
Hebrew - word

Genesis 21:12 And God said unto Abraham, Let it not be grievous in thy sight because of the lad, and because of thy bondwoman; in all that Sarah hath said unto thee, hearken unto her voice; for in Isaac shall thy seed be called.
The context determines if seed is plural (like sheep) or singular. Isaac sing. "it shall be called" sing. so seed sing. Galatians 3:16 Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ.

Genesis 21:13 And also of the son of the bondwoman will I make a nation, because he is thy seed.

Genesis 21:14 And Abraham rose up early in the morning, and took bread, and a bottle of water, and gave it unto Hagar, putting it on her shoulder, and the child, and sent her away: and she departed, and wandered in the wilderness of Beersheba.
Who am I to take issue, but a bottle of water??? God will provide a well. An excellent example of God being there for us and how we should count on God, not man. God will provide. Jehovah-Jireh = Jehovah will see, or provide.

Genesis 21:15 And the water was spent in the bottle, and she cast the child under one of the shrubs.

Genesis 21:16 And she went, and sat her down over against him a good way off, as it were a bow shot: for she said, Let me not see the death of the child. And she sat over against him, and lift up her voice, and wept.
I don't know if she did, but by the next verse it seems it was the boy lift up his voice and wept.

Genesis 21:17 And God heard the voice of the lad; and the angel of God called to Hagar out of heaven, and said unto her, What aileth thee, Hagar? fear not; for God hath heard the voice of the lad where he is.

Genesis 21:18 Arise, lift up the lad, and hold him in thine hand; for I will make him a great nation.

Genesis 21:19 And God opened her eyes, and she saw a well of water; and she went, and filled the bottle with water, and gave the lad drink.
a digged well - Heb beer (first e is littler and up higher in Hebrew word), so it wasn't a natural spring or fountain - 'ayin

Genesis 21:20 And God was with the lad; and he grew, and dwelt in the wilderness, and became an archer.

Genesis 21:21 And he dwelt in the wilderness of Paran: and his mother took him a wife out of the land of Egypt.

Genesis 21:22 And it came to pass at that time, that Abimelech and Phichol the chief captain of his host spake unto Abraham, saying, God is with thee in all that thou doest:

Genesis 21:23 Now therefore swear unto me here by God that thou wilt not deal falsely with me, nor with my son, nor with my son's son: but according to the kindness that I have done unto thee, thou shalt do unto me, and to the land wherein thou hast sojourned.

Genesis 21:24 And Abraham said, I will swear.

Genesis 21:25 And Abraham reproved Abimelech because of a well of water, which Abimelech's servants had violently taken away.

Genesis 21:26 And Abimelech said, I wot not who hath done this thing; neither didst thou tell me, neither yet heard I of it, but to day.
know not

Genesis 21:27 And Abraham took sheep and oxen, and gave them unto Abimelech; and both of them made a covenant.
not as in 15:10-18 God alone, but both parties

Genesis 21:28 And Abraham set seven ewe lambs of the flock by themselves.

Genesis 21:29 And Abimelech said unto Abraham, What mean these seven ewe lambs which thou hast set by themselves?

Genesis 21:30 And he said, For these seven ewe lambs shalt thou take of my hand, that they may be a witness unto me, that I have digged this well.
Abraham has rendered good for evil. Just a thought, maybe an example. God really loves him, a lot.

Genesis 21:31 Wherefore he called that place Beersheba; because there they sware both of them.

Genesis 21:32 Thus they made a covenant at Beersheba: then Abimelech rose up, and Phichol the chief captain of his host, and they returned into the land of the Philistines.
Beersheba - well of the oath

Genesis 21:33 And Abraham planted a grove in Beersheba, and called there on the name of the LORD, the everlasting God.
grove Heb 'eshel = trees, for wood. Not 'Asherah . This will be where he gets the wood for the burnt offering.
the everlasting GOD. The divine definition of Jehovah
(LORD) (JUST figured out I could do that) Heb 'olam = duration, secret and hidden from man. Psalm 90:2 Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou hadst formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, thou art God

Genesis 21:34 And Abraham sojourned in the Philistines' land many days.
Satan in the land, looking to block that promised Seed from coming.

Just FYI Isaac's sons, Sac sons, Saxons as they will be called on down the line.

To possibly persuade a quick study of how gematria (word measuring) will help to "rightly divide" the Word. I have used it to figure out what was being said when I found myself confused before.

Here Jesus gives us an example of the Depraved heart of man.
Mark 7:21 For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts (1), adulteries (2), fornications (3), murders (4),
Mark 7:22 Thefts (5), covetousness (6), wickedness (7), deceit (8), lasciviousness (9), an evil eye (10), blasphemy (11), pride (12), foolishness (13)
Mark 7:23 All these evil things come from within, and defile the man.
