Bildad talks about the greatness of God in his creation ..and how the angels obey God and we shld fear God or respect him as a mere human being .Which is right
However he compares us to maggot or worms
We r not perfect but through Jesus we are made perfect to be called his Sons
So we are more precious in all of his creation: Proof John 3:16
We are but dust ,but God does care for us still and we are more valuable than the worms
Bildad just says how can any human be righteous before God. (The answer for us now: through faith in Jesus!)
