Job 26
at the end he says
Behold, these are but the outskirts of his ways,
and how small a whisper do we hear of him!
He stretches out the north over the void
and hangs the earth on nothing.
He was showing how great God is
His frnd spoke general and Job hoped for some wisdom . shows how they had wisdom back then and that is if he had spoken through the holy spirit
so it dint have to be a loud voice , just a whisper in the ear
Job is disappointed with Bildad's words and probably wished for comfort instead. We will often get disappointed with the lack of support from our loved ones in our time of need. The Comforter (Holy Spirit) is our best one to go to

Job says, "Who has helped you utter these words? And whose spirit spoke from your mouth?" which was most likely referring to when Bildad said "How then can a mortal be righteous before God?" (Job 25:4), which sounded like Eliphaz words from Job 4:17 "Can a mortal be more righteous than God? Can even a strong man be more pure than his Maker?"
