Making a difference for ourselves is not a practice its a way of living, its a commitment to our soul to never allow circumstance to rob our light within, to knock us down with grief, its making sure we always keep moving forward, its compl
etely undoing our old thinking patterns and reprogramming ourselves to see, feel, understand and interact with our experiences on a whole new level. When your sick and tired of being sick and tired; then you will recognize that the old ways of living and being just aren't working anymore. Life is going to happen whether we are ready or not, when we consistently react to the experiences instead of being proactive, we wind up suffering needlessly. We give up hope on people just because we were too afraid to set boundaries and communicate. We find it easier to push others away rather than let them in. We allow fear to rule our choices and we do not even know what we want in life. It is not until we journey within that we can heal those places we have been avoiding and masking over for far too long. ...~^__^~
