This place has lost is magic
It even lost it's glow
I thought I could leave my feelings
Or keep them all in tow

Somewhere though, I went quite wrong
In my heart there is no longer a song,
Songs where my heart did once belong
But when I held too tightly, t'was suddenly gone

This world cannot possibly understand
My guilt and regret of losing a friend
The one that made it all worthwhile
In just one grin, in just one smile
And now all I do is bite back bile
Since deep down I know it's the end
