I post these for young men. You can gratify yourself in any way imaginable but God can take it away and make you clean. And it is an easy walk. You just keep saying no when temptation comes up. And you think about where you will be tempted, and you avoid that thing.
I am playing the video game Mass Effect 3. There are several female characters in that game. But I can say "These are my troops. They are here to defend me and fight with me." I can view them as soldiers and friends, not as objects.
I go on the internet, and sometimes I get sidetracked by my interest in freemasonry or ancient religions. And some of the things that I read about can get the thoughts going. Brother, that is putting yourself in harms way. I almost let myself get sucked in, but God gave me an exit at the last minute. Always look for the choice that removes it from you.
I go on websites, and I see women. But I see sisters, and mothers. These are my Christian family. I am not to covet them. I made that mistake, and although I did not fall into sexual sin, I embarassed myself. But God chastens those he loves. I thank God I was embarassed and humiliated.

I pray that God will help me see girls around my age as sisters, and bless my interaction with them.
