The main reason why most of today's relationships are failing is that couples (from what I've seen), all-too-often, are forgetting that it takes three people to form a relationship; not two. The man, the woman, and God. Many people often try to put themselves and each other as the focal point of a relationship and leave God out on the sideline yet they still expect that relationship to be blessed. If you want your relationship to be blessed, you need to include God as the foundation and the solid rock on which the relationship is based upon. God CANNOT bless something if He isn't included in it.
In the same sense, people expect their lives to be blessed and highly-favored in the eyes of God yet they won't include Him in a single aspect of their lives. They won't take time to dive into His word, talk to Him in prayer, or even just to sit in His presence and spend time with Him every day. Once again, God CANNOT bless something if he isn't included in it.
