Rom 1:16, 2:9-10: Salvation comes to every one that will believe. 1st to the jew, then to the gentile.

Acts 2:4 (A) they were all filled with the Holy Ghost,
(NOTE: Jews only received God's promise (Lk 24:49, Jn 7:38-39, Acts 2:33). The baptism with God's eternally sealing/saving, indwelling Holy Spirit)

7 years later at Cornilus house Gentiles receive Christ's baptism with the Holy Spirit
Acts 10:
44 While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word.
45 And they of the circumcision which believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because that on the Gentiles also was poured out the gift of the Holy Ghost.
(NOTE: Gentiles receive God's promise (Lk 24:49, Jn 7:38-39, Acts 2:33). Jesus baptism with His eternally sealing/saving, indwelling Holy Spirit)

Peter shares/revisits his Acts 10 experience
Acts 11:
15 And as I began to speak, the Holy Ghost fell on them, as on us at the beginning.
16 Then remembered I the word of the Lord, how that he said, John indeed baptized with water; but ye shall be baptized with the Holy Ghost.
(NOTE: Peter retutns to Jerusalem & shares with the apostles & brethern in Jerusalem. The Acts 10 gentile's baptism with the Holy Ghost)

The EARNEST = Down Payment
2 Co 1:22 Who hath also sealed us, and given the """earnest of the Spirit in our hearts""".

2 Co 5:5 Now he that hath wrought us for the selfsame thing is God, who also hath """given unto us the earnest of the Spirit""".

Eph 1:14 Which is the """earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession"""
(NOTE: Christ's baptism with His indwelling Holy Spirit. Is the Earnest/Down Payment on our SOUL, Christ bought with His sin atoning work & guarantee's our final redemption, from corruptible to incorruptible, when we meet Him)

Eph 1:13, 2 Cor 1:22 Refer to the Holy Spirit as a Seal & Eph 4:30 proclaims you're been sealed until the day of redemption.

Salvation: By Christ (done spiritually without hands Col 2:11-Deut 30:6), with His eternal seal/baptism with the Holy Spirit.

At conversion: When we believe/place our faith in Christ sin atoning work. Found in Jesus death (sins required wage PAID), burial (proof he died) & resurrection ( Father's receipt, payment received & accepted)
