In my own small little world here on CC, there are a couple of people that when I see their user name on a post I cringe because I just know that the words they write are ungodly, selfish and far from Christian, you know? It is annoying as all get out, but I have chosen to ignore them and not feed into their lies. It's hard to do, though, because they are misleading people based on their selfish desires and it is just sickening. Blah. Sigh. Moving on...

By feeding into their lies, I mean arguing with them and giving them more spotlight and more opportunities to lead others astray.

A lot of bored and/or hurting people come here and try to stir people up for kicks. Sad.

I'm not trying to be mean, but you know what is even more sad, this post could have been a prayer for them instead of a complaint..

This is a christian website remember is a perfect place for attacks, and those with deceitful motives.I don't get upset with hurting people though,it's people that like to stir up arguments and lies that get me upset more than anything. We will never get rid of that.I avoid argumentative people.I pray for them and leave it alone, that is all we can do.

It is a blog entry, not a forum post. I believe that blogs are for this purpose, which is why I put it in a blog entry, rather than creating a thread or post.

Thank you for your comment, though. I truly appreciate feedback. :)

my life is too busy to deal with it. I tend to say a prayer for them and focus my attention on the people I feel that God has lead me to help. We can't save the whole world. we can't even save ourselves. that is why I thank God every day for sending His Son and helping me remember that the hard part has already been done. Now all we have to do is have faith that what we do for the glory of His name is not wasted and focus on what God has called us to do. We can't be distracted and drawn into fruitless arguments. our words won't change their hearts, only God can do that and God tells us He hears the prayers of His people. so we should pray for them, but I don't feel guilty for the many people I have on ignore. it tells me to pray before reading their words and to be very careful before responding to them because in the past they have either take offense to what I've said or have offended me.

anyway. i saw one of your posts yesterday, didn't comment but really liked it :) I don't look for the names that make me cringe. I look for the names that make me smile and thank God that I'm not alone in trying to follow His will.

Remember Elijah thought he was alone until God told him He reserved a remnant. it is good to see others out there. :)

God bless and keep you.
