Just posting a reflection God gave me about breakthrough last summer. Let's call it a spiritual physics lesson on breakthrough. Compare your breakthrough to a an air craft breaking the sound barrier. When you are far away the pressure does not seem totally unbearable, but the closer you get the pressure seems unbearable. During World War 2 the planes came near the speed of sound many craft were destroyed because they were not made to break through this barrier. Many pilots report when coming near the barrier at the time that the crafts would shake uncontrollably and confusion would come over them to try to figure out how to keep their craft from breaking up. The pressure on the body increases greatly as well because the sound waves are compressed into a tight vortex. Sometimes we like the pilots get to the point of the point where we are closing in on breakthrough and feel the pressure we do not think we have what it takes to breakthrough because we look at our failures and weakness. We pull back confused not knowing what to do to relieve the pressure. We get into this yo-yo cycle going back and forth between advancing and retreating never breaking through. However, when our eyes are fixed on Christ and put on the whole amour of God (Eph. 6:10-18), we realized we are equipped to breakthrough. We need to realize we are in a time of acceleration; we need to breakthrough at the speed of the spirit. We breakthrough with the Spirit of Liberty; then, a sound come forth announcing our getting through the barrier. Think out when Christ died and rose both times were breakthroughs with earthquakes. Our victory produces a sound, but even better yet that sound continues to travel with us even after we breakthrough wherever we go. In the natural as long as the aircraft continues to travel above the speed of sound it continues to create the sonic boom everywhere it goes. The shock wave affects the environment around it like we are called to do. I guess that is what we call overcoming by the blood of the lamb and walking in the word of our testimony. We seek to walk from glory to glory. This puts 2 Cor. 3 and 4 in a new light for me. I hope this word inspires you on your breakthrough. Happy end of Passover and Happy Pascha (Orthodox Easter). View attachment 148548
