Luke 8:16-25 Light overcomes the darkness

16 “No one lights a lamp and hides it in a clay jar or puts it under a bed. Instead, they put it on a stand, so that those who come in can see the light. 17 For there is nothing hidden that will not be disclosed, and nothing concealed that will not be known or brought out into the open.

It was disgusting to see Delta Airlines object to the election integrity laws in Georgia. No one can use their airline without a picture ID, yet they have the nerve to accuse Georgia of being racist because you need a picture ID to vote. Likewise with Coca Cola, no one can buy stock in that company or attend a shareholder meeting with a picture ID, what hypocrites to blame Georgia for requiring a picture ID. The NBA is even worse, they have the gall to complain about the election integrity in the US while being partners with China where there is no election integrity. We are a light, we cannot allow businesses to cover up the light. There are a lot of things that are hidden, but they will all be disclosed and brought to light.

18 Therefore consider carefully how you listen. Whoever has will be given more; whoever does not have, even what they think they have will be taken from them.”

To me it is like finding a vein of gold in the ground. Keep digging. They don’t conceal things unless they are really important, really valuable, so keep digging. But there is a warning, there are those who think they already have and stop digging. They even tell others to stop digging and worse they may try to stop you from digging by force. Even what you think you have will be taken away from you. Just remember, Jesus is Lord. You need to be very clear in your spirit that you are walking according to Him.

19 Now Jesus’ mother and brothers came to see him, but they were not able to get near him because of the crowd.20 Someone told him, “Your mother and brothers are standing outside, wanting to see you.” 21 He replied, “My mother and brothers are those who hear God’s word and put it into practice.”

This is now the second time He has said this, you need to hear God’s word and put it into practice. This word suggests that many families, even Jesus' family will have people who are interested in hearing God's word or putting it into practice. Abraham had a son according to the Spirit and he also had children according to the flesh. Once again I suspect this is what God desires to make sure the word is spoken to everyone.

22 One day Jesus said to his disciples, “Let us go over to the other side of the lake.” So they got into a boat and set out.23 As they sailed, he fell asleep. A squall came down on the lake, so that the boat was being swamped, and they were in great danger. 24 The disciples went and woke him, saying, “Master, Master, we’re going to drown!” He got up and rebuked the wind and the raging waters; the storm subsided, and all was calm. 25 “Where is your faith?”he asked his disciples.

This election fraud is a squall. If you read the founding fathers writings concerning this possibility they anticipated it. This is the reason we have the electoral college 40 days later, they knew that it could take 40 days to find and prosecute the fraud. This is why if a state can’t certify the vote they let their representatives vote. It is fully constitutional to decide that the vote by the public was fraudulent, cannot be properly counted and so let the elected representatives vote for the state and assign the electoral college. Finally, even if that process cannot be done you can have each state get one vote for the President. So relax, where is your faith, the constitution is not under threat.

In fear and amazement they asked one another, “Who is this? He commands even the winds and the water, and they obey him.”

Some people thought that “running out the clock” was a viable strategy for the Democrats. The idea is this, if you can’t reverse the results by December 14th, then you lose. But think about his for a minute, there are 73 million people who voted for Trump. In addition there are many others who voted for Biden and are now feeling the election was fraudulent. The information and investigations will continue until it is finally resolved to everyone's satisfaction. There could be over 150 million Americans who have already seen enough evidence to feel the election was stolen by Biden or at the very least feel there is evidence that this is the case. Do you really think it matters if Biden is president for 3 months? Impeachment only needs a misdemeanor and this is a felony. The constitution is not in danger and there will be no running out the clock. Light overcomes darkness, the darkness has never understood that.

Luke 8:26-48 We have been bleeding for twelve years

26 They sailed to the region of the Gerasenes, which is across the lake from Galilee. 27 When Jesus stepped ashore, he was met by a demon-possessed man from the town. For a long time this man had not worn clothes or lived in a house, but had lived in the tombs.

Perhaps one of the dead people that voted in this election for Biden?

28 When he saw Jesus, he cried out and fell at his feet, shouting at the top of his voice, “What do you want with me, Jesus, Son of the Most High God? I beg you, don’t torture me!” 29 For Jesus had commanded the impure spirit to come out of the man. Many times it had seized him, and though he was chained hand and foot and kept under guard, he had broken his chains and had been driven by the demon into solitary places. 30 Jesus asked him, “What is your name?” “Legion,” he replied, because many demons had gone into him. 31 And they begged Jesus repeatedly not to order them to go into the Abyss. 32 A large herd of pigs was feeding there on the hillside. The demons begged Jesus to let them go into the pigs, and he gave them permission. 33 When the demons came out of the man, they went into the pigs, and the herd rushed down the steep bank into the lake and was drowned.

What this reminds me of is ANTIFA. It turns out that they are being funded by George Soros. Also it is very strange, the BLM movement has collected huge sums of money, I may have even heard that it is over a billion dollars, yet they collect it through a service that collects money for the Democratic party. This is strange because if you are donating money to them you might think that it is for charitable purposes, to help inner city, or some other cause but no, it is not a charitable tax deduction. Instead you made a campaign contribution to the Democratic party. It is a sneaky way for a billionaire like George Soros or a company like Google to pretend they are making charitable contributions to BLM when in reality what they are doing is making big fat campaign contributions to the Democrats. So what happens when this gets exposed, that a bunch of big fat politicians and CEOs were using ANTIFA not to help the inner city but rather to deceive and take advantage of minorities. They just wanted a black face on the riots. That’s right, the demons who were in these people who didn’t know any better will go back to where they belong and all those “swine” will be drowned.

34 When those tending the pigs saw what had happened, they ran off and reported this in the town and countryside,35 and the people went out to see what had happened. When they came to Jesus, they found the man from whom the demons had gone out, sitting at Jesus’ feet, dressed and in his right mind; and they were afraid. 36 Those who had seen it told the people how the demon-possessed man had been cured. 37 Then all the people of the region of the Gerasenes asked Jesus to leave them, because they were overcome with fear. So he got into the boat and left.

Are we talking about the mainstream media, the government officials and the tech giants? Right now one of the big stories is that people are leaving these platforms, these media outlets and even these cities in droves. Change of address forms for NYC have doubled in the last six months. Because of the lockdowns people have learned they can often work from home. If that is the case why live in these crowded, expensive, dangerous cities? Ratings for the mainstream media have tanked as people realize they have lied and cannot be trusted. New platforms that support free speech have been started and people are fleeing Google, Youtube, Facebook and Twitter. If the "pigs" refer to these rich elites running these multinational corporations then those "tending the pigs" would refer to the people working in these companies and perhaps to the stockholders who are watching their investments tank.

38 The man from whom the demons had gone out begged to go with him, but Jesus sent him away, saying, 39 “Return home and tell how much God has done for you.” So the man went away and told all over town how much Jesus had done for him.

Yet even so there are many testimonies and individuals popping up on Youtube (or Rumble). Epoch Times, NTD, Newsmax, etc. The "Walk Away" movement is a movement of people who have left the Democratic party, they share their testimonies similar to what the Lord is asking this man to do.

40 Now when Jesus returned, a crowd welcomed him, for they were all expecting him. 41 Then a man named Jairus, a synagogue leader, came and fell at Jesus’ feet, pleading with him to come to his house 42 because his only daughter, a girl of about twelve, was dying.

In the last chapter we had Jesus marvelling at the faith of the centurion. In this chapter He is rebuking His disciples “where is your faith”? In this chapter his cloak is touched by faith and that stops the bleeding. This girl is “about twelve”. 12 years ago was 2008, the mortgage meltdown. At that time the banks defrauded the American people out of homes knowing that when everything collapsed the US government and the taxpayers would bail them out. Anyone in the banking industry knew that those who designed this system were crooks whereas some of those who made money off of it might have been have been sleazy and stupid but not really aware of how criminal it was. Yet, despite the criminality and premeditation inherent in those who set it up no one went to jail. Instead the US taxpayer bailed out the criminals so that they could continue to give themselves million dollar bonuses. At that time the politics in this country changed, the common man realized if you don’t stand up now they will take your job and your house. This is why they rallied behind Trump. His “defeat” in the election signals the possible death of this movement. If Biden is in power and can pack the courts you can be sure all future elections will be stolen as well.

As Jesus was on his way, the crowds almost crushed him. 43 And a woman was there who had been subject to bleeding for twelve years, but no one could heal her.

For 12 years we have seen this political extremist wind bleeding Americans. We are seeing some really scary developments from blacklists, censorship, and indoctrination camps. A totalitarian regime is being organized even down to voting machines that will allow you to insure your victory. What they are really focused on, the big prize is the US dollar. If you can destroy the value of the dollar investors betting on this can become rich. This is how George Soros has made his billions. The Pandemic is providing the globalists with leverage to bankrupt currencies around the world and to then replace them with a universal digital currency and a computer chip with your information injected into you. A computer chip like this would give the governments enormous power to control the world. But even more important, the base of this movement to bring justice and righteousness to a corrupt government in the US were the small business owners. These are the ones they are bankrupting due to the pandemic while the supporters of these leftists are getting incredibly wealthy (Amazon.com, FedEx, etc). If you attack the Trump supporters in their wallet they cannot donate to Trump’s campaign and they can’t focus on the election when they have to focus on saving their business.

So let's make this very simple, twelve years ago two things happened, a grass roots movement in this country started in response to the very clear corruption in Washington. That was like a little girl. It was this movement that got Trump elected but now with this election fraud she is in danger of dying. Meanwhile at the same time they robbed widows houses, similar to this woman who has been bleeding for the last twelve years. They both have become desperate to be healed.

44 She came up behind him and touched the edge of his cloak, and immediately her bleeding stopped. 45 “Who touched me?” Jesus asked. When they all denied it, Peter said, “Master, the people are crowding and pressing against you.” 46 But Jesus said, “Someone touched me; I know that power has gone out from me.” 47 Then the woman, seeing that she could not go unnoticed, came trembling and fell at his feet. In the presence of all the people, she told why she had touched him and how she had been instantly healed. 48 Then he said to her, “Daughter, your faith has healed you. Go in peace.”

She was trying to go unnoticed. We need to stop having that attitude. No one lights a lamp and puts it in a clay jar or hides it under the bed. No, that is true, but people do keep a journal with their testimonies and hide that under a bed or keep that in a clay jar. When you put your faith into action you will have a testimony and that testimony is a light to the rest of us. Do not hide it.

Luke 8:49-56 The Rapture is central to the gospel

49 While Jesus was still speaking, someone came from the house of Jairus, the synagogue leader. “Your daughter is dead,” he said. “Don’t bother the teacher anymore.” 50 Hearing this, Jesus said to Jairus, “Don’t be afraid; just believe, and she will be healed.”

Yep, sorry about that, Trump was not reelected. Sure there are 5,000 affidavits of election fraud but no one wants to hear it, so stop bothering the Lord about it. There were a lot of people saying this, they were disheartened. But look at the Lord's word, don't be afraid, just believe and she will be healed. There are others who didn't give up, they have had faith, and we are starting to see the fruit of that. The evidence is overwhelming and there are a number of politicians who are standing up. The attacks are becoming more and more desperate as people are learning to ignore their claims of racism and insurrection. As a result they are being exposed as a paper tiger.

51 When he arrived at the house of Jairus, he did not let anyone go in with him except Peter, John and James, and the child’s father and mother. 52 Meanwhile, all the people were wailing and mourning for her. “Stop wailing,” Jesus said. “She is not dead but asleep.” 53 They laughed at him, knowing that she was dead. 54 But he took her by the hand and said, “My child, get up!” 55 Her spirit returned, and at once she stood up. Then Jesus told them to give her something to eat. 56 Her parents were astonished, but he ordered them not to tell anyone what had happened.

We start this chapter with sowing of seeds and end it with resurrection from the dead. When we stand up by faith it can be likened to being raised from the dead. The rapture is also likened to harvesting the crops at the end of the age as well as the raising up from the dead of the saints. The rapture is not some quirky Christian teaching that is optional, it is central to the gospel. The word of God is growing in us and will be harvested at the end of the age, that is the rapture. We have the resurrection life in us and this will be manifested at the end of the age, the rapture. The rapture will bring judgement on the demonic, satanic forces of evil. Stop being afraid to be noticed, that attitude is causing your life to drain out. Share your testimony, it is a light that should be allowed to shine for all to see. The word of God is a seed that will accomplish everything the Lord desires for it to accomplish. Have faith, don’t be afraid and you will be healed.

Luke 9:1-4 -- How to cast out demons and cure diseases

9 When Jesus had called the Twelve together, he gave them power and authority to drive out all demons and to cure diseases,

This is very interesting because in verse 40 the disciples were “not able to drive out the demon”. We have been given the power and the authority to cure diseases, so why is it that some can’t? Right now we are seeing a “cancel culture” attacking Christians who take a stand for righteousness. For example Goya came out in support of these values and AOC called for their being “cancelled”. Instead, sales doubled. We have the power and the authority to drive out this demon. Mike Lindell was attacked and they have worked to get him kicked out of all the big box stores. He has a powerful testimony of being saved, standing for Jesus, standing for helping other addicts recover (he was a former meth addict) and he was a very visible supporter of Donald Trump. The day he was kicked out of Bed, Bath and Beyond, Kohls and a bunch of other stores he went onto some of these platforms and told his story. As a result the online orders surged and the next day he said that they are busier than ever. We have the power and the authority to drive out this demon. If we stand together the big box stores that cancelled him will all go under, they are already on the brink of bankruptcy. Meanwhile his business will grow and soar, not merely because he is a Christian but also because the products are great.

2 and he sent them out to proclaim the kingdom of God and to heal the sick.

The Kingdom is righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. I think there are many today that want to proclaim righteousness, peace and joy. I think there are many today that want to heal one form of sickness or another. How to heal climate change? How to heal the racial divide claimed by the Black Lives Matter movement? The Lord has sent us out to do this, inwardly we may have a burden to do this, so then, how do we do it?

3 He told them: “Take nothing for the journey—no staff, no bag, no bread, no money, no extra shirt.

We need these things and there are ministries that are set up where many of those who are involved provide these things. They worry about logistics. There are other words in the New Testament that describe these functions. But this is giving you the first and most important thing you must do. Step one you are fully dependent on the Lord, trusting in Him, and walking by faith. Imagine you are just learning to drive a car. The first time you sit in the driver’s seat you now have the power and the authority. If I am teaching you and this is your first time driving the car I want to be sure you are not distracted with anything else but are fully focused on the task at hand and are giving me your full attention. In the same way Jesus is giving the disciples the wheel, but He is in the passenger seat, He wants them fully tuned into what they are doing and listening to Him. Don’t worry about all the other stuff right now, just focus on listening to the Lord. Let me share an experience. Our church had a softball game with all the young people and singles. Some of the singles were in their thirties, some in their twenties, we had a number of teenagers and we also had two young boys that were around ten, maybe younger. One of these kids was on my team and was having a terrible time trying to hit the ball. People were yelling all kinds of great advice: choke up on the bat, dig your feet in, widen your stance, etc. Finally I asked him if he wanted me to help him get a hit, he said yes. Then I told him I wanted him to watch the first two pitches to go by, don’t swing, just watch them go by. I asked if he could do that? Oh yeah, he could do that. But I emphasized I really wanted him to watch the pitches. The most important thing in hitting is to see the ball, when you first start hitting it can be overwhelming to think of all the other things, so I just wanted him to watch the ball. After the first pitch I yelled “good eye, good eye”. He gave me this look that said “what is that supposed to encourage me?” I ignored him. After the second pitch I yelled, “good eye, good eye”. This time he gave me this desperate look that said “now what am I supposed to do?” I got angry and then I yelled at the pitcher, “hey throw something he can swing at, what’s wrong with you anyway?” He yelled “I’m trying”. Immediately he understood. He started to dig his feet in, his stance widened a little, his hands inched up the bat a little. He coiled and he got a hit. The most important thing with ministry is the word, focus on that. Everything else will fall into place. This is what the Lord is telling them. In the same way think about getting a job for a high school kid. He could go work at a fast food restaurant, but is that his burden? Suppose the burden was political activism. Why not get a job without worrying about the money? Apply for an unpaid intern position. It will be better training, better on your resume, and it is cheaper than college.

4 Whatever house you enter, stay there until you leave that town.

Complete your mission. I became a teacher working for NYC public school. I picked up the burden for inner city youths, primarily young men of color. By many different measures they were not being well served and my burden was to heal the situation. Statistically students at my school would score in the bottom 25% of NYC schools. I felt that if I could have my students perform as well as students at the highest rated high schools in the country, schools in the top 3% of NYC, then we would have healed that situation. It takes years. Be persistent. Stay until you accomplish that goal. Right now there are threats from the left to take those that supported Trump (basically conservative Christians who are pro life) and “reeducate” their children. The proper response to this is for these Christians to pull their kids from the public school. There are 75 million people who voted for Trump. So then how could they all pull their kids? Simple, you set up the one room school house at the church again. You need one adult from the church to supervise 20 kids. These kids need a laptop and the church needs wifi. That’s it. In the last year teachers all over this country have created online curriculum to teach their subject. Half of these teachers are Christians and can easily share this material with their church. Khan academy and a number of online platforms teach every subject with online material. I have a complete course in both Earth Science and Chemistry that is online. We share this with the Body of Christ. In addition you have libraries with books, tapes and documentary movies. Get a retired teacher to supervise and you are up and running in no time. If 50% of the kids in the public school walked out you would immediately send a message about who is in charge. We have an arm like God, we have a voice like God, it is time to use it.

Luke 9:5-17 A very great testimony

5 If people do not welcome you, leave their town and shake the dust off your feet as a testimony against them.”

Prior to teaching in NYC I was a stock broker in a firm on Wall Street. This firm was involved in illegal stock transactions, they dumped stock they held onto their unsuspecting clients knowing that news of their demise would be released soon, it is called a violation of the “chinese wall”. To get into the inner circle of that company you had to do things illegal so they could trust you (similar to the concept in “mutual assured destruction”). When it became clear that I would not do anything illegal they “did not welcome me”. However, as I left that firm the “dust from that firm tried to cling to me”. A person I worked with was being sued and I also was named in the suit. I shared my testimony with their attorney and they made me a witness instead of a plaintiff.

6 So they set out and went from village to village, proclaiming the good news and healing people everywhere.

Everywhere. That includes the stock market, wall street, and the inner city public schools. It also includes the political arena. The church needs to wake up. 2008 should have been a wake up call that if the church does not get involved in mortgages the world will rob widows houses. 2021 should be a wake up call that if the church does not get involved in homeschools the world will teach their children to commit fornication. It is the teaching of Balaam to undermine the church. The election fraud should be a wake up call to get involved in politics. This world needs healing everywhere.

7 Now Herod the tetrarch heard about all that was going on. And he was perplexed because some were saying that John had been raised from the dead, 8 others that Elijah had appeared, and still others that one of the prophets of long ago had come back to life. 9 But Herod said, “I beheaded John. Who, then, is this I hear such things about?” And he tried to see him.

What is going on? They killed Martin Luther King Jr., they killed Malcolm X, they killed Gandhi, so where did these guys come from in Black Lives Matter? You follow the Lord, you pray for wisdom, you trust fully in Him, and you do a work of faith. It may seem like a small thing, but when it is multiplied a million times over the leaders and rulers will be perplexed. I met with one church that had a meeting hall in a very dangerous part of Los Angeles. Soon after they began meeting there crime dropped. The police department was perplexed, they knew the crime had dropped, everyone knew it was because of this church, and so people came to investigate, to see what they were doing. Malcolm X talked about how they had a very effective drug rehabilitation program with his mosque. Very often the politicians will learn of these impacts and will want to see what is going on.

10 When the apostles returned, they reported to Jesus what they had done. Then he took them with him and they withdrew by themselves to a town called Bethsaida,

Bethsaida means “house of the hunt”. The Lord has made us fishers of men. We need to share our stories with one another. For example, one of my favorite experiences was when I went up to the “Big Man on Campus” and asked him “hey Big man, do you want to know why God made you so big?” and then put down the tract “The Purpose of Man”. What you need to know is the night before we had had the Lord’s table meeting and this brother who was a construction worker, his name was Dvorak, got up and shared virtually the same experience he had. I learned this from him. We are both sharing our experiences after the hunt, hence “the house of the hunt”.

11 but the crowds learned about it and followed him. He welcomed them and spoke to them about the kingdom of God, and healed those who needed healing. 12 Late in the afternoon the Twelve came to him and said, “Send the crowd away so they can go to the surrounding villages and countryside and find food and lodging, because we are in a remote place here.” 13 He replied, “You give them something to eat.”

The 12 apostles return from “everywhere” and report their testimonies to the Lord. These testimonies are “food” for the crowds. The Lord works with you, people want to know about it. How is it that the schools that fit the demographics of my school in Brooklyn score in the bottom 25% of NYC and my students score in the top 6%? People want to know. Christians from everywhere need to share their testimonies, it couldn’t be easier with the internet. This pandemic has caused the Lord and His disciples to withdraw to “the house of the hunt” and the purpose is for us to share our testimonies and feed the five thousand.

They answered, “We have only five loaves of bread and two fish—unless we go and buy food for all this crowd.” 14 (About five thousand men were there.) But he said to his disciples, “Have them sit down in groups of about fifty each.” 15 The disciples did so, and everyone sat down. 16 Taking the five loaves and the two fish and looking up to heaven, he gave thanks and broke them. Then he gave them to the disciples to distribute to the people. 17 They all ate and were satisfied, and the disciples picked up twelve basketfuls of broken pieces that were left over.

Every testimony seems too small, insignificant. So how do our testimonies feed people so that they will have basketfuls of leftovers on top of that. To us, it seems very small. Visit my class and it is hard to see what is different. But, a very small difference on each day, multiplied by 180 days becomes a very great difference by the end of the year. In the same way a very small testimony from a million believers becomes a very great testimony.

Luke 9:18-22 When Justice is done it brings terror to evil doers

18 Once when Jesus was praying in private and his disciples were with him, he asked them, “Who do the crowds say I am?” 19 They replied, “Some say John the Baptist; others say Elijah; and still others, that one of the prophets of long ago has come back to life.” 20 “But what about you?” he asked. “Who do you say I am?” Peter answered, “God’s Messiah.”

If you see that Jesus is the anointed one of God and that He has been given to you, then you will know that He has given you the power and the authority to cast out demons and heal the sick. That brokerage firm filled with demons, they were shut down within a year of my leaving. These inner city youths, primarily young men of color (80% of the school) with a very high poverty index, are performing on par with schools like Stuyvesant, Bronx HS of Science, and other high schools ranked as the best in the country. When you look at them based on improvement from one year to the next, they are easily the number one high school in the city (for the class I teach).

21 Jesus strictly warned them not to tell this to anyone.

I have been strictly warned not to say one thing about Jesus being the Messiah at my school. At the school it is all about the curriculum. At home it is all about praying for wisdom.

22 And he said, “The Son of Man must suffer many things and be rejected by the elders, the chief priests and the teachers of the law, and he must be killed and on the third day be raised to life.”

He must be killed.

Pr 22:3 The prudent see danger and take refuge, but the simple keep going and pay the penalty.

Jesus saw the danger, was He prudent? Did He take refuge, did He advise the disciples to hide themselves? Jesus continued to keep going to Jerusalem and the cross, so was He simple? Did He pay the penalty? Was He a ransom for our sin? He must be raised to life. There are many out there who will try every possible way to avoid having Jesus as Lord. They will go so far as to crucify Him. They are conceited, they are envious, they would rather fail than have Jesus be Lord.

Pr 22:4 Humility is the fear of the Lord; its wages are riches and honor and life.

Clearly the Lord was not simple, He saw the danger, but He humbled Himself to be a servant, to fear the Lord. There are people who do see the danger approaching from this pandemic, from climate change, and from these protests. They see the schools shutting down, they see visions of armed riots, and they see the collapse of the economy. So what do we do, are we afraid of Herod the Tetrarch who goes around chopping heads off, or do we fear the Lord who has set His face to go to Jerusalem? Are you going to run and hide yourself, or are you going to proclaim the kingdom? Did you really think you would cast out demons without a fight?

Pr 21:12 The Righteous One takes note of the house of the wicked and brings the wicked to ruin.

That is why it must be this way. The Lord is prudent, He does see the danger, and He fears God. Man’s sin is going to be judged, that is the danger, so He became a ransom for us to pay the price for us. This is the story of Passover. We put the blood on our door so that the Righteous one could take note, meanwhile He had already taken note of the house of the wicked. When the destroyer came and brought the house of Egypt to ruin the righteous one stood guard over our house because of the blood of the lamb.

Pr 21:22 One who is wise can go up against the city of the mighty and pull down the stronghold in which they trust.

Think of the public school system. For inner city youths, for young men of color, for the poor it is not too much to say they have been a failure. The United States generally scores 28th on international exams comparing school systems. However, we spend far more per student than the countries scoring at the top of these exams. When you consider how we do for the money we are far worse than 28th. This is because the Son of Man was rejected by the elders. The first year they did one of these international exams Finland scored first. All the reporters ran to the political leaders to ask them what they did. They were confused, they hadn’t done anything. They had simply told the educators to figure out the best way to educate and the politicians had basically kept their hands off. In the US controlling funding for the school system is very big money, no way the political leaders, the “chief priests and rulers” will keep their hands off. That is why we have one of the worst education systems “for the money”. On the one hand the death and resurrection of Jesus demonstrated that He was the one chosen by God, just like Aaron’s budded rod did. Here is the good news, you don't need the public school, you could do exactly what I did in a homeschool situation. I could share my curriculum, it is all online. The public school is the stronghold of the wicked, we need to pull it down.

Pr 21:15 When justice is done, it brings joy to the righteous but terror to evildoers.

On the other hand Jesus' crucifixion becomes a judgement on the elders and chief priests who rejected Him and sentenced Him to die. They have sentenced your kids to die. What have you got to lose? If 50% of the kids in this country walked out of the public school and went to homeschool at the church meeting hall it would be a terror to the evildoers.

Luke 9:23-36 This is God's Son, listen to Him

23 Then he said to them all: “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow me.

This chapter is written to those who want to be the Lord’s disciple.

Pr 20:6 Many claim to have unfailing love, but a faithful person who can find?

You want to be able to heal the sick, cast out demons, and proclaim the kingdom. The Lord is faithful, are you? For two thousand years there have been many Christians in the church meetings claiming to have unfailing love for the Lord. But, during the tribulation will the Lord be able to find any that are truly faithful?

24 For whoever wants to save their life will lose it, but whoever loses their life for me will save it. 25 What good is it for someone to gain the whole world, and yet lose or forfeit their very self? 26 Whoever is ashamed of me and my words, the Son of Man will be ashamed of them when he comes in his glory and in the glory of the Father and of the holy angels. 27 “Truly I tell you, some who are standing here will not taste death before they see the kingdom of God.”

These words are written for our admonition. The Lord’s crucifixion and resurrection was a very big day in human history, but the 2nd coming of the Lord is also a very big day in human history.

28 About eight days after Jesus said this, he took Peter, John and James with him and went up onto a mountain to pray. 29 As he was praying, the appearance of his face changed, and his clothes became as bright as a flash of lightning. 30 Two men, Moses and Elijah, appeared in glorious splendor, talking with Jesus. 31 They spoke about his departure, which he was about to bring to fulfillment at Jerusalem.

This word “departure” is a direct reference to the Exodus. Jesus was sacrificed as our Passover, His death and resurrection was His exodus, and He opened the way for all of us to cross the Red Sea and follow Him. Likewise at the end of the age there will be a transfiguration, and some of us will see the Lord in glory on the mountain top. The firstfruits will be raptured to the Lord. At that time we will see Moses and Elijah, the two witnesses. So look at this chapter as a word to us at this moment in time. The tribulation and the great tribulation will be a trial on this earth that has never been seen before. As we head into that storm you have to focus on the word, don’t worry about anything else. Don’t worry about your job, don’t worry about your money, just focus on the word. Proclaim the kingdom. Whatever church, whatever house you are in, remain until the Lord comes. Feed one another with your testimonies. The crowds, social media, and the news will have all kinds of ideas about what is going on. You need to pray that the Lord open your eyes to see that this is the Lord’s doing, it is His return. Second thing we need to see is that we must suffer many things. The things that the chief priests and rulers do are the sins that they will be judged for, God is not going to judge them until they have committed the sins. We must suffer these things, we must take up our cross and follow Him. I listened to a youtube video of a Pastor who had a prophetic dream. His dream saw the catastrophe we would have in March and in June, he saw the Lord pointing to these months. He saw the riots and protests. He saw that this would get worse in September and then He saw that in November it would be catastrophic. He saw vultures and armed riots and economic collapse. But then he gave his advice on what people should do and it was all about trying to save your life. He talked about buying a gun, converting your cash to gold. Whoever wants to save their life will lose it. You have been proclaiming your love and faith in the Lord for years in the meetings, now let’s see if the Lord can find faith when He returns. He also said there are some here that will not taste death until they see the Kingdom of God. Jesus is our salvation (not guns, not gold) and there are some of us that will be raptured to the Lord before they taste death.

32 Peter and his companions were very sleepy, but when they became fully awake, they saw his glory and the two men standing with him.

It is time for us to wake up. The festival of trumpets is designed to wake us all up.

33 As the men were leaving Jesus, Peter said to him, “Master, it is good for us to be here. Let us put up three shelters—one for you, one for Moses and one for Elijah.” (He did not know what he was saying.) 34 While he was speaking, a cloud appeared and covered them, and they were afraid as they entered the cloud. 35 A voice came from the cloud, saying, “This is my Son, whom I have chosen; listen to him.”

Instead of making fun of Peter, let’s all admit we are about to enter into a terrifying time, none of us knows what to do or what to say. So then, once again, forget everything else, just focus on one thing Jesus is the Son of God, the one that God has chosen, listen to Him.

36 When the voice had spoken, they found that Jesus was alone. The disciples kept this to themselves and did not tell anyone at that time what they had seen.

The Lord’s first coming was somewhat private, only the disciples saw Him, the second coming will be public, in glory, and at that time every knee will bow.

Luke 9:37-62 If you want to follow the Lord you need to be all in

37 The next day, when they came down from the mountain, a large crowd met him. 38 A man in the crowd called out, “Teacher, I beg you to look at my son, for he is my only child. 39 A spirit seizes him and he suddenly screams; it throws him into convulsions so that he foams at the mouth. It scarcely ever leaves him and is destroying him.

What a wonderful picture of the Black Lives Matter protests. The looting, the rioting, the anti semitic comments, the vandalism against various statues, it is like an epileptic boy having convulsions that throw him into the fire and try to destroy him. These things damage the movement, they damage the community, they damage the people involved. His father is there, men that were involved in the Civil Rights Movement in the sixties, and they are praying someone will help their children, someone will cast this demon out of them.

40 I begged your disciples to drive it out, but they could not.” 41 “You unbelieving and perverse generation,” Jesus replied, “how long shall I stay with you and put up with you? Bring your son here.”

Why is the Black Lives Movement like this? Two reasons, they are unbelieving, it seems to them there has not been any progress, they don’t believe their parents know what they are doing. The second reason is this is a perverse generation. The looters are perverse, the rioters are perverse, racists slurs are perverse. There are athletes that used to be millionaires, but have lost everything and they blame “the Jews”. Be a man, take responsibility for your own actions, your own perverseness. That is why you are now broke.

42 Even while the boy was coming, the demon threw him to the ground in a convulsion. But Jesus rebuked the impure spirit, healed the boy and gave him back to his father. 43 And they were all amazed at the greatness of God. While everyone was marveling at all that Jesus did, he said to his disciples, 44 “Listen carefully to what I am about to tell you: The Son of Man is going to be delivered into the hands of men.” 45 But they did not understand what this meant. It was hidden from them, so that they did not grasp it, and they were afraid to ask him about it.

The situation is about to get very bad. The only way to prepare yourself is the word of God. We are going to be delivered into the hands of men, do not lean to your own understanding, hold fast to Jesus. Yesterday I learned that Canada requires all Canadians returning to Canada to first quarantine in a government hotel costing them as much as $2,000. You might think that is not here but NY has signed a very similar order where the Governor can put anyone they choose into a detention center.

46 An argument started among the disciples as to which of them would be the greatest.47 Jesus, knowing their thoughts, took a little child and had him stand beside him. 48 Then he said to them, “Whoever welcomes this little child in my name welcomes me; and whoever welcomes me welcomes the one who sent me. For it is the one who is least among you all who is the greatest.”

I saw something, protesters tore down a statue in the UK and replaced it with a statue of one of the leaders of the Black Lives Matter movement. It is a fork in the road, and trying to boost your own ego is the wrong way to go. The reason they provoke others by attacking George Washington and Abraham Lincoln is because they are conceited and they are envious.

49 “Master,” said John, “we saw someone driving out demons in your name and we tried to stop him, because he is not one of us.” 50 “Do not stop him,” Jesus said, “for whoever is not against you is for you.”

This is another error I have seen them make. They are telling everyone who is protesting what they have to stand for. Some people are concerned about climate change, some people are concerned about the ethical treatment of animals, and some are concerned about racism. None of them are against you, they are all for righteousness. They are all for the Kingdom. Do not stop them, if they aren’t against you they are for you.

51 As the time approached for him to be taken up to heaven, Jesus resolutely set out for Jerusalem. 52 And he sent messengers on ahead, who went into a Samaritan village to get things ready for him; 53 but the people there did not welcome him, because he was heading for Jerusalem. 54 When the disciples James and John saw this, they asked, “Lord, do you want us to call fire down from heaven to destroy them?” 55 But Jesus turned and rebuked them. 56 Then he and his disciples went to another village.

The Lord has appointed us to proclaim the kingdom, to cast out demons and to heal the sick. He hasn’t appointed us as Judge and executioner. Jesus is Lord. We proclaim the kingdom, He will do the rest.

57 As they were walking along the road, a man said to him, “I will follow you wherever you go.” 58 Jesus replied, “Foxes have dens and birds have nests, but the Son of Man has no place to lay his head.”

Many people think they need a budget, they want committees to raise money for the work. The Lord has turned the entire age and He didn’t have any of that. What you need is the Lord. If you don’t have the Lord all of that is a waste, and if you do have the Lord none of that will make any difference.

59 He said to another man, “Follow me.” But he replied, “Lord, first let me go and bury my father.” 60 Jesus said to him, “Let the dead bury their own dead, but you go and proclaim the kingdom of God.”

There was no social security in those days, instead there were familial responsibilities. We still have familial responsibilities, Paul said that if we don’t take care of our family we are worse than an infidel. But, you can’t use this as an excuse to not follow the Lord. Examine yourself and examine your heart.

61 Still another said, “I will follow you, Lord; but first let me go back and say goodbye to my family.” 62 Jesus replied, “No one who puts a hand to the plow and looks back is fit for service in the kingdom of God.”

It sounds reasonable, but the Lord’s picture translates what they are really saying. They are plowing the field and yet are looking back from where they came from. It is like the Israelites in the wilderness complaining that in Egypt they had onions and tasty food to eat. If you want to follow the Lord you have to be all in.

2Samuel 15:1-24 -- Using “white fragility” to seize power

1 In the course of time, Absalom provided himself with a chariot and horses and with fifty men to run ahead of him.

Narcissists are very concerned with their image.

2 He would get up early and stand by the side of the road leading to the city gate. Whenever anyone came with a complaint to be placed before the king for a decision, Absalom would call out to him, “What town are you from?” He would answer, “Your servant is from one of the tribes of Israel.” 3 Then Absalom would say to him, “Look, your claims are valid and proper, but there is no representative of the king to hear you.” 4 And Absalom would add, “If only I were appointed judge in the land! Then everyone who has a complaint or case could come to me and I would see that they receive justice.”

The siren song of tyrants. Making promises that they will not keep. “Your claims are valid” based on what? He is encouraging anyone to make a claim whether valid or false. We have seen a strong encouragement for blacks to claim they have been oppressed or a victim of a hate crime. Jussie Smollett is one sad example. Another is a girl who was going to Smith college. In 2018 she claimed she was a victim of a racist attack. Four employees at Smith college were fired over the incident and then were vilified and even received death threats. So what is it that they did? A custodian saw this girl in a house that was locked up for the summer and asked her what she was doing there. However, rather than explain or apologize she claimed this was a racist attack because she is black. As a result this man and three other employees who were not involved got slandered, fired, or else felt they needed to leave. This has been encouraged by some very shameful politicians looking to use the discontent they stirred up to help them seize power.

5 Also, whenever anyone approached him to bow down before him, Absalom would reach out his hand, take hold of him and kiss him. 6 Absalom behaved in this way toward all the Israelites who came to the king asking for justice, and so he stole the hearts of the people of Israel.

Narcissists love people who show them honor. Anyone who is thinking rationally would see right through Abasalom, unfortunately most people only hear what they want to hear.

7 At the end of four[a] years, Absalom said to the king, “Let me go to Hebron and fulfill a vow I made to the Lord. 8 While your servant was living at Geshur in Aram, I made this vow: ‘If the Lord takes me back to Jerusalem, I will worship the Lord in Hebron.[b]’” 9 The king said to him, “Go in peace.” So he went to Hebron. 10 Then Absalom sent secret messengers throughout the tribes of Israel to say, “As soon as you hear the sound of the trumpets, then say, ‘Absalom is king in Hebron.’” 11 Two hundred men from Jerusalem had accompanied Absalom. They had been invited as guests and went quite innocently, knowing nothing about the matter. 12 While Absalom was offering sacrifices, he also sent for Ahithophel the Gilonite, David’s counselor, to come from Giloh, his hometown. And so the conspiracy gained strength, and Absalom’s following kept on increasing.

This is a stolen election. Again, most reasonable people would not pay any attention to this person, but in his mind being king is simply about sitting in the palace in Jerusalem. As long as he has the army to seize control of the palace he can accomplish that.

13 A messenger came and told David, “The hearts of the people of Israel are with Absalom.”

This is a kingdom, it isn’t even a democracy and yet David realizes how significant is popular opinion. Sadly for Abasalom he doesn’t really understand this. He sends the lie that “the hearts of the people are with him” but that is simply a lie. He doesn’t realize that when he tries to rule this will come back to haunt him.

14 Then David said to all his officials who were with him in Jerusalem, “Come! We must flee, or none of us will escape from Absalom. We must leave immediately, or he will move quickly to overtake us and bring ruin on us and put the city to the sword.”

This is what a real king is concerned about. He is concerned about the people of the city and those who are with him. Sitting in the palace is trivial by comparison. This is also ironic because in the event with Bathsheba it said that it was the season when kings go out to war and yet he stayed in his palace. If he had had the same attitude then this wouldn’t have happened.

15 The king’s officials answered him, “Your servants are ready to do whatever our lord the king chooses.”

What we are seeing right now in the US is the same as this. Biden and Harris have seized control of the “palace” and Trump has had to flee with his servants. Many have claimed that Trump had to leave otherwise these leftists would have destroyed the country claiming the pandemic required a continued lockdown. After the election they changed the protocol for testing causing the number of false positives to drop dramatically.

16 The king set out, with his entire household following him; but he left ten concubines to take care of the palace. 17 So the king set out, with all the people following him, and they halted at the edge of the city. 18 All his men marched past him, along with all the Kerethites and Pelethites; and all the six hundred Gittites who had accompanied him from Gath marched before the king. 19 The king said to Ittai the Gittite, “Why should you come along with us? Go back and stay with King Absalom. You are a foreigner, an exile from your homeland. 20 You came only yesterday. And today shall I make you wander about with us, when I do not know where I am going? Go back, and take your people with you. May the Lord show you kindness and faithfulness.”[c] 21 But Ittai replied to the king, “As surely as the Lord lives, and as my lord the king lives, wherever my lord the king may be, whether it means life or death, there will your servant be.” 22 David said to Ittai, “Go ahead, march on.” So Ittai the Gittite marched on with all his men and the families that were with him. 23 The whole countryside wept aloud as all the people passed by. The king also crossed the Kidron Valley, and all the people moved on toward the wilderness.

This sounds like the “Stop the Steal” rallies where tens of thousands even hundreds of thousands of people gathered to weep aloud.

24 Zadok was there, too, and all the Levites who were with him were carrying the ark of the covenant of God. They set down the ark of God, and Abiathar offered sacrifices until all the people had finished leaving the city.

What many people may not know is that the Stop the Steal rally was composed of two groups, one concerned with election fraud and the other concerned with God’s will called “Jericho March”. There were many Christians who were in these marches and a number of them were strangers to America and only came recently having seen the events that were taking place.

2Samuel 15:25-36 What should the Christians do?

25 Then the king said to Zadok, “Take the ark of God back into the city. If I find favor in the Lord’s eyes, he will bring me back and let me see it and his dwelling place again. 26 But if he says, ‘I am not pleased with you,’ then I am ready; let him do to me whatever seems good to him.” 27 The king also said to Zadok the priest, “Do you understand? Go back to the city with my blessing. Take your son Ahimaaz with you, and also Abiathar’s son Jonathan. You and Abiathar return with your two sons. 28 I will wait at the fords in the wilderness until word comes from you to inform me.” 29 So Zadok and Abiathar took the ark of God back to Jerusalem and stayed there.

This is the word that has been spoken. Christians are to submit to the authority recognizing that all authority is from God. There are many people who publicly claim the election was stolen and Biden is not legitimate. However, Christians should not take that approach. We should be looking to the Lord for His favor and acknowledging that He is over all and that all things work together for good to those who love Him.

30 But David continued up the Mount of Olives, weeping as he went; his head was covered and he was barefoot. All the people with him covered their heads too and were weeping as they went up. 31 Now David had been told, “Ahithophel is among the conspirators with Absalom.” So David prayed, “Lord, turn Ahithophel’s counsel into foolishness.”

Abasalom may be a preening peacock and a fool, but the advisors behind the throne are not. Likewise Biden may have dementia and be unfit for office, but those who are pulling the strings don’t care.

32 When David arrived at the summit, where people used to worship God, Hushai the Arkite was there to meet him, his robe torn and dust on his head. 33 David said to him, “If you go with me, you will be a burden to me. 34 But if you return to the city and say to Absalom, ‘Your Majesty, I will be your servant; I was your father’s servant in the past, but now I will be your servant,’ then you can help me by frustrating Ahithophel’s advice. 35 Won’t the priests Zadok and Abiathar be there with you? Tell them anything you hear in the king’s palace. 36 Their two sons, Ahimaaz son of Zadok and Jonathan son of Abiathar, are there with them. Send them to me with anything you hear.”

Wow, so we have very high placed people in Biden’s administration who will get the word out, people like “Q” and we also have Christians who will then pass this message on. In the past Christians have not wanted to get involved in politics because “politics is dirty”. Well, it is time for us to get over our aversion to getting dirty. There is no more room for standing on the fence either you are with the Lord or you are against Him and you have been placed in your position by God.

37 So Hushai, David’s confidant, arrived at Jerusalem as Absalom was entering the city.

2Samuel 16 -- The Equality act and Ahithophel’s advice

1 When David had gone a short distance beyond the summit, there was Ziba, the steward of Mephibosheth, waiting to meet him. He had a string of donkeys saddled and loaded with two hundred loaves of bread, a hundred cakes of raisins, a hundred cakes of figs and a skin of wine. 2 The king asked Ziba, “Why have you brought these?” Ziba answered, “The donkeys are for the king’s household to ride on, the bread and fruit are for the men to eat, and the wine is to refresh those who become exhausted in the wilderness.” 3 The king then asked, “Where is your master’s grandson?” Ziba said to him, “He is staying in Jerusalem, because he thinks, ‘Today the Israelites will restore to me my grandfather’s kingdom.’” 4 Then the king said to Ziba, “All that belonged to Mephibosheth is now yours.” “I humbly bow,” Ziba said. “May I find favor in your eyes, my lord the king.”

We have seen something similar to this recently in our political arena, right after Trump left office high ranking republicans abandoned him. There were people who never would have been elected had Trump not helped and yet the minute he is gone they are flipping to the other side supporting his being impeached, censored, etc. They are called RINOs (Republican in Name Only).

5 As King David approached Bahurim, a man from the same clan as Saul’s family came out from there. His name was Shimei son of Gera, and he cursed as he came out. 6 He pelted David and all the king’s officials with stones, though all the troops and the special guard were on David’s right and left. 7 As he cursed, Shimei said, “Get out, get out, you murderer, you scoundrel! 8 The Lord has repaid you for all the blood you shed in the household of Saul, in whose place you have reigned. The Lord has given the kingdom into the hands of your son Absalom. You have come to ruin because you are a murderer!”

We have seen this as well. The accusations that the January 6 riot was insurrection and that Trump and the Stop the Steal rally was guilty of insurrection and murder. Pelosi, Schumer and AOC would be our current version of Shimei.

9 Then Abishai son of Zeruiah said to the king, “Why should this dead dog curse my lord the king? Let me go over and cut off his head.” 10 But the king said, “What does this have to do with you, you sons of Zeruiah? If he is cursing because the Lord said to him, ‘Curse David,’ who can ask, ‘Why do you do this?’” 11 David then said to Abishai and all his officials, “My son, my own flesh and blood, is trying to kill me. How much more, then, this Benjamite! Leave him alone; let him curse, for the Lord has told him to. 12 It may be that the Lord will look upon my misery and restore to me his covenant blessing instead of his curse today.”

Many people will tell you about all of Trump’s sins. It may be that all of this that we are seeing happen is in part due to that. My understanding is that he has recently had a conversion experience. He doesn’t talk about it because he doesn’t want that to be another thing for the pundits to attack. But he seems very interested in talking to Mike Lindell about his faith and it sounded to me the way a seeker talks. Was he a sinner? Definitely, no doubt about that. Has he turned to the Lord? Don’t know, only the Lord knows that. What we do know for a fact is he has embraced many Evangelicals and stood up for things we think are right despite the political cost.

13 So David and his men continued along the road while Shimei was going along the hillside opposite him, cursing as he went and throwing stones at him and showering him with dirt. 14 The king and all the people with him arrived at their destination exhausted. And there he refreshed himself.

I like this picture. If you are taking a stand to put a stop to election fraud, or pro choice, or this equality act you will be showered with stones and dirt.

15 Meanwhile, Absalom and all the men of Israel came to Jerusalem, and Ahithophel was with him. 16 Then Hushai the Arkite, David’s confidant, went to Absalom and said to him, “Long live the king! Long live the king!” 17 Absalom said to Hushai, “So this is the love you show your friend? If he’s your friend, why didn’t you go with him?” 18 Hushai said to Absalom, “No, the one chosen by the Lord, by these people, and by all the men of Israel—his I will be, and I will remain with him. 19 Furthermore, whom should I serve? Should I not serve the son? Just as I served your father, so I will serve you.”

Absalom is a narcissist. If you compliment a narcissist, tell them all Israel supports you, that is something they cannot resist.

20 Absalom said to Ahithophel, “Give us your advice. What should we do?” 21 Ahithophel answered, “Sleep with your father’s concubines whom he left to take care of the palace. Then all Israel will hear that you have made yourself obnoxious to your father, and the hands of everyone with you will be more resolute.” 22 So they pitched a tent for Absalom on the roof, and he slept with his father’s concubines in the sight of all Israel.

This is the “Equality Act”. This act makes it the law to allow anyone who identifies as a woman to share the woman’s bathroom, the locker room, to compete on their teams, etc. It is exempt from any religious exemption, so this will apply to churches and church schools. Someone told me that a boy in high school is not going to join the girls basketball team just so he could be the star. So ask yourself, you are a good basketball player, not good enough to get a scholarship to Duke, but still quite good. However, if you “identified as a girl” you could be a star on the girls basketball team and get a full scholarship to a number of universities, the scholarship could be worth $300,000. Would some boys do that? Also suppose there was a college team, their girls’ team makes millions of dollars a year in revenue. Would they be tempted to visit some kid and tell him they wouldn’t give him a scholarship to their boys team but if he identified as a woman they would give him a full scholarship? There are people who look to make money by suing people. With this law if you were to go into a church building and they refused to let you use the women’s bathroom you could sue them. If the school refused to let you go to the all girls school you could sue them. This law also pays for abortions with tax dollars so every tax payer will now be funding this murder. I heard some people disliked Trump because he didn’t pardon a man on death row who was then executed. They are against the death penalty for a murderer but support the death penalty for sixty million babies and are even going to pay to have those babies killed. Biden’s stance on abortion was crystal clear before the election, the distinction between the two candidates could not have been any clearer. Trump named three pro life judges. If you voted for Biden you voted for this. This is only one example of the kinds of laws Biden and the Democrats are passing and trying to pass to utterly humiliate the Christians in this country. The equality act is the modern equivalent of Absalom sleeping with David's concubines.

23 Now in those days the advice Ahithophel gave was like that of one who inquires of God. That was how both David and Absalom regarded all of Ahithophel’s advice.

Sun Tzu, don’t disrespect your opponent. These people got a man who had dementia elected, that is no small feat. If you want to be the champion you have to defeat the champion. Right now we are going up against very shrewd, very wise (in a wicked and evil way) counselors. Just know that they are not wiser than Jesus. He put Satan to an open shame when He was crucified, He did it once, He’ll do it again. Only this time we will be participants in this battle and in this victory.

2Samuel 17:1-22 -- A pretender to the crown

1 Ahithophel said to Absalom, “I would[a] choose twelve thousand men and set out tonight in pursuit of David. 2 I would attack him while he is weary and weak. I would strike him with terror, and then all the people with him will flee. I would strike down only the king 3 and bring all the people back to you. The death of the man you seek will mean the return of all; all the people will be unharmed.” 4 This plan seemed good to Absalom and to all the elders of Israel. 5 But Absalom said, “Summon also Hushai the Arkite, so we can hear what he has to say as well.” 6 When Hushai came to him, Absalom said, “Ahithophel has given this advice. Should we do what he says? If not, give us your opinion.” 7 Hushai replied to Absalom, “The advice Ahithophel has given is not good this time. 8 You know your father and his men; they are fighters, and as fierce as a wild bear robbed of her cubs. Besides, your father is an experienced fighter; he will not spend the night with the troops. 9 Even now, he is hidden in a cave or some other place. If he should attack your troops first,[b] whoever hears about it will say, ‘There has been a slaughter among the troops who follow Absalom.’ 10 Then even the bravest soldier, whose heart is like the heart of a lion, will melt with fear, for all Israel knows that your father is a fighter and that those with him are brave. 11 “So I advise you: Let all Israel, from Dan to Beersheba—as numerous as the sand on the seashore—be gathered to you, with you yourself leading them into battle. 12 Then we will attack him wherever he may be found, and we will fall on him as dew settles on the ground. Neither he nor any of his men will be left alive. 13 If he withdraws into a city, then all Israel will bring ropes to that city, and we will drag it down to the valley until not so much as a pebble is left.” 14 Absalom and all the men of Israel said, “The advice of Hushai the Arkite is better than that of Ahithophel.” For the Lord had determined to frustrate the good advice of Ahithophel in order to bring disaster on Absalom.

Why did they think Hushai’s advice was good? It is because they are cowards. David is on the run, there is confusion, they don’t have a chance to get themselves set. You look at any great fighter when they have their opponent on the ropes they finish them. Absalom is not a great fighter. When you are a pretender to the crown what you want is insurmountable odds, you want “all the men of Israel”. Also when you are a coward you will gladly receive absurd advice as long as it tells you that you don’t have to fight. “They will bring ropes and drag a city down to the valley”? Seriously? We figured out what kind of person Absalom was when he killed Amnon, didn’t do it himself, had his soldiers murder him for him.

15 Hushai told Zadok and Abiathar, the priests, “Ahithophel has advised Absalom and the elders of Israel to do such and such, but I have advised them to do so and so. 16 Now send a message at once and tell David, ‘Do not spend the night at the fords in the wilderness; cross over without fail, or the king and all the people with him will be swallowed up.’” 17 Jonathan and Ahimaaz were staying at En Rogel. A female servant was to go and inform them, and they were to go and tell King David, for they could not risk being seen entering the city. 18 But a young man saw them and told Absalom. So the two of them left at once and went to the house of a man in Bahurim. He had a well in his courtyard, and they climbed down into it. 19 His wife took a covering and spread it out over the opening of the well and scattered grain over it. No one knew anything about it. 20 When Absalom’s men came to the woman at the house, they asked, “Where are Ahimaaz and Jonathan?” The woman answered them, “They crossed over the brook.”[c] The men searched but found no one, so they returned to Jerusalem. 21 After they had gone, the two climbed out of the well and went to inform King David. They said to him, “Set out and cross the river at once; Ahithophel has advised such and such against you.” 22 So David and all the people with him set out and crossed the Jordan. By daybreak, no one was left who had not crossed the Jordan.

Again, we see how crucial are these ones who are getting the plans of the enemy out. This is like “Q” who is thought to be sharing the plans of the deep state to destroy Trump and his followers. Anyone who has studied the history of war knows that this is not some “tin foil hat” conspiracy theory to think there are spies within the camp. Not only so but whenever you do study the spies like those that helped Washington, you discover that women played a key role. There might have been women who despised David because he was an adulterer, just like many despise Trump. But do you think that what Absalom did on the roof of the palace is going to win them over to him? Three women accused Biden of sexual harassment and there is evidence from these cases that has been hidden. Whatever happened to the #MeToo movement? With Kavanaugh they were up in arms that you have to listen to one woman giving an account that is over 20 years old, without any corroborating evidence like the address or the date. But with Biden they are silent when there are three witnesses. People absolutely vilified one conspiracy theory that claimed there was some secret pedophile ring that supported Clinton. The main mouthpiece of these attacks was the “Lincoln Project” which has since been exposed as having been founded by pedophiles. A ring of people trafficking in children for pedophiles was just recently busted, a lawyer for them committed suicide, and we have evidence that both Clinton and one of the Supreme court justices visited Epstein’s pedophile island. Meanwhile one of the first things that Biden does is to shut down “Operation Talon” which is investigating and prosecuting these pedophile rings. Therefore is it any great leap to think there are people on the inside disgusted with Biden and willing to act as a spy?

2Samuel 17:23-29 His wisdom is based on lies

23 When Ahithophel saw that his advice had not been followed, he saddled his donkey and set out for his house in his hometown. He put his house in order and then hanged himself. So he died and was buried in his father’s tomb.

This whole idea that inquiring of Ahithophel is like inquiring of God is stupid. Look at what a fool he was. Yes, his advice was the right approach and might have won the war and secured the kingdom with Absalom. But he was clueless about what a coward and fraud Absalom was. This reminds me of Bill Belechik. For years he could do no wrong, called a “genius”. Great coach. Then he forced Brady to leave and felt he could still have success with Cam Newton. If you are not familiar with football Cam Newton is everything you look for in a quarterback. Great arm, very big and powerful like a fullback. He can run, he can throw, and he is really hard to tackle. It is hard to see why Brady is so great but it is easy to see that Cam is great. So Brady leaves and Belechik gets Cam Newton. Everyone assumes you plug Cam Newton into Belechik’s team and they will do better than they did the previous year which means playoffs and maybe even another superbowl. Meanwhile Brady goes to Tampa which has the worst record of any team in football. They also had a very highly touted quarterback who had been drafted in the first round so it didn’t seem like switching quarterbacks would make that big a difference. Tampa wins the super bowl and Belechik’s team is worse than the year before. One analyst summed it up beautifully, this year does not harm Belechik’s legacy as a defensive coordinator, but as a GM, as someone who can spot talent it destroys his legacy. Ahithophel forgot he needed someone who could execute his plan. Now we know that what really made Ahithophel look like a genius was David. Usually they have these big debates “Lebron or Jordan”, but in the case of David, just like the case of Brady there is no debate.

We are also seeing this same thing with Trump. They should have struck immediately after the inauguration. Forget the stupid “impeachment” hearings but rather seize Trump and throw him into the brig. This is the plan that all dictators around the world have used. You put Trump and ten of his closest associates in prison and it would be over. Instead someone convinced them that impeaching Trump would be a better way to win over the country. That backfired in a big way. They were exposed as liars and cheats and Trump’s popularity went up, not down. President’s day was a real eye opener as the streets were filled with people waving Trump flags while Biden hid at Camp David playing video games with his granddaughter. Since that day it has been very clear to everyone who is watching that this is over. Biden’s dementia can not be hidden, and day after day the scandals are being leaked of “the Lincoln Project”, the FBI, Cuomo, Newsom, etc. You are not going to get the majority of Americans supporting the “Equality Act” anyone with a brain would understand that. Over 50% of Americans are against paying for abortions with tax dollars. Then on top of that there were many nominal Christians who voted for Biden who will not accept this law. Setting up the tent on top of the palace was not meant to “win hearts and minds” it was to send a message that “we don’t play”. The impeachment strategy was to win hearts and minds but it failed because those who have been deceiving others for the last four years were themselves deceived. They were clueless that they had been speaking lies for the last four years and they were clueless about how easy it was going to be to expose those lies. The only person not clueless was Ahithophel, he knew they were speaking lies, so he knew once they chose that strategy they would lose. Just another reason I despise him. His wisdom was based on lies, not truth.

24 David went to Mahanaim, and Absalom crossed the Jordan with all the men of Israel. 25 Absalom had appointed Amasa over the army in place of Joab. Amasa was the son of Jether,[d] an Ishmaelite[e] who had married Abigail,[f] the daughter of Nahash and sister of Zeruiah the mother of Joab. 26 The Israelites and Absalom camped in the land of Gilead.

An Ishmaelite, really? This situation we are seeing right now in the US is clearly cultural. They are going after the church, after Christians, and after our first and second amendments. You may not be so concerned about the second amendment but as some put it, you can’t take away the first amendment without taking away the second amendment first.

27 When David came to Mahanaim, Shobi son of Nahash from Rabbah of the Ammonites, and Makir son of Ammiel from Lo Debar, and Barzillai the Gileadite from Rogelim 28 brought bedding and bowls and articles of pottery. They also brought wheat and barley, flour and roasted grain, beans and lentils,[g] 29 honey and curds, sheep, and cheese from cows’ milk for David and his people to eat. For they said, “The people have become exhausted and hungry and thirsty in the wilderness.”

This is what we see at CPAC. The people who have been standing for justice concerning election fraud have become hungry and thirsty and exhausted. To be able to have this huge gathering where they can all get together and feast and fellowship with one another is restorative. It is also a harbinger that Biden has lost. His power and authority is based on getting legislators to vote with him. Recent polls show that following Biden’s lead will be political suicide. Meanwhile CPAC shows that Trump is the leader of the Republican party and their influence is growing and getting stronger. They know that if Newsom, the governor of California and a person who had 65% approval rating in September can be recalled they all can be recalled. They know that if Cuomo, the darling of the Democratic party with his emmy can be impeached and prosecuted they all can. Meanwhile the truth is coming out that Pelosi and the Democrats allied themselves with Antifa. That is like a king of Israel allying himself with Ishmaelites.

2Samuel 18:1-9 -- Playtime is over.

1 David mustered the men who were with him and appointed over them commanders of thousands and commanders of hundreds. 2 David sent out his troops, a third under the command of Joab, a third under Joab’s brother Abishai son of Zeruiah, and a third under Ittai the Gittite. The king told the troops, “I myself will surely march out with you.”

The response is three pronged. We have those who are pushing forward on exposing the election fraud. People like Mike Lindell and Sydney Powell. Then there are those who creating alternatives to the tech giants. Gab, Dissenter, Rumble, etc. Finally, there are others who are getting the word out exposing the corruption and hypocrisy in Biden’s administration. Explaining how the jobs have been destroyed and sent to China, how the Equality Act is targeting Christians to destroy and criminalize churches. Exposing the laws they are proposing for elections. Exposing the border crisis and hypocrisy of this administration.

3 But the men said, “You must not go out; if we are forced to flee, they won’t care about us. Even if half of us die, they won’t care; but you are worth ten thousand of us.[a] It would be better now for you to give us support from the city.”

It is a wonderful thing that has happened since Trump lost. People have risen up from every walk to become active. One major area is that people are getting involved in politics at the local level by becoming precinct committeemen. Trump has not been leading the charge, it destroys the attempt to control the narrative with "orange man bad".

4 The king answered, “I will do whatever seems best to you.” So the king stood beside the gate while all his men marched out in units of hundreds and of thousands. 5 The king commanded Joab, Abishai and Ittai, “Be gentle with the young man Absalom for my sake.” And all the troops heard the king giving orders concerning Absalom to each of the commanders.

There are some very young leaders on the left, the most notable of them is Greta Thurnberg, a young girl who has become a spokesperson for the green movement. What most people do not understand is that the green movement is “delusional piety”. For example, the concept of solar power or wind power or electric vehicles sounds great. We get power from wind or the sun or we have cars without any emissions. The problem is that this is not true. The movie “Planet of the Humans” reveals how fraudulent, deceptive and deceitful this movement is. First, there are a lot of greenhouse gas emissions from the manufacture and production of solar panels and wind turbines. Second, there are a lot of other negative ecologic impacts from these technologies. Third, it is foolish to even attempt to get to 20% of your electricity from these technologies because they are intermittent. The critical benefit from these three technologies is that they can reduce the emissions from coal plants in cities. Those emissions cause asthma, so in that sense it can remove the harmful pollution from cities and move them into rural areas where the mining and manufacturing are done. The reason the “green new deal” is getting such traction and press is because we are talking about trillions of dollars of business. People are going to make money, a lot of it, and that is what this is about. There are no proposals on the table that are “going to save the world”. Dig deeper and every environmentalist will tell you they won’t get any reductions in greenhouse gas emissions without reducing population. Hence the push to finance abortions worldwide. The only "solution" to climate change is Fusion.

6 David’s army marched out of the city to fight Israel, and the battle took place in the forest of Ephraim. 7 There Israel’s troops were routed by David’s men, and the casualties that day were great—twenty thousand men. 8 The battle spread out over the whole countryside, and the forest swallowed up more men that day than the sword.

The light shined in the darkness and the darkness did not overcome it. Many, many of the people who were strongly supporting Biden were feminists who have been horrified by this “Equality Act”. They realize they fought for years to put women’s sports on equal footing with men’s sports and in one law this will be completely undone. US women’s sports have dominated worldwide competitions. There are countries like China who are desperate to show that communism is better than democracy, this law will do that. If very few Americans support this law you can be sure it is far fewer people in other countries who support it. American teams will be banned from competition and become a byword. Many people thought that Biden was for the little guy and the Republicans were the party of big business. However, all of Biden’s actions have favored the huge multinational corporations at the expense of the little guy. Finally, the only other area of support he has is with environmentalists. Once they learn that everything they have been told and bought into is a lie they will be disgusted and ashamed.

9 Now Absalom happened to meet David’s men. He was riding his mule, and as the mule went under the thick branches of a large oak, Absalom’s hair got caught in the tree. He was left hanging in midair, while the mule he was riding kept on going.

This theme of real soldiers not having long hair is throughout these two books. For example, many children’s books depict David holding Goliath’s head by his hair. However, the story clearly says that Goliath was wearing a helmet. It also clearly tells us that after cutting off the head David fought the armies of the Philistines. He had a sword in one hand and the head in the other. The head would act as a shield and it would be much more effective with the helmet on, not off. Holding a head by the hair would not give your hand any protection and any sword would cut right through the hair. The story also tells us that Goliath was a man of war from his youth and real soldiers cut their hair so you can’t grab it in a fight. Based on that I concluded that David was holding Goliath’s head by the neck. In this way the chin would protect his hand and this would be a very strong handle that would make it through a day long battle. However, that changes the story because most children’s plays depict David as a little boy who runs up and hacks Goliaths head off. If he needs the neck he would have carefully severed it at the shoulder blades to make sure he had a good handle, and that in turn means this was part of his plan. Which meant he understood that killing Goliath was only the first step to victory, the second step is leading the army to defeat the Philistines. That type of strategic thinking told me that Jesse, his father, had trained him. Then later we see David’s men grabbing the heads and killing their opponents in the war with the house of Saul. The easiest way to grab someone’s head is by the hair. Finally we learn of Absalom with the long flowing hair that he cuts and weighs every six months. This is obviously something of vanity. Absalom is like some Hollywood actor pretending to be a soldier. If you are serious about being in the Lord’s army you will cut off your pride, cut off your glory. Jesus is your head, Jesus is your glory.

2Samuel 18:10-18 Sorry AOC your gospel is a lie

10 When one of the men saw what had happened, he told Joab, “I just saw Absalom hanging in an oak tree.” 11 Joab said to the man who had told him this, “What! You saw him? Why didn’t you strike him to the ground right there? Then I would have had to give you ten shekels[b] of silver and a warrior’s belt.” 12 But the man replied, “Even if a thousand shekels[c] were weighed out into my hands, I would not lay a hand on the king’s son. In our hearing the king commanded you and Abishai and Ittai, ‘Protect the young man Absalom for my sake.[d]’ 13 And if I had put my life in jeopardy[e]—and nothing is hidden from the king—you would have kept your distance from me.”

Remember the two people who David killed when they tried to take credit for Saul being killed.

14 Joab said, “I’m not going to wait like this for you.” So he took three javelins in his hand and plunged them into Absalom’s heart while Absalom was still alive in the oak tree. 15 And ten of Joab’s armor-bearers surrounded Absalom, struck him and killed him.

Sorry Greta, sorry AOC, should have done your homework. You have been telling the world to spend trillions of dollars to “save the planet” when the only savior we have is Jesus. Your gospel is a lie.

16 Then Joab sounded the trumpet, and the troops stopped pursuing Israel, for Joab halted them. 17 They took Absalom, threw him into a big pit in the forest and piled up a large heap of rocks over him. Meanwhile, all the Israelites fled to their homes. 18 During his lifetime Absalom had taken a pillar and erected it in the King’s Valley as a monument to himself, for he thought, “I have no son to carry on the memory of my name.” He named the pillar after himself, and it is called Absalom’s Monument to this day.

The Georgia Guidestones are a monument to the environmental movement and demonstrate that it is clearly a “new age religion” and a synthesis of previous pagan religions. https://www.jeremiahproject.com/deceptions/the-false-green-gospel-of-the-environmental-movement/

Luke 10:1-9 He is unstoppable

10 Now after these things the Lord appointed seventy others, and sent them two and two before his face into every city and place, whither he himself was about to come. 2 And he said unto them, The harvest indeed is plenteous, but the laborers are few: pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he send forth laborers into his harvest.

We have been taught to pray “thy will be done on Earth”. This is the Lord’s will. This is the Lord’s harvest.

Ps 20:2 May he send you help from the sanctuary and grant you support from Zion.

We are the “others”. It isn’t just the 12 apostles, it isn’t just the giants who get to take part in this ministry. We, the others, also get to take part.

3 Go your ways; behold, I send you forth as lambs in the midst of wolves.

Ez 22:27 Her officials within her are like wolves tearing their prey; they shed blood and kill people to make unjust gain.

NAFTA, Mortgage Crisis, even 911 are all examples of the officials in this country shedding blood and making unjust gain of the people, just like wolves. When we went to them and asked for transparency in the election they were threatening and insulting. They acted like wolves.

4 Carry no purse, no wallet, no shoes; and salute no man on the way. 5 And into whatsoever house ye shall enter, first say, Peace be to this house. 6 And if a son of peace be there, your peace shall rest upon him: but if not, it shall turn to you again. 7 And in that same house remain, eating and drinking such things as they give: for the laborer is worthy of his hire. Go not from house to house. 8 And into whatsoever city ye enter, and they receive you, eat such things as are set before you: 9 and heal the sick that are therein, and say unto them, The kingdom of God is come nigh unto you.

This is the same thing He said in the last chapter. It is just a repetition, we can skip this. Famous last words. What was the lesson in the last chapter -- focus on the word. “See the ball, hit the ball”. Every word in the Bible is rich, it is meaningful, it is significant. The minute you think you can skip over a portion you know that you are lost. You have lost the trail. I used to hike, we would go out in groups of around 20 kids and the kid in the front was called the “point”. His job was to keep us on the trail and set a good pace. The minute you have gone two hundred yards without seeing a marker you stop, you go back to where you had last had the trail and you carefully try to find your place. Once I was on a hike and we were about forty minutes from the campsite when we lost the trail. It was probably 4 in the afternoon in the winter. It gets dark around 5, especially in the woods, so everyone was in a good mood. We’ll get into camp at a good time, plenty of time to set up our tents, make a big fire and have dinner. But the guy on point went about two miles on the wrong trail. It became apparent that we were not arriving at the campsite and that's when we all got the bad news. We had to back track another two miles before finding the trail right as it was getting dark. We then had to stumble along in the dark for the next two miles before getting into camp. There is a famous joke “we’re lost but we’re making good time”. I think many Christians have this attitude when they read the Bible. Anyway it is obvious looking at the sad history of Christianity that far too many just skipped this section. Every word is meaningful, every word is significant, so why did Luke repeat what he had just said in the previous chapter? He is painting a picture. He came forth in His ministry, He raised up 12, He sent them out 2 by 2 and each of those groups of 2 also raised up 12. Six times twelve is 72. They share their stories. Perhaps one of the apostles shared that someone came to him and said “let me go and bury my parents first” and he didn’t know how to respond. But then they send out those 70 as well, again 2 by 2. Each of those groups also gets 12. That is 420, plus the 70 is 490 plus the 12 is 502, minus Judas is 501.

ICor 15:3 For what I received I passed on to you as of first importance: that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, 4 that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures, 5 and that he appeared to Cephas, and then to the Twelve. 6 After that, he appeared to more than five hundred of the brothers and sisters at the same time, most of whom are still living, though some have fallen asleep.

They fed 5,000 but out of that 5,000 they got 70. Now when some hear that they also need to go out, like the apostles, like the 70, to proclaim the gospel, heal the sick and cast out demons their response is “how”? The same question that Zechariah asked, “how shall I know this” because I am old, my wife is old. I have a job, I have kids, and anyway how shall I know this? Could the word be any clearer? Others will respond like Mary “How shall this thing be?” Give me the details. She gladly receives this word but she doesn’t have a husband, doesn’t have anything, so give me some more details. I also was bothered, why does Luke give us such a brief explanation? If the Lord is truly sending us out shouldn't there be detailed instructions?

Luke 1:1 Forasmuch as many have taken in hand to draw up a narrative concerning those matters which have been fulfilled among us, 2 even as they delivered them unto us, who from the beginning were eyewitnesses and ministers of the word, 3 it seemed good to me also, having traced the course of all things accurately from the first, to write unto thee in order, most excellent Theophilus; 4 that thou mightest know the certainty concerning the things wherein thou wast instructed.

The book of Luke is the instructions. The word we preach is the same word the Lord preached. This is the Lord’s ministry, we are His coworkers. Anyone who receives a child in His name receives Him. Don’t worry if you feel like you are a child. No one is asking you to be the Lord. What we are seeing here is the multiplication of the ministry.

Ps 147:15 He sends his command to the earth; his word runs swiftly.

Each one of us is filling a niche. The Lord said that He has come to preach the gospel to the poor. This word poor doesn’t just refer to financially, it also means socially. The outcasts, the tax collectors, the prostitutes. They complained that Jesus ate and drank with the tax collectors and prostitutes, He was “preaching the gospel to the poor” but He responded saying

Luke 5:31 And Jesus answering said unto them, They that are in health have no need of a physician; but they that are sick. 32 I am not come to call the righteous but sinners to repentance.

Calling sinners to repentance is “healing the sick”. He taught us by demonstrating and we learn by doing. He said that He sent them forth as “lambs in the midst of wolves”. In the first few chapters when we see the Lord ministering we see the opposition of the “wolves”. Accusations that “He dishonors God”, “He violates our traditions” and “He is a drunk”. But after He sends out the 12 and the ministry is multiplying the rulers realize they must kill Him to stop Him, this is when we learn that He will be crucified.

Luke 10:10-20 I beheld Satan fallen

10 But into whatsoever city ye shall enter, and they receive you not,

There will be rejection and opposition. This is the big issue right now “Youtube is censoring us”, “Google is shadow banning us”, “Facebook is fact checking us”. Anyone who has preached the gospel has been censored, banned, and rejected. The response is right here. OK, if Twitter, or Youtube or Google bans you what should you do?

go out into the streets thereof and say, 11 Even the dust from your city, that cleaveth to our feet, we wipe off against you: nevertheless know this, that the kingdom of God is come nigh.

What does this mean? Obviously the “dust” refers to the dust of the ground which God made man from, but without the breath of God. It is quite interesting that when you preach the gospel you will find that atheists will cling to you. They belong to certain philosophers, just like dust that belongs to different cities. This is posted on a Christian Forum and it is very interesting to me how many of these atheists cling to this forum. They don’t receive the word and yet they cling to you. I think you refer to them as “trolls”. A troll sits under a bridge and tries to prevent you from crossing. You need to “wipe off this dust as a testimony against that city”. On Rumble the posts get rated. So if someone doesn’t like a comment they give you a negative rating. If the rating becomes very negative no one sees your comment. So if you are a troll your views and posts help the metrics, they help raise the value of the platform for advertisers and investors but they don’t turn the comment section into a cesspool. In that way they wipe the dust off, pretty foolish for a troll to go there simply to help make the site more profitable.

How do atheists act like trolls? For example, a major argument of atheists is that “you can be good without God”. Ask them to define what it is to be good. In my experience atheists hate to define “good” because every atheist has their own definition. But I persist, just like cleaning mud off of my shoes. I suggest that the golden rule would be a reasonable way to measure “good” regardless of your faith. One atheist told me that the golden rule is “immature”. So I insisted that he enlighten me, show me a more “mature” measure of “good”. Finally he said that the problem with the golden rule is that you are treating people the way you want to be treated, not necessarily the way they want to be treated. Instead you should treat people the way they want to be treated. I asked if this meant that people had to be omniscient? He said no, that is absurd. So then, his rule requires that people tell you how they want to be treated. I pointed out that I want to be respected, therefore if someone tells me how they want to be treated I need to respect that, so long as it isn’t sinful. Therefore the golden rule requires that I treat people the way they want to be treated. Also, since I may not know how you want to be treated I want you to tell me if I am offending you. Therefore the golden rule requires that I also tell others if they are offending me in some way. His “more mature” rule was simply a smokescreen. It added nothing, and on the contrary was quite harmful. The corollary of the golden rule is “as you have done to others it will be done to you”; righteous judgement. I treat others the way I want to be treated and therefore it is righteous that God treats me the way I have treated others. But with the atheists rule how do you have righteous judgement? He has a bag with different weights, there is no standard on how to treat others so there is no standard on how to judge. When I said this to the atheist he ran away. Wipe this dust off as a testimony against those that reject Jesus. Hypocrites. He said that he was supposed to treat me the way I wanted to be treated, I wanted to have an honest discussion but when he saw his scheme was exposed he ran away.

12 I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable in that day for Sodom, than for that city. 13 Woe unto thee, Chorazin! woe unto thee, Bethsaida! for if the mighty works had been done in Tyre and Sidon, which were done in you, they would have repented long ago, sitting in sackcloth and ashes. 14 But it shall be more tolerable for Tyre and Sidon in the judgment, than for you. 15 And thou, Capernaum, shalt thou be exalted unto heaven? thou shalt be brought down unto Hades. 16 He that heareth you heareth me; and he that rejecteth you rejecteth me; and he that rejecteth me rejecteth him that sent me.

Again, I don’t get this, these are the cities where Jesus and His disciples ministered. No one received Him? He can’t be saying that because the 12 came back in joy and now these 70 came back in joy, and we know there were 500 that saw Him after the resurrection. The cities are the Satanic system, they are the world, they are there to replace God. The world has been condemned like a condemned building. It will be torn down at the end of the age. The world cannot receive the Lord anymore than Satan can. The church is the kingdom of God, it is the replacement for the world.

Ps 43:3 Send me your light and your faithful care, let them lead me; let them bring me to your holy mountain, to the place where you dwell.

During the Lord’s ministry, and the apostles going out and the 70 going out we can see a separation. Those that receive the Lord’s word are coming out of that condemned situation, those that don’t receive it are rejecting it, opposing it, and ultimately plotting to kill Him. The Lord said that not only are they rejecting Him but they are rejecting Him that sent Him. The church is the embassy of God’s kingdom. After He sends out the 70 He “beheld Satan falling”.

Ps 57:3 He sends from heaven and saves me, rebuking those who hotly pursue me— God sends forth his love and his faithfulness.

This is the power over the demons and evil spirits, it is corporate. Individually we are virtually powerless, but not quite. But if each one fills their niche, does what they can where they can, the collective power of that is over all rulers and powers. One thing I have noticed in the last four years is that more and more I simply tune out what I hear in the media and what I hear from the rulers. What happens to the rulers of a country if everyone simply tunes them out? This is what happens when you have a revival. Many see these tumultuous times with all kinds of things happening in the government to also be a time of a great awakening, a great revival in this country. What is happening, we are speaking, we are going out, we are coming out from this corrupt and evil world. The evil system is being so fully exposed they can do nothing but threaten to kill us.

Luke 10:17 And the seventy returned with joy, saying, Lord, even the demons are subject unto us in thy name. 18 And he said unto them, I beheld Satan fallen as lightning from heaven. 19 Behold, I have given you authority to tread upon serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall in any wise hurt you. 20 Nevertheless in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rejoice that your names are written in heaven.

Why do you think dictators like Stalin and Mao hated the church so much? If everyone is listening to the Lord and not them then they have “fallen as lightning from heaven”. Twitter is demon possessed. ISIS, ANTIFA, Iran, China, and pedophiles are all running around on this platform and using it. They would not receive conservative Christian voices on their platform (in their city) and kicked them out. Trump, thousands of other channels as well were banned. What did they do? They brushed the dust off that clings to them, they stopped using Twitter, Facebook, Google, Amazon.com and Youtube. Guess what will happen? Earnings on Twitter will come out in two weeks and I suspect you may see the number of active users has dropped 50%! Do you think advertisers and investors will be happy with that? We will see them fall like lightning, we will rejoice, and that will invigorate us to take down Google, Youtube, Amazon.com and Apple. We have the power to tread on serpents and scorpions. When they try to put Goya out of business we buy more, when they try to put Mike Lindell out of business we buy more. We crush the head of the serpent!

Luke 10:21-37 Go and do thou likewise

21 In that same hour he rejoiced in the Holy Spirit, and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that thou didst hide these things from the wise and understanding, and didst reveal them unto babes: yea, Father; for so it was well-pleasing in thy sight. 22 All things have been delivered unto me of my Father: and no one knoweth who the Son is, save the Father; and who the Father is, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son willeth to reveal him.

What a wonderful word. So what if I am a “babe”, so what if I am not “wise and understanding”. All atheists consider themselves to be “wise and understanding” and they consider believers to be “babes”. One atheist responded dismissively to the gospel “done that, tried that, bought the T shirt”. The arrogance is off the charts. The only people who can know the Son, who can get a revelation of the Son are those that the Son wills to reveal Himself to. Jesus decides who gets a revelation of the Father. It is a wonderful thing to get a revelation of the Father and the Son. It is a blessing. When you preach the gospel some will receive it, some won’t. It isn’t up to you, it is up to Jesus.

23 And turning to the disciples, he said privately, Blessed are the eyes which see the things that ye see: 24 for I say unto you, that many prophets and kings desired to see the things which ye see, and saw them not; and to hear the things which ye hear, and heard them not. 25 And behold, a certain lawyer stood up and made trial of him, saying, Teacher, what shall I do to inherit eternal life? 26 And he said unto him, What is written in the law? how readest thou? 27 And he answering said, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy strength, and with all thy mind; and thy neighbor as thyself. 28 And he said unto him, Thou hast answered right: this do, and thou shalt live. 29 But he, desiring to justify himself, said unto Jesus, And who is my neighbor?

This is the kind of objection you get. This person wants to believe that he will inherit eternal life, that he is a “good” person, and he thinks he has found a loophole in the golden rule, it doesn’t specify who is your neighbor. I don’t need to love everyone, just my “neighbor”. Find out who this is referring to and I have found a shortcut to heaven.

30 Jesus made answer and said, A certain man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho; and he fell among robbers, who both stripped him and beat him, and departed, leaving him half dead. 31 And by chance a certain priest was going down that way: and when he saw him, he passed by on the other side. 32 And in like manner a Levite also, when he came to the place, and saw him, passed by on the other side. 33 But a certain Samaritan, as he journeyed, came where he was: and when he saw him, he was moved with compassion, 34 and came to him, and bound up his wounds, pouring on them oil and wine; and he set him on his own beast, and brought him to an inn, and took care of him. 35 And on the morrow he took out two shillings, and gave them to the host, and said, Take care of him; and whatsoever thou spendest more, I, when I come back again, will repay thee. 36 Which of these three, thinkest thou, proved neighbor unto him that fell among the robbers? 37 And he said, He that showed mercy on him. And Jesus said unto him, Go, and do thou likewise.
I love the way Jesus flips the script on the lawyer. The lawyer wants to know who his neighbor is, but once the story is over Jesus asks who proved the neighbor unto the man who was beaten and robbed. Instead of asking who is this that I am required to love, ask for the man who was beaten and robbed which of these men actually loved him as if he were their neighbor? The other thing I love about this parable is that the inn is the church and Jesus is the good Samaritan. These people who are receiving the gospel are the poor, the outcasts, the sick, those who have been abused by this evil age. The church takes care of all those that the Lord brings to them and once they are recovered they also can go and do likewise. This is what Jesus did with the 12 and this is what the 12 did with the 70. By the time Jesus is resurrected we have a church of 500.

Luke 10:38-42 The Last Dance

38 Now as they went on their way, he entered into a certain village: and a certain woman named Martha received him into her house. 39 And she had a sister called Mary, who also sat at the Lord’s feet, and heard his word. 40 But Martha was cumbered about much serving; and she came up to him, and said, Lord, dost thou not care that my sister did leave me to serve alone? bid her therefore that she help me. 41 But the Lord answered and said unto her, Martha, Martha, thou art anxious and troubled about many things: 42 but one thing is needful: for Mary hath chosen the good part, which shall not be taken away from her.

This also is a picture of the church. We have the serving ones, Martha, who run the risk of being troubled over many things to the point of missing the most needful thing: listening to the Lord. Jesus' ministry began with God saying “this is my Son, hear Him”. When He sends out the 12 His instruction is to focus on His word and not to be focused on all these other details. On the mount of transfiguration we are told once again, “this is my Son, Hear him”. At the beginning of this chapter we are again reminded “see the ball, hit the ball”. If you lose the trail you have to go back to where you last had it. How do we disciple others so that they also can be part of this ministry? Simple, it is exactly what Luke is doing with this gospel,

There are many who have shared their testimony. Peter, Paul, John, well in the same way it is good for Luke as well. He also has focused carefully on the word, “traced the course”, or “followed the path”. It is like a marked trail. He shares this with “Theophilus” a “lover of God”. This is all you need to do to be part of the ministry. It isn’t your ministry, it is the Lord’s. You are adding to the Lord, completing the word, and that makes it more powerful, it means Satan is falling like lightning because people are learning to tune him out and instead listen to the Lord. The major thread over and over again is that “this is my Son, hear Him”. Zechariah needs to receive the word, not come up with excuses for why it can’t mean what it says. “How can this be seeing I am old”. He could have come out of that inner court with a word for the people, it would have been a powerful prophecy. Instead he is dumb until John is born. But it is a crucial lesson for John the Baptist. He needs to be bold to speak the word. Later he declares that this is Jesus. How did he know? God had told him that the one on whom the spirit descended like a dove would be the Christ. He received that word, and when he saw it he spoke it. We need to receive the word like Mary did. There are issues, God will work those out, what do I need to do? We need to receive the word like the Shepherds did, going into Bethlehem to see these things. Simeon received a word and held onto it so that when Jesus was presented in the Temple he could prophesy. Likewise with Anna. Everyone has a niche, by itself that word may not be very great, but in season it is wonderful in our eyes. There is a marvelous picture emerging here of the Lord’s ministry building His church. The church is the inn where those who have been beaten and robbed by this evil age can be recuperated. The church is where 5,000 can sit and be fed in the wilderness. In the church we have both Martha and Mary. There is a lot of service that needs to be done, but the most needful thing is to love and worship the Lord and to listen to His word. The church is the gathering of the called out ones, the ones who the Lord has given a vision of Himself and of the Father to. The church is the warrior that defeats Satan, the Body of Christ, who is above all. We have some very interesting numbers. We have 1 Lord, 12 apostles, 70 others, 500 witnesses of the resurrection, and 5,000 who are fed. The church and the apostles are feeding the lambs. The ministry of the 12 raises up 70 others, and the ministry of the others raises up 500 witnesses, and the ministry of the 500 witnesses brings 5,000 seekers to be fed by the Lord.

The Last Dance -- In the last chapter the Lord seemed too extreme when he told one person “let the dead bury the dead, you follow me” and to another who just wanted to say goodbye to his family you are unfit if you put your hand to the plow and look back. It reminded me of the book “Jordan Rules”. From the first day that Michael Jordan came to the Chicago Bulls his stated goal was to make Chicago a franchise that would be respected among the great franchises of Philadelphia 76ers, the Lakers and the Celtics. That was the most outrageous statement for a kid to say after being drafted. But that is what he did, if you weren’t absolute he drummed you out of the team. He wanted warriors that would be ready when they went up to the big dance, the championship. From the end of the last chapter Jesus is turning towards Jerusalem. Jesus knew that Jerusalem was the big dance. He would be attacked and crucified. Here in verse 38 Luke says “now they went on their way”. Wow, now, what was it about “now” that allowed them to go on their way. Jesus had 12 apostles, He had 70 others, He had 500 witnesses and He had 5,000 that came to be fed. The church was an inn taking care of those beaten and robbed by this evil age.

Think about where we are at right now. We have at least 12 who are leading this movement, speaking the word on platforms like Rumble, Gab, Parler, etc. We have 70 others whether pastors, or people like Mike Lindell who are also speaking and sharing their testimony. There are now at least 500 who are hanging onto these words and responding. They attack Goya they respond, the attack Chick Fil A, they respond, they attack Mick Lindell they respond. They are the “deplorables” the good samaritans. Then we have the 5,000 who are showing up to these rallies and being fed.

When Jesus went up to Jerusalem for the Passover feast and was crucified, that was the first dance. Now, at the end of the age this is the last dance. We need overcomers who are warriors, they love not their soul life unto death and they stand on the Lord’s blood. After reading “Jordan Rules” I then saw that the Bulls added Dennis Rodman to the team. Most teams would not put up with Dennis Rodman. But Jordan didn’t have any issue with him. Why? Rodman was absolute, he was a warrior that would take the kingdom by force. During the first Dance Jesus was the one who bore the cross, at the last dance He will have those that will take up their cross and follow Him. In the last chapter He seemed extreme, but when He was being crucified His mother was there and His cousin John was there. He told His mother “behold your son” and He told John “behold your mother”. He took care of His responsibility to His family and He said goodbye to His friends. It is insulting to the Lord to think that He would not take care of those things, but He didn’t use it as an excuse not to go to the cross. This is the end of the age, we are going to the last dance, we need to set our mind on this.

The Big Difference between David and Jesus

In 2Samuel 18 we see David mourning for his son Absalom. He realizes his sins have caused devastation and destruction. Uriah, Amnon, his daughter and now Absalom, ultimately this is David reaping what he has sowed.

This is the difference between Jesus and David. Jesus raised up 12, they in turn raised up 70 and they in turn raised up 500. Jesus ministry was only a few years and already it is as though we are in the 4th or 5th generation. Jesus is not simply the author and perfector of our faith, He is also our captain. He raises us up as an army.

It is amazing when you look at the career of Tom Brady, it is so remarkably successful, and yet at the same time he has had an incredible number of detractors. For example, it is easy to see that Michael Vick was an extremely talented quarterback. He was so fast they were scared to rush him lest he break out of the pocket. Not only so they had to have at least one, maybe even several people on the defense whose sole job was to watch him. Also you can't play man defense against him because if the defensive backs turn their back on him he'll burn you for a long run. He was a game changer yet never really had any great success.

Dan Marino had a great arm but also never really had any great success. Peyton Manning was very smart at reading defenses and had an elite arm, but also didn't have near as much success as Tom Brady. Tom couldn't run, he had a very accurate arm but not as great as Marino, and he is very good at reading defenses, but so are all the great quarterbacks. What made Brady so good was never Brady. He figured out how to get the most out of his teammates, he is the greatest leader. He is the only superstar quarterback who never acted like a superstar, he appreciated that it was a team game and it took all 50 guys to win.

That is the big difference we see here between David and Jesus.
