Lepers and the rapture
Leviticus 13:45 “Anyone with such a defiling disease must wear torn clothes, let their hair be unkempt, cover the lower part of their face and cry out, ‘Unclean! Unclean!’ 46 As long as they have the disease they remain unclean. They must live alone; they must live outside the camp.
When you wear a mask you are covering the lower part of your face, it is a declaration that you are unclean.
Leviticus 14 The Lord said to Moses, 2 “These are the regulations for any diseased person at the time of their ceremonial cleansing, when they are brought to the priest: 3 The priest is to go outside the camp and examine them. If they have been healed of their defiling skin disease, 4 the priest shall order that two live clean birds and some cedar wood, scarlet yarn and hyssop be brought for the person to be cleansed. 5 Then the priest shall order that one of the birds be killed over fresh water in a clay pot. 6 He is then to take the live bird and dip it, together with the cedar wood, the scarlet yarn and the hyssop, into the blood of the bird that was killed over the fresh water. 7 Seven times he shall sprinkle the one to be cleansed of the defiling disease, and then pronounce them clean. After that, he is to release the live bird in the open fields.
We are all lepers cleansed by the Lord's blood. Hyssop was the little shrub that was used to wipe the blood on the doorposts during Passover. It signifies our weak faith. The yarn signifies our clothes which are the "righteousnesses of the saints". We need all our deeds to be washed in the blood. The cedar wood signifies our human nature. Not only all what we do but also all that we are needs to be washed in the blood. If this is the case then we will fly away, that is we will be raptured.
But what about those Christians for whom this is not the case? During the Tribulation the mark of the beast will cause them to be outcasts. They will wear torn clothes, they will be unkempt, they will wear a face mask covering the lower part of the face, and they will cry out "unclean! unclean!". They didn't choose to go outside the camp willingly but the Lord will give them a second chance.

This is the most powerful protest. Shake off the dust -- sell your house, resign your job, and move to another city/country. If all those truckers from the protest in Canada did that Canada would be on their knees.

The Yeast of the Pharisees and Herod
14 The disciples had forgotten to bring bread, except for one loaf they had with them in the boat. 15 “Be careful,” Jesus warned them. “Watch out for the yeast of the Pharisees and that of Herod.” 16 They discussed this with one another and said, “It is because we have no bread.” 17 Aware of their discussion, Jesus asked them: “Why are you talking about having no bread? Do you still not see or understand? Are your hearts hardened? 18 Do you have eyes but fail to see, and ears but fail to hear? And don’t you remember? 19 When I broke the five loaves for the five thousand, how many basketfuls of pieces did you pick up?” “Twelve,” they replied. 20 “And when I broke the seven loaves for the four thousand, how many basketfuls of pieces did you pick up?” They answered, “Seven.”
21 He said to them, “Do you still not understand?”
This is such a confusing topic to so many, they think that yeast signifies sin. It doesn’t, we know it doesn’t because Matthew 16:12 Then they understood that he was not telling them to guard against the yeast used in bread, but against the teaching of the Pharisees and Sadducees. But notice, Jesus said the “yeast of the pharisees and that of Herod”. Yes, the Pharisees might teach the Bible, but that is not what He is referring to, Jesus is specifically referring to “their teaching” not the Bible’s teaching. We will need to illustrate this with two examples because the teaching of the Pharisees is not the same as the teaching of Herod even though He seems to lump the two together.
Teaching of the Pharisees
Today I was lectured by a brother on the need to keep the Sabbath, the 4th commandment of the ten commandments. So I said fine, do you know when the Sabbath is? He said it was Saturday. I said Saturday? I have never seen the Bible use that term can you show me the verse that tells you it is Saturday? He then showed me a number of verses that said that the Sabbath is the seventh day which he explained to me is “Saturday”. I pointed out that “Saturday” means “Saturn’s day” and Saturn signifies Satan. Saturday is an invention of the Gregorian calendar and has nothing to do with the Biblical calendar. I explained that in the Bible the first day of the month is the new moon. This is very clear in the Bible. From that day you count seven days with that day being the first and you come to the Sabbath. If you do it right the first quarter of the moon will be the sabbath, the full moon will be the sabbath, etc. At the end of the month you will have a new moon which will be a “long weekend” of two to three days. This also is in the bible. For example, Passover is the 14th day of the first month. You can check, it will always be on a full moon, however, since it is the 14th day it is also a sabbath day and that also is in the Bible referring to it as the “Passover sabbath”. So then he said that he decided that he would celebrate the Sabbath on Saturday. To which I responded, “oh, that is like me deciding to celebrate the Lord’s day on Sunday”.
Teaching of Herod
Likewise with the teaching of Herod. This has really been brought home this last year with the pandemic. We were told to “respect the science”. That is the teaching of Herod. When someone said that the Pandemic was the China virus they were being racist, not respecting the science where we were told matter of factly that the evidence of a natural origin was overwhelming. That was a lie, no evidence at all that it was natural origin and instead the evidence that it was created in a bioweapons lab in China that was all but conclusive. We were told that we needed to socially distance and be at least six feet apart. This was based on science we were told and it was, what they didn’t tell you is that this study showed that being 3 feet apart was virtually as good. If we were 3 feet apart we wouldn’t need to shut down the schools, or restaurants, or churches, or many other events. Once again “respect the science” is simply code for trust us we know what we are doing. When we began to ask questions of Dr. Fauci we were told that to question Dr. Fauci is to question science. So even though science is all about asking questions Herod’s teaching to “respect the science” is about shutting up, doing what you are told, and don’t ask any questions.
So then in a nutshell the leaven of the pharisees is to shut up, do what you are told and don't ask questions because we know the Bible. The leaven of Herod is to shut up, do what you are told and don't ask questions because we know science.

Mark 8:22-26 Jesus Heals a Blind Man at Bethsaida
22 They came to Bethsaida, and some people brought a blind man and begged Jesus to touch him. 23 He took the blind man by the hand and led him outside the village. When he had spit on the man’s eyes and put his hands on him, Jesus asked, “Do you see anything?” 24 He looked up and said, “I see people; they look like trees walking around.” 25 Once more Jesus put his hands on the man’s eyes. Then his eyes were opened, his sight was restored, and he saw everything clearly. 26 Jesus sent him home, saying, “Don’t even go into the village.”
We have this problem of seeing people as “experts”. This is the underlying thing to beware of with the leaven of the Pharisees and Herod. They are experts, they have seen the top secret information, they have been briefed by experts, all these people know more than you so just shut up. For example I teach HS science. I have studied virus infection, what to do, why the Spanish flu was so deadly, and other things. However, I am no expert and am very willing to defer to people who are truly experts in the field. So then when the advice that came out from Fauci contradicted what we have taught for years I had questions. He is an expert, I’m not, but I want to understand this for my own benefit and so I could explain it to the students. Instead his responses to questions made me question even more. He said we had extensive evidence the virus came from bats and there was no evidence it came from the lab. Well that didn’t make sense the first person that got it worked at the lab in Wuhan which is a very long distance from the bat cave. That alone would be considered evidence. There were whistle blowers from China who were telling the world it came from the lab. So you don’t say there is no evidence, you have to debunk the evidence. But he didn’t. Then he denied funding the research there until it was irrefutable that he had. Then he denied that the research was “gain of function” research when his own definition of gain of function and his own emails and past speeches made it clear that it was. The most disturbing was his insistence that people who had recovered from Covid needed to get the vaccine. That didn’t make any sense, especially since he himself had previously said that recovering from the flu was the best vaccine. When asked about it he told us that to ask him is to question science. That was the point where I knew he was a liar. This is the key, you can’t look at these so called experts in the field like they are giants and you are just a puny grasshopper in their sight. This reminds me of the ten spies giving the evil report. Who is it that is left behind after the first rapture? It is those who are represented by the ten spies. Why is it that this account is not in Luke but is in Mark. The saints in Luke don’t need this, they don’t have this problem, this is the problem of those in the book of Mark, those who were left behind, the sleeping church.

Go and show John (grace) again
4 Jesus answered and said unto them, Go and shew John again those things which ye do hear and see:
When we first see the story of the Bible we will see Christ and the church standing on a mountain top in glory, a light on a hill, enthroned for eternity.
But when we go again and take a look we'll begin to see a little more detail concerning the narrow path that they took, the cross they had to bear. We start to see the path through the valley that led to that mountaintop.
This is what we are seeing with the watchman. They were so focused on the "rapture" they did not see the path to the rapture. But with each passing month they return to their notes to look again.

Some ask if we really need to be watching the signs, it will all happen when it happens, God knows, so why do we have to worry about it?
We have a command from the Lord Jesus, that is who you should be listening to.
Luke 21:36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

Some ask if we really need to be watching the signs, it will all happen when it happens, God knows, so why do we have to worry about it?
We have a command from the Lord Jesus, that is who you should be listening to.

What am I missing here?
Matthew 12:1 At that time Jesus went on the sabbath day through the corn; and his disciples were an hungered, and began to pluck the ears of corn and to eat. 2 But when the Pharisees saw it, they said unto him, Behold, thy disciples do that which is not lawful to do upon the sabbath day.
This reminds me of the story in Numbers 15, a man is caught gathering sticks on the Sabbath and Moses commanded that he be stoned to death.
3 But he said unto them, Have ye not read what David did, when he was an hungered, and they that were with him; 4 How he entered into the house of God, and did eat the shewbread, which was not lawful for him to eat, neither for them which were with him, but only for the priests?
Do you see how easy it is to interpret the Bible wrongly? OK, so what am I missing here? I would never have connected these disciples eating in the corn field with David fleeing Saul and eating the shewbread. So let's consider why this is the far better interpretation. First, the disciples were not "gathering grain". They weren't putting the grain into bags to gather for the week, they weren't doing work they were eating which is definitely legal on the Sabbath. It is also legal to go into someone else's field and eat the grain as long as you don't gather it. Second, it is not lawful for David to take and eat the Shewbread, it is only lawful for the priests. However, they can give the bread to whoever they wish. This is at the priests discretion, Jesus is the high priest. When we interpret the Bible we must see Jesus.
5 Or have ye not read in the law, how that on the sabbath days the priests in the temple profane the sabbath, and are blameless?
The laws concerning the sabbath are very clear, there are many things you cannot do. And yet, the things that you cannot do the priests must do on the Sabbath. Instead of having a legalistic view of the Sabbath consider that the laws are very specific so that you will spend the day with God. You don't cook food, God will prepare the food. You don't work, God will be doing all the work. The disciples were with Jesus, they were with God and so they were keeping the spirit of the Sabbath whereas the Pharisees were turning the laws of the Sabbath into something that they could use to kill and condemn others with.
6 But I say unto you, That in this place is one greater than the temple. 7 But if ye had known what this meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice, ye would not have condemned the guiltless.
The same God who came up with all the laws of the Sabbath also is the one who wants mercy and not sacrifice. The sabbath is a time where God can show you mercy. Maybe you are working two jobs to support your family, He is giving you a day of rest. He is making sure there is a limit to how hard the task masters can drive you. The disciples were guiltless because it was their high priest who was taking all of the responsibility on His own shoulders for what they did. If they had not been with Jesus they would have been guilty, but that is what the Pharisees missed.
Matthew 12:1 At that time Jesus went on the sabbath day through the corn; and his disciples were an hungered, and began to pluck the ears of corn and to eat. 2 But when the Pharisees saw it, they said unto him, Behold, thy disciples do that which is not lawful to do upon the sabbath day.
This reminds me of the story in Numbers 15, a man is caught gathering sticks on the Sabbath and Moses commanded that he be stoned to death.
3 But he said unto them, Have ye not read what David did, when he was an hungered, and they that were with him; 4 How he entered into the house of God, and did eat the shewbread, which was not lawful for him to eat, neither for them which were with him, but only for the priests?
Do you see how easy it is to interpret the Bible wrongly? OK, so what am I missing here? I would never have connected these disciples eating in the corn field with David fleeing Saul and eating the shewbread. So let's consider why this is the far better interpretation. First, the disciples were not "gathering grain". They weren't putting the grain into bags to gather for the week, they weren't doing work they were eating which is definitely legal on the Sabbath. It is also legal to go into someone else's field and eat the grain as long as you don't gather it. Second, it is not lawful for David to take and eat the Shewbread, it is only lawful for the priests. However, they can give the bread to whoever they wish. This is at the priests discretion, Jesus is the high priest. When we interpret the Bible we must see Jesus.
5 Or have ye not read in the law, how that on the sabbath days the priests in the temple profane the sabbath, and are blameless?
The laws concerning the sabbath are very clear, there are many things you cannot do. And yet, the things that you cannot do the priests must do on the Sabbath. Instead of having a legalistic view of the Sabbath consider that the laws are very specific so that you will spend the day with God. You don't cook food, God will prepare the food. You don't work, God will be doing all the work. The disciples were with Jesus, they were with God and so they were keeping the spirit of the Sabbath whereas the Pharisees were turning the laws of the Sabbath into something that they could use to kill and condemn others with.
6 But I say unto you, That in this place is one greater than the temple. 7 But if ye had known what this meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice, ye would not have condemned the guiltless.
The same God who came up with all the laws of the Sabbath also is the one who wants mercy and not sacrifice. The sabbath is a time where God can show you mercy. Maybe you are working two jobs to support your family, He is giving you a day of rest. He is making sure there is a limit to how hard the task masters can drive you. The disciples were guiltless because it was their high priest who was taking all of the responsibility on His own shoulders for what they did. If they had not been with Jesus they would have been guilty, but that is what the Pharisees missed.
Investment advice
Matthew 6:19 Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: 20 But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:

The stock market is filled with thieves. I used to be a stock broker and I saw it first hand. Inflation is a thief. It is coming into your bank account and all your investments and taking 6 or 7% a year and they are doing that for the entire country. If inflation is less than 1% a year, say 0.5% a year, then you have a responsible government and not a bunch of thieves. When the inflation rate jumps like it has recently it is because the government is filled with thieves, they are stealing your money. But the US has become filled with thieves. The bankers who sold NINJA loans (No income No Job approval) with balloon mortgages were thieves. The plan was simple. You move into a house for 5 years. Perhaps the mortgage is $2,000 a month. You scrimp, you save, you pay it because you feel this is better than renting and your house is an investment. Over 5 years you pay the bank $120,000 and then the mortgage rate balloons and you now need to pay $3,500 a month. You can't afford that. Six months later they take the house back from you, they spend $20,000 to spruce it up and now they can resell your house and keep the $120k you gave them. They were thieves. What they did was illegal.

The Lord is giving you the best investment advice. I do not regret one minute that has been given to the Lord.

31 He then began to teach them that the Son of Man must suffer many things and be rejected by the elders, the chief priests and the teachers of the law, and that he must be killed and after three days rise again. 32 He spoke plainly about this, and Peter took him aside and began to rebuke him. 33 But when Jesus turned and looked at his disciples, he rebuked Peter. “Get behind me, Satan!” he said. “You do not have in mind the concerns of God, but merely human concerns.”

If you realize this then you would be at peace today. What can they do to you? Arrest you? Bring false charges of insurrection against you? Have a monkey trial? Kill you? Yes, they can do all that, but we have the one who on the third day can rise from the dead. So who cares. Yes, they slander you and falsely accuse you, but when you rise from the dead and God the Father declares that you are righteous, who cares what they think. The resurrection power is an awesome power.
