Blessing in Luke, not in Mark
Luke 6:21 Blessed are ye that hunger now: for ye shall be filled. Blessed are ye that weep now: for ye shall laugh. 22 Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man’s sake. 23 Rejoice in that day, and leap for joy: for behold, your reward is great in heaven; for in the same manner did their fathers unto the prophets.
This is fascinating, this is not in the book of Mark. In Luke you are blessed if this happens because it is your choice to follow the Lord, during the tribulation it will no longer be your choice, so there is no blessing associated with it. Therefore we can see this verse as a prophecy of what the tribulation will be like and also a confirmation that there will be a pre-tribulation rapture.

This is fascinating, this is not in the book of Mark. Another fascinating difference between Mark and Luke
Mark 9:49 For every one shall be salted with fire. 50 Salt is good: but if the salt have lost its saltness, wherewith will ye season it? Have salt in yourselves, and be at peace one with another.
Both Mark and Luke have the part about Salt being good and not losing your saltiness. But only Mark says that everyone shall be salted with fire. This corresponds to the promise to the church in Philadelphia that they would be kept from the tribulation that was going to come on the whole earth. Once again, evidence that Mark is for those who go into the tribulation while Luke is for the church in Philadelphia.

Both Mark and Luke have the part about Salt being good and not losing your saltiness. But only Mark says that everyone shall be salted with fire. This corresponds to the promise to the church in Philadelphia that they would be kept from the tribulation that was going to come on the whole earth. Once again, evidence that Mark is for those who go into the tribulation while Luke is for the church in Philadelphia.
Yet a little while, and the time of her harvest shall come.
Jeremiah 51:27 Set ye up a standard in the land, blow the trumpet among the nations, prepare the nations against her, call together against her the kingdoms of Ararat, Minni, and Ashchenaz; appoint a captain against her; cause the horses to come up as the rough caterpillers.
What is happening right now is three kingdoms are aligned to take down the US: Russia, Iran and N. Korea. Putin has been appointed as the captain against us. Already we have hundreds of thousands of military aged men in the US who are here to attack the infrastructure.
28 Prepare against her the nations with the kings of the Medes, the captains thereof, and all the rulers thereof, and all the land of his dominion. 29 And the land shall tremble and sorrow: for every purpose of the Lord shall be performed against Babylon, to make the land of Babylon a desolation without an inhabitant.
The destruction of Babylon is an example to the rest of the world. This is what Peter says when he wrote "judgment must begin with the house of God". The US refers to itself as "one nation under God" and "in God we trust". They have used His name in vain and insulted the blood of the covenant. So the judgement is to be a desolation without inhabitant. That sounds like the major cities in the US will be nuked and because of the radiation they will be abandoned.
30 The mighty men of Babylon have forborn to fight, they have remained in their holds: their might hath failed; they became as women: they have burned her dwellingplaces; her bars are broken.
Look at all this woke stuff, our vaunted military has become as women. God is mocking and insulting us. For all human history it was clear that wars are fought by men, now the US wants our women to fight the wars and our men to become as women.
31 One post shall run to meet another, and one messenger to meet another, to shew the king of Babylon that his city is taken at one end, 32 And that the passages are stopped, and the reeds they have burned with fire, and the men of war are affrighted.
In other words the news stories will go viral and spread like wildfire.
33 For thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel; The daughter of Babylon is like a threshingfloor, it is time to thresh her: yet a little while, and the time of her harvest shall come.
You thresh wheat. You need a flat pavement so you can crush the wheat and the kernels will fall out. When you do this there is a lot of chaff. Babylon (the US) is a great big wheat harvest and God is going to turn us into a threshingfloor where the true believers can be harvested and all the chaff blown away.

Luke 8:16 And no man, when he hath lighted a lamp, covereth it with a vessel, or putteth it under a bed; but putteth it on a stand, that they that enter in may see the light.
Another fascinating example, both Luke and Mark say the same thing about the lamp being put on a stand. The church is a lampstand. But that is not what Matthew says.
Matthew 5:14 Ye are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hid. 15 Neither do men light a lamp, and put it under the bushel, but on the stand; and it shineth unto all that are in the house. 16 Even so let your light shine before men; that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.
This is clearly a word to the city of Jerusalem.

A sign from heaven
Matthew 16:1 The Pharisees also with the Sadducees came, and tempting desired him that he would shew them a sign from heaven.
2 He answered and said unto them, When it is evening, ye say, It will be fair weather: for the sky is red.
3 And in the morning, It will be foul weather to day: for the sky is red and lowering. O ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not discern the signs of the times?
Jesus was taken off the cross before sundown, that was when the sky was red at night. For believers it was the end of the day for us, but the Lord is comforting us saying the next day will be good weather in the millennial reign.
However, I have always wondered, when was the sky red in the morning? I just saw the Oppenheimer film and they wanted to test the bomb in the evening, but couldn't because of rain, thunder and lightning. So instead, they had to wait till sunrise to test the bomb. They were all cheering at what they had done, but later realized they had started a nuclear arms race that would one day incinerate the whole earth.

Many people talk about how we will not know and cannot know if this is the rapture date or if that is the date of the Antichrist confirming the covenant, etc.
However, I have a couple of nagging concerns with that kind of talk.
1. It isn't Biblical. The closest verse they can point to was when Jesus told the disciples no one knows the day or hour. But that was before the crucifixion and resurrection. At that time there were all sorts of things that no one knew.
Ephesians 3:2 If ye have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which is given me to you-ward: 3 How that by revelation he made known unto me the mystery; (as I wrote afore in few words, 4 Whereby, when ye read, ye may understand my knowledge in the mystery of Christ) 5 Which in other ages was not made known unto the sons of men, as it is now revealed unto his holy apostles and prophets by the Spirit;
2. Every time the Lord says that no one knows the point is that "therefore you have to watch". What are you watching for? The signs, the fulfillment of prophecies. No one knew when they would confirm the covenant with the many for seven years so we had to watch. But if you are watching then you will know.
3. Jesus warned Sardis that if they did not watch and dive into the word the way they did when they first got saved then He would come at a time they did not expect and they would be caught by surprise. That does not mean that those who do dive in will know the day and the hour, but it does mean they won't be caught be surprise, and that they will be expecting the Lord's return when He comes.
4. The Bible tells us the Lord does nothing without telling His prophets. So although no one knew 2,000 years ago the day or the hour that doesn't mean He won't give us a heads up prior to His coming. On the contrary we have a promise that He will.
5. The Lord even implied He would when He said it would be like the days of Noah and the days of Lot. Both of those guys were given warnings before the event. Neither one of them knew the day or the hour until they needed to know, but when they needed to know they were told. The Lord can use angel visits like He did with Abraham, He can use dreams and visions like He did with Joseph, and He can use prophecies being fulfilled like He did with Methuselah and Noah.
6. What is the point of telling us all about the Antichrist and about this 7 year covenant if we aren't able to actually see these things taking place? The Lord told us we would begin to see these take place.
7. We have a lot of examples of people that did know. Simeon and Anna knew they would see the Lord come the first time. The Wise men knew that was His star. John the Baptist knew what the sign would be for him to know.
So in conclusion the only thing that is Biblical is that at the time of Jesus earthly ministry 2,000 years ago no one knew the day or the hour. Anything more than that is not Biblical.

Joel 1:5 Awake, ye drunkards, and weep; and howl, all ye drinkers of wine, because of the new wine; for it is cut off from your mouth.
Luke 17:27 They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all.
Jews are not allowed to drink wine on the 9th of Av. They aren't allowed to get married on the 9th of Av. It is a day for fasting. That is a shadow of the rapture. If you are left behind on the 9th of Av then yesterday you were eating, drinking, marrying and giving in marriage. But all that stops when you realize you missed the rapture and are now left behind for the tribulation.

India has just banned the export of rice, they account for 40% of the world's rice exports.
Egypt has banned the export of corn and vegetable oil for the next 3 months.
Bangladesh has banned the export of rice.
Thailand and Vietnam hike prices on Rice exports. The market is closed right now, so next week we should see prices get hiked more.
