John 15:1-14 -- Jesus Christ, the biggest revolutionary of this age

1 “I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener.

This is what each of us needs to find, “the true vine”. For example, on Youtube I look for true channels that tell me the truth. Recently my brother told me I should subscribe to the NY Times because they were the standard bearers for journalism. But when I investigated a little I was very uneasy with the large number of cases of plagiarism, and being used as a propaganda mouthpiece. But what really was the final straw was their use of Miles Taylor as an anonymous source while portraying him as a high level administrative official in Trump’s administration. When I read their stories I thought for sure he must be Pence, or Pompeo, or the Chief of Staff. No, it was “Miles Taylor” someone no one had ever heard of and that was because he was a nobody. Once I realize that they willfully distribute false and misleading information to pursue their own agenda, I cut them off. Jesus was the true vine, not all the "main stream" media of the time, not the Scribes, not the religious officials, not the Roman officials, Jesus.

2 He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit he prunes so that it will be even more fruitful.

I like how Youtube is set up this way. You can subscribe to those channels that you see as bearing fruit, you can unsubscribe to those that bear no fruit, and you can get alerts every time one of these channels does put out a story.

3 You are already clean because of the word I have spoken to you.

Yes, these words clean us of our ignorance, biases, opinions that are not well founded in facts, etc. It is essential for a democracy to operate, for us to exercise dominion, that we have a word that cleans us.

4 Remain in me, as I also remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me. 5 “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.

So this word “remain in Me” is huge. All the phony baloney media are trying to do is to get you to step outside of Jesus Christ. When you are screaming curse words and hate you have stepped outside of Jesus Christ. There is a spiritual battle going on, the front lines of this battle is on the internet. If the internet is disseminating the truth, if the true vine is growing on this platform, then Satan’s kingdom will fall. I have discovered that many of the channels I subscribe to are “shadow banned”. What does that mean? Well, let’s say you are interested in stories about a particular topic. There is an algorithm in Youtube that is supposed to recognize that and then recommend other channels that you might like based on your viewing history. To be “shadow banned” means their algorithm will not recommend that channel regardless of how likely it is that you would like it. If this doesn’t work to shut those channels down then they will censor their posts or their channel. If you are subscribed to a channel you will still see them when they are “shadow banned”. Most of these channels will have their own website so even if they do get censored as the NY Post did, you can still go to their website. But this is the battle today because without a free press with the truth on some channels we cannot possibly have a democracy. To remain in Christ is similar to being inside of a tank in the middle of the battle.

6 If you do not remain in me, you are like a branch that is thrown away and withers; such branches are picked up, thrown into the fire and burned.

Those that don’t remain in the Lord are like those who are rioting and looting. They are going to be picked up, convicted and thrown in prison. You did not remain in Christ. Jesus Christ is the biggest revolutionary of this age. If you want to make a stand for justice, you need to follow Jesus.

7 If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you.

Prayer is crucial. I recently saw a news article from a publisher that I did not trust. They said that armed Trump supporters had surrounded one of these vote counting locations in Arizona. So I searched and found a video of the event and saw hundreds, maybe thousands of Trump supporters kneeling in prayer outside of the station, praying that every legal vote be counted. Shortly after that prayer it came out that there is a glitch in the software that Michigan, Arizona, Nevada, North Carolina and Pennsylvania uses that “accidentally” switched 6,000 ballots for Trump to Biden. That is a strange glitch, and it is great that they have discovered it, even though it was after they “called Michigan for Biden”. If you want the election to reflect the will of the people, then ask and it will be done for you. Even months after the inauguration we have many trials over the election going to court. It's not over until the Lord says it is over.

8 This is to my Father’s glory, that you bear much fruit, showing yourselves to be my disciples.

There were a lot of comments on that video commending those people for praying peacefully and glorifying God.

9 “As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Now remain in my love.

If you remain in Christ you have no choice but to remain in His love. You want the election to reflect the will of the people regardless of who they voted for. There is no hate speech against Democrats, or Republicans, or anyone for their political beliefs. Jesus died for all of us to be saved, not just one small clique.

10 If you keep my commands, you will remain in my love, just as I have kept my Father’s commands and remain in his love.

How do we remain in Christ? We keep the Lord’s commandments, those keep us in His love, and that in turn keeps us in Him. Speak the truth in love. The word of God is truth.

11 I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete.

Our joy will be complete when we are all one, when we have a glorious testimony of Christ in us, and when we bring in the kingdom on earth as it is in heaven.

12 My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you. 13 Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends. 14 You are my friends if you do what I command.

Once again, in the middle of the battle it is very hard to do that. According to many media outlets anyone who votes for Trump must be a racist. There are those who are totally deranged because 50% of the country apparently voted for him. On the flip side the corruption that has been revealed in the Biden family is appalling. So what are we to do? Let’s remember the Lord Jesus and the love He expressed when He lay down His life for us. It was a monkey trial, He was scourged and then crucified. In the end He said “forgive them for they know not what they do”. We do know we are being lied to, we do know that the corruption in the government is deep, but even so it is a very dark path we are on and it seems at the very least 50% of us are deceived. So those of you who are sure you know the truth forgive the other ones for “they know not what they do”.

John 15:15-27 You also must testify

15 I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master’s business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you.

There is an interesting prophecy I read yesterday in Hosea 13. Although this is my interpretation it seemed to me he was saying that Biden’s apparent victory in this election would be like the dew on the grass which disappears when the hot sun rises. It would be like smoke disappearing out of a window. That is confusing because just like Daniel 8 said Trump is an impudent man with a brazen face. So then wouldn’t God be against him? Perhaps God will use him to bring a judgement on the mighty (Hosea 13) where all the wicked have become so common.

16 You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit—fruit that will last—and so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you.

My prayer is that the church will stand strong against the stratagems of the evil one, we will be strengthened with might into Jesus Christ who has been made head over all things.

17 This is my command: Love each other. 18 “If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated me first. 19 If you belonged to the world, it would love you as its own. As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world. That is why the world hates you.

This makes sense but it also means they are really big liars. The world refers to those who deny Jesus Christ, deny His kingdom, deny His word, and yet the reason they hate us is because the Lord has chosen us out of the world. The world is always pitching a sales pitch about how great the world is, but in reality they know it is a hellish rat race and hate us because we have been chosen out of it. Now imagine what happens after the rapture? That will certainly enrage them! According to Paul once the Holy Spirit steps aside then the man of lawlessness is truly revealed. Once again there is a spiritual battle going on between these Christians who will be raptured that are filled with the Holy Spirit and those who are filled with the spirit of the antichrist. The rapture will reveal this spiritual warfare for all to see.

20 Remember what I told you: ‘A servant is not greater than his master.’ If they persecuted me, they will persecute you also. If they obeyed my teaching, they will obey yours also.

There are those who are voting for Biden hoping it will end the persecution. This is like Neville Chamberlain’s policy of appeasing Hitler. You do not appease a bully. In my experience I channel my inner “badger”. If a full grown bear comes across a badger that badger will fight for all he’s got. It seems crazy that this tiny animal thinks he has a chance, but look at it from his point of view. Maybe I will die, but I can take out the bear’s nose or his eyes. Is it worth it to a bear to lose an eye over a small snack?

21 They will treat you this way because of my name, for they do not know the one who sent me.

Jesus Christ is the Lion of the Tribe of Judah. If you are in Christ and expressing Christ you will express this Lion, even if you are the size of a small house cat.

22 If I had not come and spoken to them, they would not be guilty of sin; but now they have no excuse for their sin.

This is why we must stand strong and speak. Jesus is speaking through you to them.

23 Whoever hates me hates my Father as well.

If you are in Christ and they hate you, then they hate the Father also and you know exactly where they are coming from, the spirit of the antichrist.

24 If I had not done among them the works no one else did, they would not be guilty of sin. As it is, they have seen, and yet they have hated both me and my Father.

According to the account in the gospels the priests knew that an angel rolled away the stone and Jesus resurrected from the dead. They knew that Jesus was the promised Messiah. Yet they paid the soldiers money to spread a lie. We are seeing the same thing today. The FBI knew that Biden was guilty of a number of sins but kept quiet. They knew they had evidence that would exonerate Trump during the impeachment but they kept quiet. We are seeing a lot of lies and at the same time those who are holding down the truth in unrighteousness. This is the evidence of their guilt and sin that will convict them at the Great White Throne judgement.

25 But this is to fulfill what is written in their Law: ‘They hated me without reason.’

There is a purpose to what is going on. What we are seeing today with this “polarization” is to make it very clear who gets raptured to heaven and who gets tossed in the fire.

26 “When the Advocate comes, whom I will send to you from the Father—the Spirit of truth who goes out from the Father—he will testify about me.

Right now we need to pray that the Spirit of truth who goes out from the Father will come and testify.

27 And you also must testify, for you have been with me from the beginning.

If you want to be in Christ, in His love, then you must keep His commandments and one of them is that you must testify.

John 16:1-22 -- Take heart, I have overcome the world

1 “All this I have told you so that you will not fall away. 2 They will put you out of the synagogue; in fact, the time is coming when anyone who kills you will think they are offering a service to God.

We are seeing this now. The censorship on Facebook, Twitter and Youtube. For example, someone posted a notice about setting up peaceful protests concerning the election called “stop the steal” and Facebook took it down claiming it would incite violence. The mainstream media is portraying the concerns of election fraud as the ravings of unstable people, or baseless claims, or paranoid poor losers.

3 They will do such things because they have not known the Father or me. 4 I have told you this, so that when their time comes you will remember that I warned you about them.

We were warned. Their claims of “diversity training” and “inclusion” does not include Christians, it does not include people who believe the Bible is the word of God and that Jesus is Lord.

I did not tell you this from the beginning because I was with you, 5 but now I am going to him who sent me.

When the Lord was here on the Earth He was a bubble. We could be covered and protected by Him. But now that He is going to the Father in Heaven He is now Lord of all with all authority and all power given to Him for the church.

None of you asks me, ‘Where are you going?’ 6 Rather, you are filled with grief because I have said these things. 7 But very truly I tell you, it is for your good that I am going away. Unless I go away, the Advocate will not come to you; but if I go, I will send him to you.

This is how you grow, how you mature. We were like little children watching Jesus and learning from Jesus. But now, we learn by doing. The Spirit will be inside of us, guiding us, and He refers to this Spirit as “the advocate”. The Spiritual battle is a legal battle. We will be accused and tried by Satan with the Spirit as our advocate, this is the very best way to be led in the truth.

8 When he comes, he will prove the world to be in the wrong about sin and righteousness and judgment: 9 about sin,because people do not believe in me; 10 about righteousness, because I am going to the Father, where you can see me no longer; 11 and about judgment, because the prince of this world now stands condemned.

The Spirit is “the Advocate”. He is our defense lawyer. Satan will attack us, accuse us, and He will defend us. They will accuse of sin, but that is because they don’t believe in the Lord. This is what they did concerning Saint Stephen, they accused him of teaching contrary to their religion because they didn’t believe that Jesus was the Messiah. The resurrection and ascension of Jesus convicted them of unrighteousness. All those who had sentenced Jesus to death stood condemned. We are seeing this play out again. All of these phony reasons for censoring Christians, these are false accusations because they don’t believe that Jesus is Lord. When the rapture takes place and we go to the Father they will be condemned concerning righteousness. At that time the “prince of this world” will stand condemned. All those involved in election fraud, all those involved in the corruption that Hunter Biden’s laptop reveals, or that the money laundering with Swiss banks reveals, or that the investigations into the CCP’s business dealings with US government contacts reveals, or even those involved in the Epstein crimes reveals. They will all stand condemned.

12 “I have much more to say to you, more than you can now bear. 13 But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come.

There is so much to this we need to be guided little by little and step by step. Just with election fraud alone the size and scope is massive. Each polling place is to allow observers, yet they have gone to great pains planning and preparing to violate that law. There is evidence that the computer program designed to count the votes was written so that a certain portion of the votes for Trump would be assigned to Biden. All of this planning indicates they knew that Trump had a huge lead in the polls at exactly the same time all their polls were telling us exactly the opposite. We have seen this throughout the age of grace that we have been led into all the truth, day by day. It should not be a great surprise to Christians that the Lord is now leading us into this revelation concerning the rapture.

14 He will glorify me because it is from me that he will receive what he will make known to you. 15 All that belongs to the Father is mine. That is why I said the Spirit will receive from me what he will make known to you.”

Jesus is Lord, the gospel has gone out throughout the entire world. As a result we have born again believers who are everywhere in this evil age. They work for the post office, they work in polling stations, they work counting votes, they work writing software. The problem with a massive fraud like this is that you cannot keep it secret.

16 Jesus went on to say, “In a little while you will see me no more, and then after a little while you will see me.” 17 At this, some of his disciples said to one another, “What does he mean by saying, ‘In a little while you will see me no more, and then after a little while you will see me,’ and ‘Because I am going to the Father’?” 18 They kept asking, “What does he mean by ‘a little while’? We don’t understand what he is saying.”

He meant that He was going to be crucified dead and buried. Then after 3 days He would rise from the dead victorious and that Satan would be put to an open shame.

19 Jesus saw that they wanted to ask him about this, so he said to them, “Are you asking one another what I meant when I said, ‘In a little while you will see me no more, and then after a little while you will see me’? 20 Very truly I tell you, you will weep and mourn while the world rejoices. You will grieve, but your grief will turn to joy.

This is what we are seeing today. People all over the world are taking a stand. They are taking a stand against some of these transgender laws, taking a stand against CRT being taught in schools, taking a stand against election fraud, etc, etc. We have stopped wallowing in the mud and instead stood up for the Lord.

21 A woman giving birth to a child has pain because her time has come; but when her baby is born she forgets the anguish because of her joy that a child is born into the world.

The rapture is likened to a woman giving birth to the manchild who is then caught up to God. This last year has been painful, we have had anguish, but now we can see joy to see the believers taking a stand.

22 So with you: Now is your time of grief, but I will see you again and you will rejoice, and no one will take away your joy.

The age began with Jesus being the firstfruit, the firstborn, and it ends with the harvest, with us following Him.

John 16:23-33 Ask and you will receive

23 In that day you will no longer ask me anything. Very truly I tell you, my Father will give you whatever you ask in my name. 24 Until now you have not asked for anything in my name. Ask and you will receive, and your joy will be complete.

So then let’s ask. Let’s pray that our brothers and sisters who witness sins will stand against it and testify concerning the sins. Let’s pray that our brothers and sisters will stand strong in this day, holding onto the warnings that the Lord has given us. Let’s pray that all these things will be done to the glory of God the Father and Jesus Christ His Son. Let’s pray that we would be faithful to overcome the accuser of the brethren by the blood of Jesus Christ and by the word of our testimony. Let’s pray that God would turn our weeping into laughing, our grief into joy.

25 “Though I have been speaking figuratively, a time is coming when I will no longer use this kind of language but will tell you plainly about my Father. 26 In that day you will ask in my name. I am not saying that I will ask the Father on your behalf. 27 No, the Father himself loves you because you have loved me and have believed that I came from God. 28 I came from the Father and entered the world; now I am leaving the world and going back to the Father.” 29 Then Jesus’ disciples said, “Now you are speaking clearly and without figures of speech. 30 Now we can see that you know all things and that you do not even need to have anyone ask you questions. This makes us believe that you came from God.”

To see that Jesus' words from 2,000 years ago are a light to my path today, yes, that strengthens my faith that He came from God.

31 “Do you now believe?” Jesus replied. 32 “A time is coming and in fact has come when you will be scattered, each to your own home. You will leave me all alone. Yet I am not alone, for my Father is with me.

That happened at the beginning of the age, but now we have a second chance, I pray that this time we would stand with the Lord.

33 “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”

John 17:1-10 -- How does anyone look at this and not glorify God the Father?

After Jesus said this, he looked toward heaven and prayed: “Father, the hour has come.

The Bible says that God declares the end from the beginning. Think how amazing it is that 10 billion years ago the universe came into existence, and at 3915 BC we see the first sign of the woman crowned with the 12 stars, clothed in the son, in travail to give birth to the seed of the woman which will bruise the serpent’s head and then at the end we see the same sign September 23, 2017. The sign has appeared twice, at the beginning and at the end. But at the same time there was a total solar eclipse, signifying God’s judgement on the world, and this eclipse went directly over Washington D.C. So way back when God knew that America would be where it is and Washington D.C. would be the capital. But it is more than that, we had 4 blood moons signifying God’s judgement on Israel on Passover and Sukkot in both 2014 and 2015. It is a sign that the hour has come and Israel will be judged for not recognizing the Messiah when He was crucified on Passover.

Glorify your Son, that your Son may glorify you.

We were taught to pray “Our Father in Heaven, Hallowed be thy name”. Glorifying Jesus, fulfilling all the prophecies concerning Him, that glorifies God’s name. The fact that Jesus was born in Bethlehem, that He had to spend a season in Egypt, that He would be betrayed, that they would pay 30 pieces of silver, that it would be used to buy the Potter’s field, that He would be falsely accused, hated without a cause, crucified with criminals, buried with the wealthy, that His hands and feet would be pierced, that they would gamble for his clothes, that His bones would not be broken, etc. This glorifies God the Father. Passover is a Holy convocation, that means it was a rehearsal for the Lord’s sacrifice. They examined Him the way the Jews were instructed to examine the lamb, they sacrificed Him at the same time they were to sacrifice the lamb, they laid Him in the tomb, the sinless one, at the same time they were to sit and eat the feast of unleavened bread, and He rose from the dead at the same time they were to wave the sheaf of the firstfruits. How does anyone look at this and not glorify God the Father?

2 For you granted him authority over all people that he might give eternal life to all those you have given him.

That is the point. Jesus is Lord. He is Lord of all, but the Father has not given Him everyone for eternal life. Paul said that the end would not come until there was an apostasy (falling away from the faith) and until the man of lawlessness was revealed. Jesus is the bright and morning star, you aren’t going to see the bright and morning star until after the long, dark night is over. The apostasy refers to the church. Pergamum had the false prophet, Balaam teaching to eat things sacrificed to idols and to commit fornication. We have to have teachers in the church telling people they can disregard the word of God and enticing people to sin. Jezebel was even worse with the “deep things of Satan” and by the time you get to Sardis the church is ready to die. Laodicea is puffed up and proud even though they are blind, naked, and poor. This is the apostasy, it is essential, otherwise you would not get faithful servants like Antipas who they killed, nor would you get the church in Philadelphia composed of saints who had been forced out of the apostasy. Some Christians tolerate and make excuses for the false teachers, the faithful ones can’t do that. There are also those in the world denoted by “the lawless one”. He is an “anti” Christ. His glory is in his shame. Jesus glorified the Father, the antichrist glorifies himself. At the crucifixion the world chose the lawless one over the man of righteousness. So that choice will blossom into full fruit by the end of the age.

3 Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.

So then, who is raptured, what is the criteria to have your name written in the Book of Life? Simple, have to know God the Father and Jesus Christ. If the Lord does not know you then the door will be closed in your face.

4 I have brought you glory on earth by finishing the work you gave me to do. 5 And now, Father, glorify me in your presence with the glory I had with you before the world began.

There is a basis for us to pray “Our Father, in heaven, hallowed by thy name”. These aren’t empty words, there should be works that accompany your faith.

6 “I have revealed you to those whom you gave me out of the world. They were yours; you gave them to me and they have obeyed your word.

This is how we know, and how God knows that we are the Lord’s. We have a revelation of Him and we obey His word. The apostasy will go into great detail about how you don’t have to obey certain words in the Bible, ‘you don’t have to believe this’ and ‘you don’t have to do that’. Not only do they disregard His commands but they teach others also to do that.

7 Now they know that everything you have given me comes from you. 8 For I gave them the words you gave me and they accepted them.

This is the work that Jesus did, He gave us God the Father’s words. He lived them out, He was the express image of those words just like the rays of the sun express the sun and a wax mold of a key expresses the key. Compare that to the apostasy, the light within them is darkness, great darkness. They haven’t been conformed to Christ, they have been conformed to the world. Recently Biden challenged the Catholic church to refuse to let him take communion after his full support for abortion. If the Catholic church compromises on this they are being conformed to the world.

They knew with certainty that I came from you, and they believed that you sent me. 9 I pray for them. I am not praying for the world, but for those you have given me, for they are yours.

Right now all the believers should be joining with the Lord to pray that we would be found faithful at His appearing.

10 All I have is yours, and all you have is mine. And glory has come to me through them.

This is the point, His church should express Him, glorify Him. There is no glory coming to the Lord from the apostasy. There is no glory when various “Christian preachers” are caught in sin and scandal. There is no glory to the Lord from the pedophile priests in the Catholic church.

John 17:11-27 A Blast from the Past

11 I will remain in the world no longer, but they are still in the world, and I am coming to you. Holy Father, protect them by the power of your name, the name you gave me, so that they may be one as we are one. 12 While I was with them, I protected them and kept them safe by that name you gave me. None has been lost except the one doomed to destruction so that Scripture would be fulfilled.

Once again, it is essential to not only have those who are faithful followers of the Lord but also those who betray Him like Judas. We did not have the crucifixion of Jesus until the false prophet, Judas, was revealed. We did not have Jesus crucified until the monkey trial of the world was revealed. The trial was lawless and it is essential the man of lawlessness be revealed before the Lord returns.

13 “I am coming to you now, but I say these things while I am still in the world, so that they may have the full measure of my joy within them. 14 I have given them your word and the world has hated them, for they are not of the world any more than I am of the world.

It is amazing, why does the world hate Christians? There is no doubt that they do, not just in the US but all over the globe. Why? Because we have His word. The word is light, the word is salt. They can’t do what they want to do until that word is taken out of the way. The world realizes they are restricted, exposed, and hindered by that word. But once it is taken out of the way the brakes will be off of the lawlessness. Then the world will see who it is they have chosen for themselves.

15 My prayer is not that you take them out of the world but that you protect them from the evil one. 16 They are not of the world, even as I am not of it. 17 Sanctify them by the truth; your word is truth. 18 As you sent me into the world, I have sent them into the world. 19 For them I sanctify myself, that they too may be truly sanctified.

The word changes you, it sanctifies you, it makes you holy so that you could be in the presence of God. If you are in Christ you will be protected from the world. Do not step out on your own to right wrong and bring condemnation on Satan. The Lord was made head over all things "to the church", not to you individually. The church balances us, on the one hand we see injustice and we condemn it, on the other hand we have to take care of the lambs and the sheep of the Lord's pasture. We declare to Satan "the Lord rebuke thee" but we also worship and praise the Lord. You will be protected if you stay in the ark following the Lord and obeying His commands.

20 “My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, 21 that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me.

This is a prerequisite. How can you believe that the Bible is the word of God if you don’t believe that God sent Jesus. It is impossible for the Bible to be the word of God if God did not send Jesus. So step one is to believe that God sent Him. When I was a kid I thought surely God is the God of the Old Testament, you just can’t deny that. But, Jesus, a man, He is God? That just seemed too unlikely. Getting a revelation that Jesus was truly sent by God was my repentance. Confessing that Jesus is Lord was my salvation.

22 I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one— 23 I in them and you in me—so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me.

This is what the world is craving. Can’t all these warring parties just calm down, let’s resolve this peacefully. No, only in the church can we do that. We have believers who have come from every background, every corner of the earth. The church in Philadelphia is a lampstand set on a hill showing what true oneness is.

24 “Father, I want those you have given me to be with me where I am, and to see my glory, the glory you have given me because you loved me before the creation of the world.

He wants you to be raptured. It isn’t about what you do as much as what He does. He is praying for you. People want to know “what must I do to be saved”. Very often in the Christian life the things we do are what keep us from being saved. Believe in Him, trust His word, don’t lean unto your own understanding.

25 “Righteous Father, though the world does not know you, I know you, and they know that you have sent me. 26 I have made you known to them, and will continue to make you known in order that the love you have for me may be in them and that I myself may be in them.”

Isn’t this amazing? The complete revelation was made known 2,000 years ago and yet He continues to make known to us every day for the last 2,000 years!

Matthew 23 and Juneteenth

1 Then spake Jesus to the multitudes and to his disciples, 2 saying, The scribes and the Pharisees sit on Moses’ seat: 3 all things therefore whatsoever they bid you, these do and observe: but do not ye after their works; for they say, and do not.

Surely everyone would like a day to celebrate the end of slavery. What I find interesting though is there is no “mea culpa” from the Democrats. Instead of admitting their sordid past as the party of slavery, the party of the South, the party of the KKK they are very general with it being “America’s past”. Really? The vast majority of Americans didn’t have slaves and many Americans died fighting in a war to end slavery. Do not do after their works: this whole idea that the only way to fight racism is with racism is to do after their works.

4 Yea, they bind heavy burdens and grievous to be borne, and lay them on men’s shoulders; but they themselves will not move them with their finger.

They are quick to condemn others while excusing themselves. Hunter Biden has been exposed as being extremely racist in his insulting language and use of the N word in his emails. Any other person doing that would be cancelled immediately. But no one says a word to Hunter Biden. John Kerry is the climate Czar riding around the world in a private jet funded by the government. Kamala Harris is the border Czar and doesn’t visit the border and thinks border security is just a big joke.

5 But all their works they do to be seen of men: for they make broad their phylacteries, and enlarge the borders of their garments, 6 and love the chief place at feasts, and the chief seats in the synagogues, 7 and the salutations in the marketplaces, and to be called of men, Rabbi. 8 But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your teacher, and all ye are brethren. 9 And call no man your father on the earth: for one is your Father, even he who is in heaven. 10 Neither be ye called masters: for one is your master, even the Christ. 11 But he that is greatest among you shall be your servant. 12 And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be humbled; and whosoever shall humble himself shall be exalted.

Everything they do is to be seen by men. It is all about self exaltation. We have seen story after story of blatant criminals being let go from prison and not prosecuted simply to return to the streets and beat, shoot, or rob others. However, some homeless man throws a water bottle at Governor Newsom and he is locked up for assault.

13 But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! because ye shut the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye enter not in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering in to enter.

This is the cancel culture, it is the Facebook fact checkers, it is the censorship, the closing of bank accounts, the deplatforming anyone who disagrees with them. Biden’s administration has recently put forth regulations what would make questioning the administration about the Covid pandemic or about election fraud equivalent to incitement and a form of domestic terrorism.

15 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte; and when he is become so, ye make him twofold more a son of hell than yourselves.

Surely this is what China has done. We have just gotten confirmation that ⅓ of the college student in the US from china are spies. This is deep, wide, and goes all the way to the top. Biden is an example of someone who has been made twofold more a son of hell.

16 Woe unto you, ye blind guides, that say, Whosoever shall swear by the temple, it is nothing; but whosoever shall swear by the gold of the temple, he is a debtor. 17 Ye fools and blind: for which is greater, the gold, or the temple that hath sanctified the gold? 18 And, Whosoever shall swear by the altar, it is nothing; but whosoever shall swear by the gift that is upon it, he is a debtor. 19 Ye blind: for which is greater, the gift, or the altar that sanctifieth the gift? 20 He therefore that sweareth by the altar, sweareth by it, and by all things thereon. 21 And he that sweareth by the temple, sweareth by it, and by him that dwelleth therein. 22 And he that sweareth by the heaven, sweareth by the throne of God, and by him that sitteth thereon.

They trivialize the oath they swore to defend and protect the constitution. As far as they are concerned they are for sale to the highest bidder. Whoever pays the money for them to get elected, that is the person they answer to. Recently Joe Biden had a $6 trillion stimulus plan. It turns out this “stimulus” plan will not create jobs or boost the economy, however, it will pay back all of his political donors.

23 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye tithe mint and anise and cummin, and have left undone the weightier matters of the law, justice, and mercy, and faith: but these ye ought to have done, and not to have left the other undone. 24 Ye blind guides, that strain out the gnat, and swallow the camel!

What a contrast. They find it impossible to deal with matters of justice like Hunter Biden’s laptop and evidence of fraud and debauchery on it. But, when it comes to squeezing every last penny out of taxpayers they are precise, exact, and you had better not be off by even a penny. How is it that they can strain out even a gnat and yet at the same time they are swallowing blatant crimes like Swalwell, Hunter Biden, and election fraud?

25 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye cleanse the outside of the cup and of the platter, but within they are full from extortion and excess. 26 Thou blind Pharisee, cleanse first the inside of the cup and of the platter, that the outside thereof may become clean also.

Everyone knows if I am going to wash a glass the inside is the key. But look at the elections in the US, they are trotting out candidate after candidate that is rotten to the core, and yet they are packaged in a professional manner with the very best media personalities handling the campaign.

27 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which outwardly appear beautiful, but inwardly are full of dead men’s bones, and of all uncleanness. 28 Even so ye also outwardly appear righteous unto men, but inwardly ye are full of hypocrisy and iniquity.

It is scary how many people around the Clintons end up dead from “suicide”. Andrew Cuomo won an Emmy for his daily briefings on the Pandemic and yet he is like a whited sepulchre full of dead men’s bones. People that died because he sent infected people back to the nursing homes.

29 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye build the sepulchres of the prophets, and garnish the tombs of the righteous, 30 and say, If we had been in the days of our fathers, we should not have been partakers with them in the blood of the prophets. 31 Wherefore ye witness to yourselves, that ye are sons of them that slew the prophets.

The sons and daughters of those who were slave holders, members of the KKK, the party of slavery is now building the sepulchre of the prophets by declaring Juneteenth. Lincoln was killed for his stance against slavery but they don’t want to recognize the Gettysburg address. The Civil war was the bloodiest in US history but they don’t want to celebrate Appomattox, that would celebrate their defeat.

32 Fill ye up then the measure of your fathers. 33 Ye serpents, ye offspring of vipers, how shall ye escape the judgment of hell?

34 Therefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and wise men, and scribes: some of them shall ye kill and crucify; and some of them shall ye scourge in your synagogues, and persecute from city to city: 35 that upon you may come all the righteous blood shed on the earth, from the blood of Abel the righteous unto the blood of Zachariah son of Barachiah, whom ye slew between the sanctuary and the altar. 36 Verily I say unto you, All these things shall come upon this generation.

What we are witnessing in the US is the fulfillment of this prophecy. Joe Biden was close friends with KKK leaders, supported the crime bill which was devastating to the inner city and was against desegregation of schools. Kamala Harris is descended from slave owners. Their policies are all about enslaving the working class.

37 O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, that killeth the prophets, and stoneth them that are sent unto her! how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen gathereth her chickens under her wings, and ye would not! 38 Behold, your house is left unto you desolate. 39 For I say unto you, Ye shall not see me henceforth, till ye shall say, Blessed is he that cometh in the name of the Lord.

What is happening right now is their refusal to be gathered as one under the Lord’s wings. The race baiting and the declaration that Juneteenth is the national independence day is designed to divide and conquer.

June 25th, what is all the fuss about?

Dr. Barry Awe has kicked up a lot of dust about June 25th, 2021 as being a very significant date in the Bible. I will try my best to give a brief synopsis of what he is talking about.

Daniel 12:12 Blessed is he that waiteth, and cometh to the thousand three hundred and five and thirty days.

Daniel basically gives three very significant numbers: 1260, 1290 and 1335.

2021 is the 1335 year after the Dome of the Rock was built and June 25th is the 1335 day since the Revelation 12 sign (Please note this is not based on the calculations that we would make with a Gregorian calendar but rather the calculations you would make with the Jewish calendar because God does not count certain days).

In the bible's reckoning 1335 days will always take you from Trumpets to Shavuot.

(Also please note he is not using Torah calendar. The discussion on calendars is very complicated, let it suffice to say that Torah calendar was an attempt to conform the Jewish calendar to the Gregorian calendar which is an abomination to God. I can explain why but won't in this post as it would be too much of a distraction).

574 BC Nebuchadnezzar went nuts and was in the field eating grass according to Daniel’s prophecy. Then 1260 years from that date you have 686 AD when the abomination of desolation was built (the Dome of the Rock).

1260 + 1260 is 2520

606 BC Nebuchadnezzar takes Israel Captive to Babylon, 2520 years later WW1 starts on 9th of Av.

587 BC Nebuchadnezzar takes Jerusalem, 2520 years later Hitler becomes Chancellor in 1933 on 9th of Av.

The 9th of Av is the day that Noah set forth the Raven signifying the Antichrist. The ninth of Av will be around August 16th, 2021.

574 BC Nebuchadnezzar went out into the field and was insane according to Daniel’s prophecy. 2520 years from that is 1946, the Nuremberg trials where 10 Nazis are hung and one commits suicide. Coincidentally there were 13 steps up to the gallows and this was 13 years after Hitler became Chancellor.

From 574 BC when Nebuchadnezzar goes crazy 1260 years from then is 686 when the Dome of the Rock is built, the abomination of desolation and it makes desolate for 1290 years (1976). In 1976 talks between Rabin and Carter started leading to the signing of the Camp David accord in 1978, so in 1976 it was the end of the abomination that makes desolate for Israel.

1335 years from 686 is 2021, and it says “blessed is he who comes to the 1335”. Not only so it is the 1335th day from Revelation 12 sign.

One more thing, there is a deadline for the military to divulge all they know about aliens, which some say will take place on June 25th. The NT talks about “a great delusion” to give unbelievers an alternate explanation for the rapture — alien abduction. Also, please note that immediately after the rapture Satan and His angels are cast down to the earth and shortly thereafter the Antichrist appears (9th of Av — August 16th).

1290 days from June 25th (Shavuot) is a Hannukah in the midst of the Tribulation. The Bible prophecies of two raptures, one before the tribulation and one in the middle. Hannukah is the “rededication of the temple” and refers to the Maccabees and Antiochus who is a type of the Antichrist. So Hannukah refers to God’s people who stood up to the antichrist and rededicated the temple. Interestingly in 2024 Hannukah will begin December 25th, and the story of Santa (Satan coming down chimney like a thief in a red suit - is also a rapture story with the magical flying reindeer that visit every home in a single night).

The whole Nuremberg trial is related to the book of Esther, it is a very interesting connection where Esther appears to prophecy that this situation with Haman will happen again. Haman had 10 sons that were hanged on the gallows he built for the Jews, hence the similarity to Esther of 10 Nazi's being hung as well. However, there is a code in the chapter discussing Haman's ten sons being hanged that refers to 1946 using the Jewish calendar. It is quite amazing, but I think I will avoid Bible code in this blog only because it opens the door to too much junk.

This also ties into Shavuot because the way you celebrate Shavuot is you stay up all night reading the Bible, especially the book of Ruth (rapture of the Gentile bride) and Esther.

Clearing up the Calendar confusion

1. Post 910 really makes it clear how to calculate the first day of the year. This is biblical, precisely how Moses tells us to calculate it, and it is simple. Based on that simple, Biblical formula we can say with certainty that Torah calendar was wrong this year and that we are now in the 3rd month and this month began with the wedding ring eclipse.

2. Once you know the first day of the first month it is easy to know the first day of every month after that (the new moon) and that in turn will give you all the feast days (except perhaps Shavuot). To understand the sabbath it is really quite simple, seven days from the New moon will bring you to around the first quarter of the moon, 14 days will bring you to the full moon, 21 days to the third quarter, and then the New Moon will be the fourth sabbath. However, it takes 29.5 days for the moon to go through all the phases so the "New Moon Sabbath is always going to be more than one day. It could be 2-3 days long.

3. We can now understand why they say Shavuot is 7 complete sabbaths and then the next day. This will never be 50 days so thinking that "Pentecost is Shavuot" is completely illogical. Instead there is a 50 day count from Shavuot to the new wine festival. But we can also calculate seven sabbaths and then the next day is Shavuot. In 2021 for Jerusalem the New Moon appears at 1:52 pm on June 10th. Therefore the evening of June 10th is the first day of the month. The evening of June 24th to the evening of June 25th is Shavuot.

4. Some have wondered "what hour"? That is a simple calculation, if you know the day the hour is simple. If we assume that Jerusalem and not London is where the Prime meridian is for God then it is only at 12 noon Jerusalem time that the entire world is experiencing Shavuot. What is really nice about Shavuot is that it is the feast where you don't know the day but you can calculate it.

5. But there is another confusion about Shavuot and that is the 12 days of Shavuot. In Numbers each tribe brought an offering to the Lord one day at a time. This is very reminiscent of the "12 days of Christmas" which is the time from when Jesus was born to the time the wise men brought gifts. Of course it was definitely more than 12 days till the wise men came and Jesus was definitely not born on December 25th. But God is sovereign so there is still a lot of hidden meaning in those dates. But for our sake Shavuot is the engagement ceremony, the betrothal of God with His people. These 12 days of bringing offerings depicts that courtship. But what is most important for us is that there are three feast days where we are all to appear before God: Pesach, Shavuot and Sukkot. It is the day after the seven sabbaths that we are to appear before God and present the two loaves signifying the Jews and Gentiles becoming one bread, one offering.

6. So then, if Shavuot is not Pentecost and Pentecost refers to the New Wine feast which is 50 days after Shavuot it does suggest that ascension day is Shavuot because after the Lord ascended they counted fifty days to Pentecost.

7. There is one other confusion about the Lord's calendar verses our Gregorian calendar and that is that God does not count days the way we do. For example, if every month is 4 Sabbaths it would seem that every month is 28 days and yet we know that the Lunar cycle is 29.5 days. So then every month is 28 "days" but the last Sabbath day is 2 1/2 days. This is only important when considering Daniel's prophecies about 1260, 1290 and 1335.

8. Finally, I would point out that the 9th of Av is a very significant day. If we can now figure out when Shavuot is we can also figure out when the 9th of Av is. That is the day the Spirit of Antichrist is released to go to and fro over the face of the earth. That is the day WW1 began and that is the day Hitler became Chancellor of Germany.

Several things bother me about the Rapture.

First, it is like pulling your first string off the field and replacing them with the 2nd and 3rd string. I think it is great that they are getting playing time but the end of the age seems like the worst time to not have your first string playing. So instead I have a different theory. The rapture is like a graduation. Those that graduate in the first rapture are going to the elite university where the Lord will teach our fingers to war and then they will be the sheaves that return with Him when He comes again with His army.

Second, I believe the end of the age is designed to ripen us, all of us. If you are left behind that is the best thing for you, teach you what happens if you don't stand up to Satan, you see where that road leads, your victory will be similar to that of the Maccabees and that would explain why Hannukah is not a major feast and yet is the feast on which Paul structured 2Corinthians, the book about the New Testament ministry.

Third, instead I feel we are all in this together as one Body. Those that are raptured are like those going to University and learning a whole new level of spiritual warfare. The focus in our training so far has been to "stand". I suspect we will be taken to a whole new level and guess what, you will be surrounded by saints who have been in constant fellowship with the Lord and have their vessels filled with oil. We may have our issues and shortcomings, but fellowship with the Lord is not one of them. So while those who are left behind are standing against the Antichrist those in the heavens are also fighting this battle. In other words after the first rapture it becomes a two front war and after the second rapture it might become a three front war.

To me this explains what each tribe giving an offering on Shavuot in the book of Numbers. In Exodus you see the whole structure of the rapture, but Numbers is about the One New Man going to war. Those who are raptured are like the offerings from each tribe. Not everyone goes to Harvard, so you are their representative, they are paying the price for you to be there, because in the end the hope is you will return and make things better.

Acts 5:1-33 -- The game plan for the coming persecution

5 Now a man named Ananias, together with his wife Sapphira, also sold a piece of property. 2 With his wife’s full knowledge he kept back part of the money for himself, but brought the rest and put it at the apostles’ feet. 3 Then Peter said, “Ananias, how is it that Satan has so filled your heart that you have lied to the Holy Spirit and have kept for yourself some of the money you received for the land? 4 Didn’t it belong to you before it was sold? And after it was sold, wasn’t the money at your disposal? What made you think of doing such a thing? You have not lied just to human beings but to God.” 5 When Ananias heard this, he fell down and died. And great fear seized all who heard what had happened. 6 Then some young men came forward, wrapped up his body, and carried him out and buried him. 7 About three hours later his wife came in, not knowing what had happened. 8 Peter asked her, “Tell me, is this the price you and Ananias got for the land?” “Yes,” she said, “that is the price.” 9 Peter said to her, “How could you conspire to test the Spirit of the Lord? Listen! The feet of the men who buried your husband are at the door, and they will carry you out also.” 10 At that moment she fell down at his feet and died. Then the young men came in and, finding her dead, carried her out and buried her beside her husband. 11 Great fear seized the whole church and all who heard about these events.

There has always been a mixed multitude. The church is composed of the called out ones, the assembly of the redeemed, but it is also the assembly of those who pretend to be redeemed. The church is likened to sheep, so naturally there are wolves who sneak in to devour the flock. I suspect that although in this case Peter exposed the deceit and Ananias and Saphira were struck dead, that in many other cases the assemblies of believers have been populated by many deceivers. But, just like Acts 1 said,

This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen him go into heaven. v.11

The end of this age is not simply a time to reap as thousands turn to the Lord, but it will also be a time to deal with the corruption in the church. The Lord has allowed the wheat and the tares to grow together, but at the end of the age the tares will be gathered up and cast into the fire. Everything that happens works out for good to those that love God. That is true of the tribulation and of Antichrist, and of persecution and abuse.

12 The apostles performed many signs and wonders among the people. And all the believers used to meet together in Solomon’s Colonnade. 13 No one else dared join them, even though they were highly regarded by the people. 14 Nevertheless, more and more men and women believed in the Lord and were added to their number. 15 As a result, people brought the sick into the streets and laid them on beds and mats so that at least Peter’s shadow might fall on some of them as he passed by. 16 Crowds gathered also from the towns around Jerusalem, bringing their sick and those tormented by impure spirits, and all of them were healed.

The signs, the wonders and the healings will be a protection to the church from the deceitful workers, from the false prophets. When Satan is cast to the Earth he will be enraged against the church because he knows he only has a little time left. At this time the church will need divine protection and covering like never before. My understanding is that the man child is caught up to the throne, the first rapture, the army that kicks Satan out of heaven. But then the weaker members are left behind and will suffer the great tribulation. They will need the two witnesses, just like the early church had the apostles. They will attempt to deceive the elect with "magic" tricks, but what about healing? What about forgiveness, redemption, salvation? What about giving you a heart of flesh?

17 Then the high priest and all his associates, who were members of the party of the Sadducees, were filled with jealousy.

What a great picture. They are jealous because this little group is “highly regarded by the people”. They are jealous because people are taking the sick to them to be healed. What we are seeing is the collapse of the major institutions of society: government and religion. While that ship is sinking, the church is rising. People are questioning “is it right to listen to these rulers” who are so clearly not one with God. They are filled with jealousy because the word of God is with the church and not with the Jewish leaders. The same will be true when the Lord returns.

18 They arrested the apostles and put them in the public jail. 19 But during the night an angel of the Lord opened the doors of the jail and brought them out. 20 “Go, stand in the temple courts,” he said, “and tell the people all about this new life.”

This is the game plan for this coming tribulation. Be bold, speak the word, share what the Lord has shown you. Do not fear them, it will be a strong testimony to them of their impending judgement.

21 At daybreak they entered the temple courts, as they had been told, and began to teach the people. When the high priest and his associates arrived, they called together the Sanhedrin—the full assembly of the elders of Israel—and sent to the jail for the apostles. 22 But on arriving at the jail, the officers did not find them there. So they went back and reported, 23 “We found the jail securely locked, with the guards standing at the doors; but when we opened them, we found no one inside.” 24 On hearing this report, the captain of the temple guard and the chief priests were at a loss, wondering what this might lead to. 25 Then someone came and said, “Look! The men you put in jail are standing in the temple courts teaching the people.” 26 At that, the captain went with his officers and brought the apostles. They did not use force, because they feared that the people would stone them.

This is a strong testimony that these rulers have become powerless. God is mocking them. They despised His Son, now God despises them.

27 The apostles were brought in and made to appear before the Sanhedrin to be questioned by the high priest. 28 “We gave you strict orders not to teach in this name,” he said. “Yet you have filled Jerusalem with your teaching and are determined to make us guilty of this man’s blood.”

The recurring nightmare to all those in authority, you gave strict orders and no one listened, no one cares less what you say. The ultimate authority is God, any authority they have comes from God, they violated their head, as a result God is bringing shame on their heads.

29 Peter and the other apostles replied: “We must obey God rather than human beings! 30 The God of our ancestors raised Jesus from the dead—whom you killed by hanging him on a cross. 31 God exalted him to his own right hand as Prince and Savior that he might bring Israel to repentance and forgive their sins. 32 We are witnesses of these things, and so is the Holy Spirit, whom God has given to those who obey him.” 33 When they heard this, they were furious and wanted to put them to death.

We are witnesses of this. We must obey God rather than man. When the human rulers deviate from God’s rule and you have to choose between the two, you must choose to obey God. You will be faced with the choice, listen to those who killed Jesus and are threatening to kill you if you don’t listen, or listen to the God who raised Jesus from the dead and will raise you as well. Seems like a very easy choice. If you obey God He gives you His Holy Spirit. The reason these rulers are jealous and powerless is because they didn’t obey God and they do not have His Holy Spirit.

Leviticus 23:15-21 The Feast of Weeks (Shavuot)
(June 24/25 is the true Shavuot. Post 910 shows how that was calculated)

15 And ye shall count unto you from the morrow after the sabbath, from the day that ye brought the sheaf of the wave-offering; seven sabbaths shall there be complete: 16 even unto the morrow after the seventh sabbath shall ye number fifty days; and ye shall offer a new meal-offering unto Jehovah.


You need to complete 7 sabbaths, just as during the age of grace we needed to complete 7 churches. Some have mistakenly thought that 7 sabbaths is the same as 49 days hence 7 sabbaths plus 1 equals fifty days. That is a mistake. Every month begins on the New Moon, that is the first day. You then count seven days to the sabbath, another seven to the next sabbath, etc. So every month has 4 sabbaths. However, it takes 29.5 days for the moon to go from one New moon to the next. As a result the “New Moon Sabbath” will always be 2-3 days long. When the Lord was resurrected they had to bring the sheaf of the first fruits and wave it before God. That refers to Jesus and the others that were raised from the dead. But now, after seven complete sabbaths you need to offer “new meal”. This refers to those who are in the field (reaping the grain) and those who are grinding at the mill. This is the first harvest festival that takes place after the Lord’s resurrection. This is the pre-tribulation rapture (before the summer).


17 Ye shall bring out of your habitations two wave-loaves of two tenth parts of an ephah: they shall be of fine flour, they shall be baken with leaven, for first-fruits unto Jehovah.


These are the first fruits. It is a wheat harvest. The two loaves signify the Jews and Gentiles, out of two the Lord has made one offering to God. There is a lot of misconception about leaven being sin. That is false. Matthew 16:11 How is it that ye do not perceive that I spake not to you concerning [h]bread? But beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and Sadducees. 12 Then understood they that he bade them not beware of the leaven of [i]bread, but of the teaching of the Pharisees and Sadducees. The leaven refers to the teachings. When God gave the ten commandments at Shavuot they had “new teachings”, new leaven. When the Lord resurrected and then ascended the apostles had “new teachings”, new leaven. It appears that Ascension day is the day that Moses was called up into the mountain on Shavuot. At the pre-tribulation rapture there will also be “new teachings”. I have been openly rebuked several times for teaching new teachings that are contrary to established Christian teachers of the past.



18 And ye shall present with the bread seven lambs without blemish a year old, and one young bullock, and two rams: they shall be a burnt-offering unto Jehovah, with their meal-offering, and their drink-offerings, even an offering made by fire, of a sweet savor unto Jehovah.


When we read about the seven churches in Revelation it seems they all have some that overcome and will be raptured. Every one has a lamb to offer or better yet we have a lamb to offer on behalf of everyone. One young bullock is a powerful animal and depicts judgement, and two rams, they depict preachers of righteousness. In my experience you have two kinds of Christians, you have the preachers of righteousness which are like rams, and then you have those Christians who don’t want to cause any trouble, let’s all get along, and they think the trouble is being caused by the preachers of righteousness and if they would just keep quiet everything would be fine. These Christians will discover what it will be like when those who are preachers of righteousness and God’s righteous judgement are taken away. They will see the world very quickly become Sodom and Gomorrah and then that will help them ripen.


19 And ye shall offer one he-goat for a sin-offering, and two he-lambs a year old for a sacrifice of peace-offerings.


Let’s be real here, the preachers of righteousness are sinners like the rest. They need a sin offering just like everyone else. The fact that they are sinners saved by grace does not provide cover for those who choose to ignore the Lord’s word to be a witness. They also need a peace offering. Everyone makes mistakes. Perhaps they were a little obnoxious, a little aggressive, or perhaps they too ignored the Lord’s word to them to speak at one point. We have a peace offering where we can be at peace with God and with man.


20 And the priest shall wave them with the bread of the first-fruits for a wave-offering before Jehovah, with the two lambs: they shall be holy to Jehovah for the priest.

You can argue that the Lord ascending fulfilled Moses being called up into the mountain. That is fair, but He as our high priest has yet to wave the “bread of the first-fruits” for an offering to the Lord. The account in Exodus is like those diagrams of the Human body that have many layers on transparencies. Moses being called up is one transparency, pull that away and you still have the need for the High priest, Jesus, to wave these two loaves as a testimony that we have “new teachings” and that Jews and Gentiles have become one offering.


21 And ye shall make proclamation on the selfsame day; there shall be a holy convocation unto you; ye shall do no servile work: it is a statute for ever in all your dwellings throughout your generations.

Exodus 19:1-11 -- The Lord descends in the clouds with the voice of the Trumpet

This is probably the single biggest chapter in the old testament concerning the rapture. It is fitting that the book of Exodus would discuss the rapture. The following chapters appear to discuss the other raptures as well but to simplify this topic I have specifically focused on the pre tribulation rapture. Many have likened the rapture to the Bema judgement and this feast (Shavuot) appears to be like a graduation ceremony. A high school graduation is a good analogy for a Bema judgement, everyone has fulfilled the requirements for their “exodus” from High school. The “valedictorian” is the one with the most honorable word, and this chapter focuses on us internalizing God’s word, His law.

The atheists love to refer to Darwin, the law of the jungle, survival of the fittest, as the “natural law”. This is true for millions of species, but not for 18. There are 18 species that are classified as “eusocial” and these do not follow the law of the jungle. These 18 species dominate the earth. Man is one of them, but ants are another and I have heard that the total weight of all the ants on earth would equal the weight of humans. I saw a set of termite mounds in the Amazon that housed more termites than live in the UK. These 18 species change the environment for their good, they can live together in colonies greater than 100 individuals, they have diversified jobs, they can take care of others young. The atheists want us live like apes. The problem is that the alpha male of the apes will kill all the young that are not his as soon as he takes power. You have these very intelligent creatures with opposable thumbs and yet they live like brute beasts. If the atheists have their way that is what we would live like.

Unlike ants and termites and bumble bees man is not born eusocial. We have to learn it. God gave the law to the Israelites on tablets of stone and they could not keep it because they are flesh. We are born with the natural man, born selfish, fleshly. That is why the New Testament is writing these laws on the tablets of our heart, on tablets of flesh. This is what Shavuot and the Bema judgement are all about, have you received that word, is it written on your heart?


1 In the third month, when the children of Israel were gone forth out of the land of Egypt, the same day came they into the wilderness of Sinai. 2 For they were departed from Rephidim, and were come to the desert of Sinai, and had pitched in the wilderness; and there Israel camped before the mount.

God’s plan is to take us out of the bondage in Egypt, signifying this evil worldly system, and bring us into a good land where Jesus is King. It appears from this verse that this took place on the first day. The first day is a new moon and this will usually involve a two day interval where they study the sky to see the new moon. So this verse is somewhat vague, did they come out the day the new moon was spotted, or was it during the New moon sabbath (two to three days). I like this expression that Israel camped before the mount. This year it seems the Christians have camped around the mount of rapture. Rapture dreams, heavenly signs, exposition on the rapture are dominating the latest word.

3 And Moses went up unto God, and the Lord called unto him out of the mountain, saying, Thus shalt thou say to the house of Jacob, and tell the children of Israel; 4 Ye have seen what I did unto the Egyptians, and how I bare you on eagles' wings, and brought you unto myself.

Moses said that a prophet like unto him would come, prophesying concerning Jesus. Jesus was taken up unto God in the resurrection and ascension. This age of grace has been a time in the wilderness of Sinai where we remember the Lord, we remember what He did on the cross, we remember how He redeemed and brought us into fellowship with Him. For two thousand years grace has been imparted to us. Shavuot requires that you count 50 days, the number 50 refers to grace and to the jubilee. We have had much grace imparted to us during these 2,000 years and we need to remember that.

Some see this reference to being born on Eagles’ wings as a reference to the heavenly signs. One of the key constellations as a sign for the rapture is an eagle telling this same story. Hence, being born on eagles’ wings is a reference to the rapture and a tip towards the heavenly signs.

5 Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine: 6 And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation. These are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel.

This is our hope of glory. It depends on us obeying the voice of the Lord and keeping His covenant. The Shavuot also requires that we count seven complete sabbaths. These are seven times we are tested, will we obey the Lord’s voice, will we keep His covenant? Will we deny the Lord’s name? Will we keep His word? Philadelphia did not deny His name and they did keep His word.

7 And Moses came and called for the elders of the people, and laid before their faces all these words which the Lord commanded him.

This is what we have been doing for the last 2,000 years in the church. Jesus spent 40 days with the apostles prior to his ascension and after His resurrection laying before them all the words the Lord commanded them. They in turn shared that fellowship with us in the New Testament.

8 And all the people answered together, and said, All that the Lord hath spoken we will do. And Moses returned the words of the people unto the Lord. 9 And the Lord said unto Moses, Lo, I come unto thee in a thick cloud, that the people may hear when I speak with thee, and believe thee for ever. And Moses told the words of the people unto the Lord. 10 And the Lord said unto Moses, Go unto the people, and sanctify them to day and to morrow, and let them wash their clothes, 11 And be ready against the third day: for the third day the Lord will come down in the sight of all the people upon mount Sinai.

One day is as a thousand years and a thousand years as one day to the Lord. The last two thousand years has been “two days” where we have been washed and sanctified in the word. You need to ready on the third day. According to the Jewish Calendar this is the both the year of Jubilee and the first year of Jubilee after the 2,000 years. That doesn’t seem to add up, however, the Jews use a calendar that is based on the moon, hence the discrepancy.

Exodus 19:13-25 Shavuot depicts the betrothal

12 And thou shalt set bounds unto the people round about, saying, Take heed to yourselves, that ye go not up into the mount, or touch the border of it: whosoever toucheth the mount shall be surely put to death: 13 There shall not an hand touch it, but he shall surely be stoned, or shot through; whether it be beast or man, it shall not live: when the trumpet soundeth long, they shall come up to the mount.

This appears to be a reference to the trumpet blast at the time of the rapture. Shavuot is a strange feast day in that God doesn’t tell us the day or the hour. The other feast days can be very precise as to the timing, but not this one. Even here all we know is that it is the third month, could be the first day, could be the third day, it seems intentionally vague. Still, this is the basic teaching concerning the rapture, the trumpet sounds and you are called up to heaven. This is also how we do a graduation. The music plays and all the graduates march in. We honor the graduates, they are “called up”.

14 And Moses went down from the mount unto the people, and sanctified the people; and they washed their clothes. 15 And he said unto the people, Be ready against the third day: come not at your wives. 16 And it came to pass on the third day in the morning, that there were thunders and lightnings, and a thick cloud upon the mount, and the voice of the trumpet exceeding loud; so that all the people that was in the camp trembled. 17 And Moses brought forth the people out of the camp to meet with God; and they stood at the nether part of the mount. 18 And mount Sinai was altogether on a smoke, because the Lord descended upon it in fire: and the smoke thereof ascended as the smoke of a furnace, and the whole mount quaked greatly. 19 And when the voice of the trumpet sounded long, and waxed louder and louder, Moses spake, and God answered him by a voice. 20 And the Lord came down upon mount Sinai, on the top of the mount: and the Lord called Moses up to the top of the mount; and Moses went up.

This is a beautiful depiction of the rapture. The Lord descends in the clouds at the voice of the Trumpet of God and the Lord (Moses) leads the people out (carries them forth, raptures them). The Lord called Moses up. At the beginning of the age Jesus was called up, at the end of the age all the raptured saints will be called up.

1Corinthians 10:16 The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not a communion of the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not a communion of the body of Christ? 17 seeing that we, who are many, are one bread, one body: for we all partake of the one bread.

This is what we have been doing for 2,000 years. We have become “one bread, one body”. On Shavuot you present two loaves (the Jews and Gentiles have become one sacrifice). By partaking of the Lord we have become one with Him. When Moses is called up He is a type of Christ and if we have become the body of Christ we are included in that.

Ecclesiastes 3:15 That which is hath been long ago; and that which is to be hath long ago been: and God seeketh again that which is passed away.

Paul said that he had been crucified with Christ and if we are in the likeness of His death we will also be in the likeness of His resurrection. Well, the Lord ascended, why wouldn’t we ascend with Christ if we have been in the likeness of His death wouldn’t we also be in the likeness of His ascension? The Lord was the incarnated word. He manifested the word. He made the word real to us. If we have been communing on the body and blood of Jesus for 2,000 years then we will be filled with this word and express this word. Jesus was the valedictorian, the one with the most honorable word. But that is what we see in the age of grace. Read the biographies and what do you see? Each one had a word from God manifested in their lives. They lived by faith in that word, not by sight.

21 And the Lord said unto Moses, Go down, charge the people, lest they break through unto the Lord to gaze, and many of them perish. 22 And let the priests also, which come near to the Lord, sanctify themselves, lest the Lord break forth upon them. 23 And Moses said unto the Lord, The people cannot come up to mount Sinai: for thou chargedst us, saying, Set bounds about the mount, and sanctify it. 24 And the Lord said unto him, Away, get thee down, and thou shalt come up, thou, and Aaron with thee: but let not the priests and the people break through to come up unto the Lord, lest he break forth upon them. 25 So Moses went down unto the people, and spake unto them.

If you have not been sanctified by the washing of water in the word, then you will be left behind. However, it also tells you what you need to do over the next 3 ½ years. Read the word, pray over the word, fellowship with other believers concerning the word, sing psalms and hymns to the Lord, read spiritual books. What you are lacking and what you need is to be sanctified, and that happens when we are washed by the water in the word.

Amos 1:1-15 -- The Sins of America

1 The words of Amos,

Joel means that Jehovah, He is God. That is the point of the festival of Trumpets and that is the point of the book of Joel. Amos means “burden” and it is reasonable for anyone to hear what God is about to do and to then wonder what is the burden, what is the cause for this. It is the burden of sin.

the vision he saw concerning Israel two years before the earthquake, when Uzziah was king of Judah and Jeroboam son of Jehoash[a] was king of Israel.

There is a distinction here between the people of God, some were of Judah and some were of Israel. My understanding of prophecy is similar to the golden ratio. I feel that you can look at a small event and see a big event in that. At the end of the age we know there will be a great earthquake and I am going to look at this prophecy as referring to a period 2 years before that earthquake, “the earthquake”. There are some similarities. Uzziah the king is puffed up with pride, invades the priests office and enters the temple to burn incense. He becomes leprous and it is thought that this event provoked God to bring about this earthquake. Likewise, at the end of the age, in the middle of the last week the son of perdition goes into the temple and sets himself up as god. At this time there is a great earthquake as the sixth seal is opened. So to my understanding Joel presents the beginning of this week mentioned in Daniel, and it begins in typology with the festival of trumpets. This festival takes place about two weeks before the end of the year in the Jewish calendar. After this festival the Israelites were to take stock of the year and consider their sins that they needed to make an account of. This takes place for ten days. That would signify the time it takes for a complete and thorough accounting of our responsibility before God. I believe this is what this two years signifies, the time right up until “the earthquake”, the sixth seal, where we are taking account of our sins prior to the day of atonement. This may seem confusing to those who have not studied end time prophecy, so I’ll briefly explain. I believe the end of the age is 7 years known as the tribulation. The first 3 ½ years are natural events. In the middle of this time we have this supernatural event referred to as “The earthquake” though it includes more than that. The second 3 ½ years is called “the Great Tribulation” and includes supernatural events. The book of Joel describes the start of this 7 year period and likens it to the festival of trumpets. Now we are in Amos and Amos helps us do a thorough accounting before God. We consider our sins, and we consider God’s great works in the past. We also see how God has been warning us but we have not heeded those warnings.

2 He said: “The Lord roars from Zion and thunders from Jerusalem; the pastures of the shepherds dry up, and the top of Carmel withers.”

This is where we left off in Joel:16 “The Lord will roar from Zion and thunder from Jerusalem”. So what is future tense in Joel is now present tense in Amos. Most commentaries focus on the historical and archaeological aspects of this prophecy. I don’t care about that. I want to reflect on our sins that we need to repent of, not what someone 2,000 years ago needed to repent of. This prophecy helps me run down the really big sins that we need be held accountable for.

3 This is what the Lord says: “For three sins of Damascus, even for four, I will not relent. Because she threshed Gilead with sledges having iron teeth,

It is certain that this is referring to a cruel and barbarous way in which you treat your prisoners of war. In recent times I am aware that many countries are especially cruel with this and operate in a way that would be illegal in the US. Which is why US military intelligence often subcontracts out our interrogation to these countries. In the US we like to think of ourselves as more moral and more humane than these countries which use cruel forms of torture. Of course it was a shock to us to see what was happening at Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq, and of course what was happening at Guantanamo Bay where we weren’t even observing Habeas Corpus. We were simply tossing them in jail and throwing away the key without so much as giving them a hearing or even admitting they were there.

4 I will send fire on the house of Hazael that will consume the fortresses of Ben-Hadad. 5 I will break down the gate of Damascus; I will destroy the king who is in the Valley of Aven and the one who holds the scepter in Beth Eden. The people of Aram will go into exile to Kir,” says the Lord.

On the one hand if you have supported Amnesty International you should be happy, on the other hand there should be an uneasy feeling that if the Lord is judging these 3rd world nations for this behavior, what happens when He gets to us?

6 This is what the Lord says: “For three sins of Gaza, even for four, I will not relent. Because she took captive whole communities and sold them to Edom, 7 I will send fire on the walls of Gaza that will consume her fortresses. 8 I will destroy the king of Ashdod and the one who holds the scepter in Ashkelon. I will turn my hand against Ekron, till the last of the Philistines are dead,” says the Sovereign Lord.

This sounds like imperialism. I did see something when I was in Taiwan. At the very same time that the cigarette companies were being exposed for having manipulated cigarettes as a drug to make the smokers addicted, at the exact same time that they were being sued and losing one of the largest cases in US history the US government was negotiating with Taiwan. The island of Taiwan needed F16s and AWACs to defend themselves, but as part of the trade the US government required that Taiwan sell American made cigarettes. At the very same time that they were putting laws in place to limit the sale of cigarettes in the US they were requiring smaller countries dependent on us for national security to buy them and sell them to their citizens. The US took captive of whole communities and sold them to the cigarette companies.

9 This is what the Lord says: “For three sins of Tyre, even for four, I will not relent. Because she sold whole communities of captives to Edom, disregarding a treaty of brotherhood, 10 I will send fire on the walls of Tyre that will consume her fortresses.”

It isn’t hard to remember the US breaking treaties to sell entire communities. From 1778 to 1871, the United States government entered into more than 500 treaties with the Native American tribes; all of these treaties have since been violated in some way or outright broken by the US government.

11 This is what the Lord says: “For three sins of Edom, even for four, I will not relent. Because he pursued his brother with a sword and slaughtered the women of the land, because his anger raged continually and his fury flamed unchecked, 12 I will send fire on Teman that will consume the fortresses of Bozrah.”

There are genocides around the world. Rwanda, Pol Pot, Stalin and Mao spring to mind. But what about us? Do we need to list these? Sand Creek massacre, 163 men women and children were massacred by the Colorado militia. They were living in peace at the time. Three knolls massacre in California. Marias massacre in Montana, 173 killed primarily women, children and the elderly. Camp Grant massacre, killed 144 with all but 8 being women or children. Wounded Knee massacre killed around 250 men, women and children. This is but a few.

13 This is what the Lord says: “For three sins of Ammon, even for four, I will not relent. Because he ripped open the pregnant women of Gilead in order to extend his borders, 14 I will set fire to the walls of Rabbah that will consume her fortresses amid war cries on the day of battle, amid violent winds on a stormy day. 15 Her king will go into exile, he and his officials together,” says the Lord.

It is estimated that the abortion industry brings in $1 billion a year. (https://www.culturallegacy.org/abortion-profit). In Bloodmoney, a documentary on abortion they show how one doctor made over $2 million a year by performing abortions. We know that abortions have targeted minorities and blacks.

Amos 2 -- The Sins of America, let's be fair

2 This is what the Lord says: “For three sins of Moab, even for four, I will not relent. Because he burned to ashes the bones of Edom’s king, 2 I will send fire on Moab that will consume the fortresses of Kerioth. Moab will go down in great tumult amid war cries and the blast of the trumpet. 3 I will destroy her ruler and kill all her officials with him,” says the Lord.

Wow, what a relief! Thank you Jesus! Whenever someone starts enumerating the sins of the US I always dread that they will bring up slavery. Is that fair? First of all not all the states had slavery, and then in the ones that did only 25% of the people had slaves, and then when you are talking about plantation owners with 100 or more slaves it was only about 3%. So is it really fair to go back several hundred years and dig up some cursed plantation owner and say the entire US is cursed because of this guy? Even God, right here in Amos condemns doing that! Of course slavery was cursed, but were these men who were made in the image of God cursed because of the US, or were they cursed by God? Oh yeah, Moab, they were amateurs, they only went back one or two generations to justify themselves, we went back much further than that. We went back to before there even was a New World, before Jesus, hey we even went back before Moses, we went all the way back to Noah. We went back to Noah and dug up Ham, and believe it or not, that is why all these people thousands of years later were cursed! Did we stop there? No, no, no we then brought out our witch doctors with their mumbo jumbo science as a racial justification. Burning bones to ash? That is kid’s stuff. We put those ashes into baby food. By the 1950s you could put two dolls before a young child, one black the other white, and ask which is the pretty one, which is the smart one, which is the good one and they would point to the white doll. Which one looks like you? They would point to the black doll. Which one is ugly and stupid? They would point to the black doll. Do you really think this generation will escape the judgement and wrath of God?

4 This is what the Lord says: “For three sins of Judah, even for four, I will not relent. Because they have rejected the law of the Lord and have not kept his decrees, because they have been led astray by false gods, the gods their ancestors followed, 5 I will send fire on Judah that will consume the fortresses of Jerusalem.”

The US claims to be a Christian nation that trusts in God. His commandment was to love our neighbor as ourselves. Torture, violating treaties, hunting down and killing women and children, selling communities to the highest bidder, and cursing man made in the image of God are all examples of rejecting that law. Money and power are false gods that have led this nation astray.

Judgment on Israel 6 This is what the Lord says: “For three sins of Israel, even for four, I will not relent. They sell the innocent for silver, and the needy for a pair of sandals.

Where was your phone made? How about your slippers? You want to blame covid on China, a poor country eating bats and living in crowded conditions, yet you don’t blame the sweatshops that you buy from for creating these conditions.

7 They trample on the heads of the poor as on the dust of the ground and deny justice to the oppressed.

Build the wall. Not so that we can keep illegal immigrants out because if we did that who would do all the menial tasks we don’t want to do. No, we build the wall so that we can deny justice to the oppressed. You don’t like the oppression, fine, we’ll send you back to the other side of the wall.

Father and son use the same girl and so profane my holy name.

Is this true? Some things I am glad I don’t know about. I recently heard that the value of the child trafficking industry in the US is greater than all professional sports taken together!

8 They lie down beside every altar on garments taken in pledge.

The law in the OT said you had to give the pledge of a garment to the poor at night so they could sleep and not be cold. The Lord is saying that they put the poor out into the cold and take their pledge, their downpayment. This is precisely what happened during the Mortgage crisis. People paid for their house for a couple of years, then a balloon mortgage kicked in, they couldn’t pay, the bank took back their house, keeping the money they had paid for about 5 years as well as their downpayment.

In the house of their god they drink wine taken as fines.

I worked for a bank and learned that the overdraft fees and other “fines” were their bread and butter. I once saw a person who had written ten small checks for a total of about $100. If the checks had been paid out in the order they were received one would have bounced, but by paying the big one first, and then bouncing the next biggest one, they were able to cause the other nine checks to bounce because of the fees. This person had to pay $75 in bounced check fees because of the clever way in which they paid out the checks. Sadly the money to cover these checks had been deposited, it just hadn’t cleared yet. Cheers!

9 “Yet I destroyed the Amorites before them, though they were tall as the cedars and strong as the oaks. I destroyed their fruit above and their roots below.

There were two main battles, in the wilderness the children of Israel asked for permission to pass through the land of the Amorites and they refused, instead coming out with their full army to attack them. Israel defeated them which was a great sign to all the nations round about. Later, in the good land 5 kings of the Amorites came out to attack Joshua and that was the day the sun stood still so he could finish the battle. You saw what God did to these people who you have dispossessed and now you have taken their place. Why would you imitate them? We defeated Britain, the superpower of the day, a leader in banking and finance, and then we imitated them!

10 I brought you up out of Egypt and led you forty years in the wilderness to give you the land of the Amorites. 11 “I also raised up prophets from among your children and Nazirites from among your youths. Is this not true, people of Israel?” declares the Lord. 12 “But you made the Nazirites drink wine and commanded the prophets not to prophesy.

There have been many great spiritual leaders in the US. There is no denying that. It is also true that we have laws that forbid the word of God in schools. But how did they “make the Nazarites” drink wine? That is a violation of their vow. I suspect this is much like the Lord’s word: But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in. (Matt 23:13)

13 “Now then, I will crush you as a cart crushes when loaded with grain.

Many times the poor feel like the system is designed to run them over like a truck. So, as you have done it will be done to you.

14 The swift will not escape, the strong will not muster their strength, and the warrior will not save his life. 15 The archer will not stand his ground, the fleet-footed soldier will not get away, and the horseman will not save his life. 16 Even the bravest warriors will flee naked on that day,” declares the Lord.

You have designed a system so that the poor are trapped, so loaded up with pressures they can’t escape. A system so confusing the poor don’t know how to even use their strength to save their life. I recently wanted to pay off the car for my wife, feeling that eliminating this debt would make our financial situation more secure. She was against it, she wanted to keep the money in reserve in the event of an emergency. I did the math, I showed her that paying it off now would save her $700. She was stunned, she had no idea how the system was designed. The archer has a nice distance between him and the battle, when you lose your house they give you a month, two months, even three months warning. But in the end you lose your shirt and wind up fleeing naked. As they have done it will be done to you.

I like this, it shows how easy and simple it is to preach the gospel.
