Why is Christmas split in two? (part 2)

A smoking furnace and a burning lamp went between those pieces

7 And he said unto him, I am the Lord that brought thee out of Ur of the Chaldees, to give thee this land to inherit it.

8 And he said, Lord God, whereby shall I know that I shall inherit it?

9 And he said unto him, Take me an heifer of three years old, and a she goat of three years old, and a ram of three years old, and a turtledove, and a young pigeon.

10 And he took unto him all these, and divided them in the midst, and laid each piece one against another: but the birds divided he not.

11 And when the fowls came down upon the carcases, Abram drove them away.

12 And when the sun was going down, a deep sleep fell upon Abram; and, lo, an horror of great darkness fell upon him.

13 And he said unto Abram, Know of a surety that thy seed shall be a stranger in a land that is not theirs, and shall serve them; and they shall afflict them four hundred years;

14 And also that nation, whom they shall serve, will I judge: and afterward shall they come out with great substance.

15 And thou shalt go to thy fathers in peace; thou shalt be buried in a good old age.

16 But in the fourth generation they shall come hither again: for the iniquity of the Amorites is not yet full.

17 And it came to pass, that, when the sun went down, and it was dark, behold a smoking furnace, and a burning lamp that passed between those pieces.

We are children of Abraham by faith, we are the offering to God. There will be two kinds that go through between these pieces. A smoking furnace like the one the friends of Daniel were cast into, this depicts the tribulation saints. A burning lamp, this refers to Daniel and to the wise virgins who had their vessels filled with the Holy Spirit.

We walk between the pieces. The pieces signify all those who will die during the tribulation. All those who rejected the Lord, mocked His servants and were proud.

Why is Christmas split in two? (part 3)

There are two aspects to the rapture. On one hand it is like the crucifixion to those who are left behind, crying out "My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?". On the other hand it is like the birth of the Manchild who is caught up. But the crucifixion and resurrection can also be likened to the birth of the one new man. Jesus began his earthly ministry by being baptized signifying death and resurrection to become a new creation and then concluded His earthly ministry by ascending to the throne on Shavuot. The Antichrist, a counterfeit bill, will begin his reign by ascending to the throne and then conclude it by killing Christians, putting them into death.

Is the Rapture January 7th?

I am open to a serious critique of the Bible verses, I expect this will not be well received.

That said, Vicky Goforth Parnell has released a video in which one reasonable interpretation would also lead you to January 7th. She did not give a date. I am doing that because of the Bible exposition I have been doing. However, she released this on the 26th and because I was driving I didn't see it until that evening. Pretty much all of my Bible study had been done and posted to my blog prior to that so her video is completely independent of my conclusions.

These 15 pages give the Biblical basis in brief for my conclusion.
