You can see church history in the book of 1 Samuel. Eli and his sons were corrupt. They were involved in fornication, adultery, and they were taking the Lord's offerings for themselves. This was known as the indulgences and other forms of corruption of the Catholic church. They then went to war with the Philistines and brought out the ark of the covenant and were defeated and the Philistines took the ark. The crusades went from a little after 1,000 AD to 1300 AD, they went forth with the cross of Christ and the name of Christ and they were defeated. This defeat resulted in a great loss of prestige and a widening split in the Catholic church, and in the story of Eli he is depicted as an old man who falls from his chair and breaks his neck. His two sons both die in this battle. This is when Ichabod was born, meaning "the glory has departed". The ark of the covenant was returned to Israel on a cart pulled by two oxen. This could be seen as a reference to Martin Luther, his 95 thesis that expose the illegitimacy of indulgences. It was men from a city called "The city of the forests" which sounds like Germany, and they put it in the house of Abinadab, "my father is willing" and Eleazar was the priest "God has helped". They demanded a king from Samuel after this and he anointed Saul. This was the beginning of the State churches like the church of England. Many of these denominations were defacto state churches.

But then they wanted to bring the ark up and Uzzah put up his hand to keep it from falling and God struck him dead. The ark is the testimony of God. The testimony of God is to be carried on the shoulders of priests, not on an ox cart used to transport goods to market. This is the issue with much of organized religion, they think that using the things they have learned from business and commerce will help with the move of the Lord. One problem is that the ark could topple and fall. You can have phony believers who were not genuinely saved taking the table. Uzzah keeping the ark from falling was similar to the denominations having a closed table and requiring people to be baptized into the name of their denomination. Paul said that we are to examine ourselves, he never examined others to see if they were worthy nor did he ever instruct pastors to examine others. Yes, if the denominations had tried to bring the ark to Jerusalem on an ox cart it would have toppled to the ground. The solution is not putting your hand up to keep it from falling the answer is to obey God's ordination that the ark is to be carried on the shoulders of the priests. Because of this the ark was placed in a weird house. The guy's name means "servant of Edom", not servant of God, or of Israel. He was a Gittite, that means a resident of Gath. That is a Philistine city. This is the non denominational churches and the Jesus movement. They are often a weird collection of people that it is hard to believe they are Christians. But, God blessed them. That is what has happened recently with the denominational churches being struck dead for the arrogance that they are to protect the ark from falling while these weird people become the ones to keep the ark of testimony, the ark of the covenant.

The problem with setting dates

If you are reading the prophecies in the Bible many of them cannot be interpreted without a date being attached. For example, Hosea 6:2, Jesus will return after two days. If you interpret that to mean 2,000 years that sets a date. If you interpret a generation to be 70-80 years based on Moses' psalm then that sets a date for Jesus word about this generation not passing away until all these things be fulfilled. If you interpret Daniel 9:27 being fulfilled from 2023 when Agenda 2030 was confirmed to 2024 when the Pact for the future was confirmed, well then that also sets a date.

Typical error in interpreting prophecies

John 21:22 Jesus saith unto him, If I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee? follow thou me. 23 Then went this saying abroad among the brethren, that that disciple should not die: yet Jesus said not unto him, He shall not die; but, If I will that he tarry till I come, what is that to thee?

For example, there is no verse that says the tribulation equals seven years. On the contrary all Christians throughout the church age experienced tribulation and as for the end of the age Jesus said that period of tribulation was shortened for the elects sake. People assume that since the 70th week is seven years that this is one and the same as the period of tribulation. But the Lord never said this in His word.

People also assume that the rapture is "pre tribulation". The Bible doesn't say that, rather it says that Philadelphia will be kept out of the hour of trial. The word Harpazo means to be snatched out of the way of certain death. Since Jesus told us that the period of intense tribulation during the day of the Lord is "shortened" it stands to reason that they are raptured prior to this intense period of tribulation. However, since they already assumed that period was seven years and that it begins when the seventieth week begins they assume that the rapture is before the covenant with the many is confirmed. But the Bible never says this either.

One problem with interpreting these prophecies is that they are complicated, like all the moving parts in a watch. You can't assume that every prophecy is telling you about the rapture, there are many other moving parts and you have to learn how they all interconnect.

For example John saw the beast rising out of the sea. I believe this is a reference to AI, robots, drones, RFID chips, digital currency and all the other things they will be implementing in this one world system. That means when you see Bitcoin you are seeing this beast rise out of the sea. When you see AI approach AGI you are seeing this beast rise out of the sea. When you see humanoid robots, smart machines, 3d printers, drone swarms, and Neuralink you are seeing this beast rise out of the sea. At the very start of the Antichrist reign people say "who can make war with the beast". So when you see AI and drones take over warfare you know you have arrived at the Antichrist reign.

Also, when the sixth seal is opened there is a great earthquake:

Revelation 6:12 And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and, lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood;

13 And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as a fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind.

14 And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.

15 And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bondman, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains;

16 And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb:

17 For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?

So when you see all the kings of the earth and the great men and rich men and chief captains and mighty men all digging underground bunkers, know that they are preparing for the sixth seal to be opened.

The word of Truth: The gospel of your salvation

Ephesians 1:13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,

So then, what is the gospel of our salvation? I understand that it is the word of truth. That word includes the word about Jesus paying the price for us with His blood. But that is not all. It includes the word about the genealogy of Jesus. His genealogy becomes my genealogy, His history becomes my history. It includes the word about being born again to Nicodemus. It includes all the Lord's instructions to His disciples. It includes the entire fellowship of the apostles. It includes the word that we overcome by the blood of the lamb and by the word of our testimony.
I have heard brothers teach that this word applies to Jews, and this word applies to this group and this word applies to that group, etc. I don't buy that. The entire New Testament refers to my inheritance that I received when I was born again. The warnings also apply. Yes, the warning about Reuben exchanging his birthright and Edom exchanging his birthright are also part of the word of truth, the gospel of my salvation. You cannot just hold to "I have been born again". Reuben was the firstborn of Israel and Edom was the firstborn of Isaac. They both should have gotten the birthright but forfeited it. Not exactly good news for Reuben and Edom but it is good news for Jacob and Judah.

I know some people like to point to a verse or two and say "this is the gospel". That is true. But I point to the entire New Testament and say "this is the gospel of my salvation, the word of truth" and that also is true.

Ephesians 6:19 And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel,

When I read this verse it tells me that everything Paul wrote in His epistles was him making known the mystery of the gospel. That includes the book of Philemon. That includes 1 and 2 Thessalonians. Paul taught us about the church, and the church is part of the gospel. He taught us about ministry and ministry is part of the gospel.

Look at what Jude says:

3 Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.

He wanted to talk about the common salvation, about Jesus' redemption and blood. But God said no, they need to hear about contending for the faith. That also is part of the good news, that also is the word of truth, the gospel of our salvation.

Hebrews 5:12 For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat. 13 For every one that useth milk is unskilful in the word of righteousness: for he is a babe.

Jonah is a very interesting character in the Bible. He runs from God, he is forced to preach the gospel basically dragged there by God kicking and screaming and then when everyone repents and turns to God he is upset that God doesn't wipe them out. Because of this I hear many who strongly criticize Jonah. Fair enough.

On the other hand everyone on that boat repented and turned to God believing in God and everyone in this very large and prosperous city repented and turned to God. Have we ever seen a preacher more successful than Jonah? Not only so, many pray for a miracle, is there any miracle in the OT greater than Jonah? People pray for a sign and for prophecies to be fulfilled. This also took place in the book of Jonah. Not only so but you can argue that Jonah had a near death experience where he went to hell for three days. You can argue that it was figurative and he actually lived inside the belly of this great whale shark for three days? Very hard to believe, but OK. Or you can argue that he died in that belly and then God brought him back.

So if we saw Jonah with his NDE of hell, and his fulfillment of Bible prophecies as well as being a great sign to Nineveh, his 40 days of preaching and all those who were converted from the least to the greatest we would think he was a great evangelist, perhaps the greatest evangelist of the OT.

So which is it. I would argue that it is both. I would also add that all those criticizing Jonah's spirituality, I would wager that these ones have a very poor track record when it comes to evangelism.

I say this for a very simple reason, God doesn't give us more than we can handle. If God gave all that to Jonah then it tells you that Jonah could handle a whole lot.

But it gets even better. According to rabbinical tradition Jonah was the child of the widow that Elijah raised from the dead.

What is stunning to me is that Jonah, after being in hell for three days was mad at God for not destroying Nineveh. My understanding is that anyone who has ever had a glimpse of hell says you would never wish for your worst enemy to go there.

But in the end the book of Jonah is very encouraging to me. When you look at all that Jonah has gone through and even after that he is more concerned with the gourd that is giving him shade than the people. He may be a very terrible type of Jesus, but he does depict many believers very well. Not all of us are all that compassionate and empathetic.

The best way to prepare for the tribulation

I suspect that for the first six months you will be able to use gold and silver as currency but as soon as the digital currency is mandated (and that will be soon) it will be criminal to hold onto gold and silver. The bible says people will cast it into the street. I suspect that once it is illegal they will allow people to put it out to be picked up prior to getting arrested, like an amnesty for guns or a gun buyback program. So that is not the best way to prepare but might be a little helpful.

What won't lose value is food. You can stock up all you want, but they will come in and take over your supply. According to the Bible the women that gives birth to the manchild has to flee into the wilderness. Again, this may take a year and being prepared is certainly a good idea, but that is simply a stop gap measure. How much food can you carry on your back? So again, never hurts to prepare, but this is certainly not the best way to prepare.

During the tribulation they will be preaching the gospel and it will be the greatest time of revival since the book of Acts. The problem is that any online Bible will be changed by Antichrist and AI. So you need a hard copy. If you buy it with a credit card they will know and they will track you down. Also if you are a member of your church's Facebook page then they have you on a list that way as well. If you do buy a bible buy a KJV as many of the other translations have been corrupted by FreeMasons. If you don't have a KJV Bible during the tribulation you will regret it. That is definitely a must have.

Also the best way to prepare for the tribulation, in the event that you are to be a tribulation saint, is to set your mind to be a martyr. Trying to avoid being caught is the wrong strategy because you will be caught, dragged kicking and screaming like a coward. No, I would boldly go out preaching the gospel. What can they do to you? Being beheaded will be much better than going through 3 1/2 years of famine, pestilence and war. Also, being beheaded is a powerful testimony that could lead to others being saved.

Nahum 1:1 The burden of Nineveh. The book of the vision of Nahum the Elkoshite.

Nineveh means the home of Ninus. This was the king of Assyria, often compared to Nimrod, so a type of the Antichrist. Nahum means comfort, so this is the book of the vision of comfort. This comfort comes from a region called "Got the ensnarer". We have an enemy who walks around like a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour and our God ensnares him, and once this lion is caught in the snare we are comforted. I suspect this lion refers to Ninus, or to the Antichrist.

2 God is jealous, and the Lord revengeth; the Lord revengeth, and is furious; the Lord will take vengeance on his adversaries, and he reserveth wrath for his enemies.

If you are one with the Lord, if you are His child, and if you are obedient to Him to do what He tells you to do, then your enemies are God's enemies. I'm not talking about someone who is being punished for committing sins, Peter said clearly that we are not to suffer as a criminal or a sinner. But, if we suffer as servants of the most high God then this book will certainly be a comfort to you. This promise is in the New Testament, "Vengeance is mine, saith the Lord".

3 The Lord is slow to anger, and great in power, and will not at all acquit the wicked: the Lord hath his way in the whirlwind and in the storm, and the clouds are the dust of his feet.

God does not acquit the wicked. The president of the US might give the wicked a medal of freedom, he might even pardon them for their crimes. But God will not acquit the wicked, you can take that to the bank.

4 He rebuketh the sea, and maketh it dry, and drieth up all the rivers: Bashan languisheth, and Carmel, and the flower of Lebanon languisheth.

Bashan is a fertile plateau where they raise cattle. Carmel is a mountain known as an orchard for fruit and nut trees. Lebanon is where cedars grow. Og, a Nephilim giant was the king of Bashan. Carmel is where Nabal the fool lived and it is also where Elijah gathered the prophets of Baal and they were killed when fire fell from heaven. This is also the mountain thought to be where Jesus was transfigured. Lebanon is the Northern border of Israel and was not given to Israel. So what we see is Og and the occult working together with the false prophets of Baal and our neighbors to attack us. God will deal with them. Today we have giants, we call them billionaires, and we have false prophets of Baal, we call them the Main Stream Media, and we have neighbors that attack us. We call them the nations of the earth.

5 The mountains quake at him, and the hills melt, and the earth is burned at his presence, yea, the world, and all that dwell therein.

We see erosion and it looks like the hills are melting. That is figurative, but the day will come when this is not figurative, it is precise. Think of Lahaina, that fire burned everything to the ground and all that dwell therein. That was not the fulfillment of this, that was simply a warning that you could get a glimpse of what this verse means and what is coming. The fire was so hot in Lahaina that aluminum hubcaps melted.

6 Who can stand before his indignation? and who can abide in the fierceness of his anger? his fury is poured out like fire, and the rocks are thrown down by him.

The answer is no one. The billionaire with the mansion, the bigger they are the harder they fall.

7 The Lord is good, a strong hold in the day of trouble; and he knoweth them that trust in him.

Two wonderful, comforting promises. The Lord is a good strong hold in the day of trouble and He knows them that trust in Him.

8 But with an overrunning flood he will make an utter end of the place thereof, and darkness shall pursue his enemies.

Many will die in the overrunning flood. But those who live will become refugees and darkness will be pursuing them.

9 What do ye imagine against the Lord? he will make an utter end: affliction shall not rise up the second time.

Everyone needs to trust that the Lord is not going to acquit the wicked, He will be a strong hold to those that trust in Him and He will make an utter end of His enemies.

10 For while they be folden together as thorns, and while they are drunken as drunkards, they shall be devoured as stubble fully dry.

Right now the world is like thorns folded together. They think that by working together they will make an impregnable wall. Thorns are associated with sin and the fall. These sinners will be fully consumed by the fire and they will go up in a flash. Fully dry stubble is like newspaper, it burns up in a flash. The drunkards are those drunk on the world's wine, they are addicts. It can be alcohol, drugs or sex. Just another aspect of the thorns that are folded together.

11 There is one come out of thee, that imagineth evil against the Lord, a wicked counsellor.

At first I was thinking the Antichrist. But a wicked counsellor, that would be the false prophet. Think of Balaam who counselled Balak on how to destroy Israel.

12 Thus saith the Lord; Though they be quiet, and likewise many, yet thus shall they be cut down, when he shall pass through. Though I have afflicted thee, I will afflict thee no more.

To me this is like summer football practice, two a day or even three a day. It is affliction. But once the season starts and the games begin practice becomes a lot more fun and no more affliction.

13 For now will I break his yoke from off thee, and will burst thy bonds in sunder.

Yes, now the Lord Jesus will be our captain to lead us in victory.

14 And the Lord hath given a commandment concerning thee, that no more of thy name be sown: out of the house of thy gods will I cut off the graven image and the molten image: I will make thy grave; for thou art vile.

Get ready, all the idols of the nations are about to be thrown down. Fame and fortune are both vile. Also, to many their idol is power and might. Death and destruction is in their wake and they are vile.

15 Behold upon the mountains the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace! O Judah, keep thy solemn feasts, perform thy vows: for the wicked shall no more pass through thee; he is utterly cut off.

Perform your vows and keep your feasts. That is all we need to be worried about. During the pandemic so many churches willingly closed their doors. That is not performing your vows and keeping your feasts. What does the Bible say, do not forsake the assembling of yourselves together and so much the more as you see the day approaching.

Nahum 2:1 He that dasheth in pieces is come up before thy face: keep the munition, watch the way, make thy loins strong, fortify thy power mightily.

Chapter 1 concluded with the rapture of the spirit filled saints. These are the ones who had willingly taken up the cross and followed Jesus. They brought good tidings, they published peace, they kept the feasts of the Lord and they performed their vows. But now we have those left behind to face him that dasheth in pieces.

2 For the Lord hath turned away the excellency of Jacob, as the excellency of Israel: for the emptiers have emptied them out, and marred their vine branches.

You can compare this to what happened to Job. You were given a choice, you could fear God, trust in Him as a stronghold, and take up your cross and follow Him. Or, you could choose not to and then you will be left behind and at that point you get a second chance, but this time there is no escape, no straddling the fence.

3 The shield of his mighty men is made red, the valiant men are in scarlet: the chariots shall be with flaming torches in the day of his preparation, and the fir trees shall be terribly shaken.

Jesus told the Jews they would be given the sign of Jonah as proof that they had committed the unforgivable sin in officially rejecting Jesus as the Messiah. They were given 40 years of hearing the gospel, but in the end Jerusalem and the temple were overthrown. This process has been repeated with the gospel going out to the Gentiles over the next 40 jubilees (1,961 years from 70 AD). What happened in 70 AD is a preview of what will happen at Armageddon, only this time the judgment will be on the nations.

4 The chariots shall rage in the streets, they shall justle one against another in the broad ways: they shall seem like torches, they shall run like the lightnings.

This prophecy regards Nineveh, but the same judgment was proclaimed on Jerusalem by Jesus and that is the same judgement that will be on the nations at the time of Armageddon. So it may have seemed the chariots were running like lightning at the time of Nineveh, at the time of the fall of Jerusalem, and also at the time of Armageddon.

5 He shall recount his worthies: they shall stumble in their walk; they shall make haste to the wall thereof, and the defence shall be prepared.

This phrase "He shall recount His worthies" means that the Lord will bring to remembrance the great and majestic ones. It is very easy to criticize those who are in the ring, but when you are in the ring all of a sudden you appreciate them all the more. Maybe I blame Tom Brady for throwing an interception, but then I also blunder. This is how we learn. You can only learn so much by watching and listening to others. In the end you learn by doing. The people left behind are the ones who were spectator Christians criticizing others but now they are the ones in the ring. Now they recount all those in Hebrews 11, all those brothers that went before them.

6 The gates of the rivers shall be opened, and the palace shall be dissolved.

If your front door is left open anyone can enter, if the front door to a city or country is left open then anyone can invade. Think of the US border on the Rio Grande River, that is one of the gates to the US. If that is left open and 20 million military aged men can come in, well that is an invasion and when they attack your palace will be dissolved. This doesn't mean that the palace will dissolve like salt in water, it means all those "mighty men" supposedly defending it will melt away and flee. They will faint. Nineveh, Jerusalem and now the US have all got this problem. At one time we had the most elite soldiers that the entire world feared. Our seals and rangers were the most awesome soldiers in the world. But they have been replaced by pansies. So when push comes to shove they will melt away and faint.

7 And Huzzab shall be led away captive, she shall be brought up, and her maids shall lead her as with the voice of doves, tabering upon their breasts.

Huzzab is like the palace guard. The "she" here is a personification of Nineveh. This downfall of Nineveh is like the downfall of Mystery, the Great Babylon -- the whore that rides the beast.

8 But Nineveh is of old like a pool of water: yet they shall flee away. Stand, stand, shall they cry; but none shall look back.

This is quite funny in a sad sort of way. Consider the recent history of the US. I went to six of the "Stop the Steal" rallies. In every rally we were assailed by ANTIFA, young twenty something your old men and women looking to start a fight. In Atlanta there were over twenty of them with helmets on and garbage can lids and baseball bats. But there was never any trouble. I was standing next to this young woman in Atlanta who was holding an infant and she wasn't the least concerned about those guys with the baseball bats. Why? Because we had about a thousand people and in our midst we had 35 to 45 year old men who looked like veterans carrying rifles (Atlanta is open carry). So for four years they mocked and ridiculed these ones, calling them cult members, deplorable garbage. But they stood strong, and then after the election the main stream media admitted they were right. The border was open, they country was invaded by 20 million illegals, jobs were much worse than had been reported, people were broke. My point is the country despised the men that were the backbone of this country. They get raptured and you are left with the pansies. One or two guys will be left trying to rally the troops to stand and fight but they will all be running like yellow bellied cowards.

9 Take ye the spoil of silver, take the spoil of gold: for there is none end of the store and glory out of all the pleasant furniture.

Then the looting will be incredible, everything will be open season for the looters.

10 She is empty, and void, and waste: and the heart melteth, and the knees smite together, and much pain is in all loins, and the faces of them all gather blackness.

Pride goes before the fall. The people that they despised were the ones they need now, but they are gone. That is when the lesson is learned, that is when you realize how stupid you have been.

11 Where is the dwelling of the lions, and the feedingplace of the young lions, where the lion, even the old lion, walked, and the lion's whelp, and none made them afraid?

Think about the US, there was a time when none made us afraid. Well when the fall takes place those will be very bitter memories to those left behind.

12 The lion did tear in pieces enough for his whelps, and strangled for his lionesses, and filled his holes with prey, and his dens with ravin.

13 Behold, I am against thee, saith the Lord of hosts, and I will burn her chariots in the smoke, and the sword shall devour thy young lions: and I will cut off thy prey from the earth, and the voice of thy messengers shall no more be heard.

The Lord is not against the believers, but He is against your pride, your arrogance, your insulting words, your accusations and criticism of the servants of the Lord. You will need to repent and be humbled under the mighty hand of God.

My Sword is Unsheathed Already 1-6-25@2:18 PM
Ezekiel 21:3 And say to the land of Israel, Thus saith the Lord; Behold, I am against thee, and will draw forth my sword out of his sheath, and will cut off from thee the righteous and the wicked. 4 Seeing then that I will cut off from thee the righteous and the wicked, therefore shall my sword go forth out of his sheath against all flesh from the south to the north: 5 That all flesh may know that I the Lord have drawn forth my sword out of his sheath: it shall not return any more.

To cut off from thee the righteous and the wicked sounds like the rapture where the righteous are removed and the fall of Babylon where the wicked are cut off.

9 Son of man, prophesy, and say, Thus saith the Lord; Say, A sword, a sword is sharpened, and also furbished: 10 It is sharpened to make a sore slaughter;
