A Time for Everything ( Ecclesiastes 3:1-22)
3 For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven:
2 a time to be born, and a time to die;
a time to plant, and a time to pluck up what is planted;
3 a time to kill, and a time to heal;
a time to break down, and a time to build up;
4 a time to weep, and a time to laugh;
a time to mourn, and a time to dance;
5 a time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together;
a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;
6 a time to seek, and a time to lose;
a time to keep, and a time to cast away;
7 a time to tear, and a time to sew;
a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;
8 a time to love, and a time to hate;
a time for war, and a time for peace.

The right idea, but.. the wrong time, and wrong expectations..
My patience have been tried and tested for a few years now. I've wrestled and sometimes I still do wrestle with timing, execution, and waiting. Yet still I notice when I'm late, or make mistakes I typically expected grace for me for things I didn't prepare for, or things I wasn't wise with. I even tend to have not taken my wrongs as seriously because I know I'm forgiven ( I'm not saying we should live in condemnation at all, we all make mistakes, I'm not your theology teacher or anything like that so please check with the Holy spirit 💛). When we are wise we can discern the times and the seasons, and like the 10 virgins parable the wise prepared and were responsible for the events before them, while the foolish were left behind in the story trying to catch up in their lack of preparation, even the ant prepares at the right time to gather food. Sometimes I want to handle trauma that I've gain recently, but its not time for that because a season is coming where I really won't be able to work later for those resources I will need. Sometimes we actually have time to cry and to handle the trauma we need to, but we start to become busy bodies without a cause (maybe distracting from our pain). Randomly eating more, looking at things you shouldnt have seen, or spending time with people who God told you over and over to stop.. maybe its time to dig into your pain and mourn the grief you weren't able to because of the prior season.. Maybe its time to get that heart surgery from the lord.
Or maybe you are in a covenant relationship and your disappointed with the relationship, because your comparing your frozen Turkey with a professional cooked Thanksgiving Turkey.. It took sacrifices, Intentionality, commitment, pain, and a long time to make the relationship you may be converting ( shout out to Pastor Mike Todd's analogy from: Cuffed to Convenience ). Where ever we humans may be this season😂 I pray we care about God intentionality altogether in this season, I really desire to acquire God's will for this time and stop building on [my] towers to "prevent future trauma" or not seeing the urgency or importance of the casual instructions of the Lord. I can get in my own head and think a good idea is a God idea, It sound good for me to have what I want right now honestly, but God's ideas are wiser than my own. Thanks for listening 🙏💌 blessings
