That is not the truth of the fourth beast.
Daniel had a vision of 4 beasts which were different from each other,which are the 4 ways of people.Although all of them operated by the 4 ways there was 1 of those ways that was their chief mode of operation with the other 3 in a minor operation.
Babylon-human religion,acknowledged the God of Israel,rode on eagle's wings,went against God after king Nebuchadnezzar died,wings were plucked,and became known as the kingdom of man.
Medo-Persia-physical cruelty.
Greece-human wisdom.
Roman Empire-pushing for dominion,world domination.Ten horns-the world split in to ten sections with a leader in each section.The little horn-man of sin,antichrist,who has the eyes as the eyes of man,for he is of the occult,nature worship,witchcraft,and acknowledges no God.The fourth beast was the most determined to get control of the world.
The first 3 beasts will never have dominion again,but their lives have been prolonged for a season and time,which means their ways are still on earth,and show up at the beast kingdom.
The fourth beast does not lose her dominion until God puts them down.
This is what the Bible says about the fourth beast,that it is against Christianity,and the truth.
Dan 7:21 I beheld, and the same horn made war with the saints, and prevailed against them;
Dan 7:22 Until the Ancient of days came, and judgment was given to the saints of the most High; and the time came that the saints possessed the kingdom.
Dan 7:23 Thus he said, The fourth beast shall be the fourth kingdom upon earth, which shall be diverse from all kingdoms, and shall devour the whole earth, and shall tread it down, and break it in pieces.
Dan 7:24 And the ten horns out of this kingdom are ten kings that shall arise: and another shall rise after them; and he shall be diverse from the first, and he shall subdue three kings.
Dan 7:25 And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time.
Dan 7:26 But the judgment shall sit, and they shall take away his dominion, to consume and to destroy it unto the end.
Dan 7:27 And the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, shall be given to the people of the saints of the most High, whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him.
We see the fourth beast makes war against the saints,and prevails against them,and they are given in to his hands for three and one half years,which is in the future,and God puts them down,and the saints possess the kingdom.
Rev 13:1 And I stood upon the sand of the sea, and saw a beast rise up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and upon his horns ten crowns, and upon his heads the name of blasphemy.
Rev 13:2 And the beast which I saw was like unto a leopard, and his feet were as the feet of a bear, and his mouth as the mouth of a lion: and the dragon gave him his power, and his seat, and great authority.
All 4 beasts in Daniel show up in the beast kingdom in Revelation in their chief mode of operation,with no minor role,for this is the beast kingdom in its entirety,and has the Babylonian spirit which represents the kingdom of man.
The ten horns is the physical dominion,which the Bible says they shall devour the earth,tread it down,and break it in pieces,which the beast,little horn,has power over all nations,kindreds,and tongues,which the Caucasian led nations will come together,including America,and will pull all nations together,which they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men.
Rev 13:5 And there was given unto him a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies; and power was given unto him to continue forty and two months.
Rev 13:6 And he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme his name, and his tabernacle, and them that dwell in heaven.
Rev 13:7 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.
Rev 13:8 And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world.
The fourth beast,ten horns,little horn is in the future,and is against Christianity,and the Christianity they go by now is not the truth for many of them.
They had a war mongering Christianity that is not of Jesus,and is false,at the leadership level of it,for there are many who did abide in the truth,but they spread a deceptive Christianity for some time in the past,and still it goes on today because when they embraced Christianity they did not get rid of their religious ways,but held unto them,and interpreted the Bible that way.
God is against them for they were about power,and pushing for dominion,and interpreting the Bible incorrectly,and not showing the love of Jesus,and many following a pagan interpretation of the Bible,and will eventually follow the new age movement interpretation of the Bible that God warns us about(1 Timothy 4:1-5;2 Timothy 4:2-4),based on spiritual evolution through nature,and will persecute the true saints as they have done in the past.
Rev 17:9 And here is the mind which hath wisdom. The seven heads are seven mountains, on which the woman sitteth.
Rev 17:10 And there are seven kings: five are fallen, and one is, and the other is not yet come; and when he cometh, he must continue a short space.
Rev 17:11 And the beast that was, and is not, even he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and goeth into perdition.
Rev 17:12 And the ten horns which thou sawest are ten kings, which have received no kingdom as yet; but receive power as kings one hour with the beast.
Rev 17:13 These have one mind, and shall give their power and strength unto the beast.
7 kingdoms.1.Egypt 2.Assyria 3.Babylon 4.Medo-Persia 5.Greece.The first 5 have fallen. 6.Roman Empire 7.Ten horn kingdom,the world split in to ten sections with a leader in each section. 8.The little horn,the man of sin who gets his power from Satan,and is of the other 7 kingdoms for the devil influenced them because no nation or kingdom did it right before God in the truth,except Israel when they were in the truth,for the best any Gentile nation did was mix God with the world,which is nice they acknowledged the God of Israel,but they went by their own ways also,which was cruelty,the wrong interpretation of the Bible for many.
