"Dan. 7:21 I beheld, and the same horn made war with the saints, and prevailed against them."

7:21 is saying that the church (the horn that had eyes and a mouth that spake very great things in Dan. 7:20) persecuted the saints. Many Bible believing follows of Jesus Christ were labeled as heretics by the church and slain.

"Dan. 7:22 Until the Ancient of days came, and judgment was given to the saints of the most High; and the time came that the saints possessed the kingdom."

The Ancient of days is the Holy Father. When he returns, judgment will be given to his elect and they shall possess the kingdom.

"Dan. 7:25 And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time."

This is the church as the power and authority of God on earth teaching doctrines against the Word of God such as selling pardons for sins; and the church was persecuting Christians for not submitting to papal authority.
Some of the times and laws changed by the church are the sabbaths on Sunday instead of Saturday. Now we celebrate the sabbath on the first day instead of the 7th day (day of rest).
We no longer have Passover (Jesus our savior) or the Atonement (Jesus our Redeemer). The church has given us Easter which has its origins in pagan fertility rites. That's where the Easter egg hunts and chocolate bunnies come from. And we have Christmas which was a random date set by the church to counter pagan solstice rites held at the same time.
"And they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time."
This is referring to "the times of the Gentiles" in Luke 21:24 and the "fulness of the Gentiles" in Rom.11:25.
The church shall have the power and authority of God over the people through "the times of the Gentiles" or until our Lord returns.
"The time and times and dividing or time" is the 42 months (42x30=1260) and 1260 days in Rev.11:2-3. The word "time" = 1 sacred Jewish calendar year or 12x30=360 days. The word "times" = 2 sacred Jewish calendar years or 24x30=720 days. The words "dividing of time" = 1/2 sacred Jewish calendar year or 6x30=180. When you add 360+720+180=1260 days or "the times of the Gentiles".
A lot of people have tried to figure out what "the times of the Gentiles (1260)" means.
I try to simplify it.

1= God
2= Jesus Christ separated from God
but 12= governmental perfection which we'll have when our Lord returns.
6= man
0 or 10= ordinal perfection

So 1260 = governmental perfection (12) when our Lord returns to rule over all men (6) at a time determined by God (0 or 10) or ordinal perfection.
