I managed to install "ChristianChat-3.7.3b-Setup.exe" on Win 10 only after I downloaded Adobe Air from the new Adobe Air owner HARMAN home page at (https://airsdk.harman.com/runtime)
Hello im trying to get into the chatroom but all it keeps saying is Connection Problem! Check your wifi/data connection. Then try again . Can anyone help me out? Thanks Amber
Since I upgraded to Windows 10 version 20H2 (OS Build 19042.804) the CC app will start to open but then crashes. Tried multiple things. No go. Using Adobe Air owner HARMAN as well.
Amber1980 are you on a Windows PC or phone? If Windows PC what version/edition of Windows? You can find this information out by clicking Start and type the word WINVER and press enter.

I'm having the same problem for 11 months now, getting the message: Connection Problem! Check your wifi/data connection. Then try again. Still waiting for a clear answer.
Yes, 1909 should be work as I was using the CC app on 1909 just fine. As far as the connection issue chances are you have some other software installed on the computer that is not allowing the traffic to go through. Such as a firewall or anti virus. I installed Windows Server 2019 Evaluation (fresh install) on a virtual machine and try it just to see if it will connect and it does but no members show up. Strange.
So an update on troubleshooting to get CC working for me again. I am using Windows 10 2004 version with the latest patches (MS updates) and the CC app 3.9.0 would open then close. So i uninstalled CC chat then install adobe air. Then i went to these locations showing in the picture
and removed the left over files. Then I installed Adobe Air first then downloaded/installed CC chat again and now it works.
I'm using 20H2 version of Windows 10 (by the way there will be a windows 11 coming soon) and it has been working ok. Could be something like anti virus blocking the app from connecting for yall? Not sure without a remote support session so I can see what you see on your screen.
Starting the week of June 28, those enrolled on the Windows Insider Dev Channel can also begin testing Windows 11. (which i am on the Dev channel). We will have to see if CC will run on Windows 11.
