We all need to humble ourselves...

How do you do that?

humility is realizing that you can't possibly fully keep God's law and recognizing why you needed Jesus in the first. You deserved that same death, Jesus took your place. So many turn from Him and don't realize it.

"You are severed from Christ, you who would be justified by the law; you have fallen away from grace." -Galatians 5:4

Today, thank Christ for dying for you, thank Him for forgiving you completely. Realize how much you really need Him, He is still, and should always be, the very center of WHY you are saved. Put your faith in Him, and His finished works. Not in your worthless righteousness, (Isaiah 64:6) but in HIS righteousness.

This is short, but it's just a reminder; and we all need to be reminded time to time, eh?

I Thank Jesus each day for dying on the cross for me and for His grace and mercy. Sometimes the hardest part is forgiving yourself for the wrong you have done and accepting His forgiveness when you dont feel worthy of it :(

Yes, this is true. I've asked the Lord to take away my regrets but He says they're good for me :)

I guess they're good if we keep the lessons learned and nail the guilt to the Cross and keep it there.

We should always be ready for reconciliation with those we've hurt or have been hurt by.

Remember to focus your eyes on the future and not the past. I try too....I'm getting better at it but it takes practice :)

Ms Lucy68, I have learned so many lessons along the way in life. I have learned more in the last 5 months then I have ever dreamed. It is so hard to try to stay focus when your whole world feels like it is falling apart around you and the hurt seems endless. I want reconciliation so badly, even thru all the hurt Ive been put through. Just feels like w each passing day, the hope fades more and more :( Sorry, just having a really really hard day today
