What does a spouse do when they have been rejected by a legal spouse and left along. Do the rejected spouse has the right to move on and date other people? Now keep in mind the spouse that has left is living with one of his childrens mother. If you were in this situation what would you do ?

Married is married. Dating while married is infidelity. Period.

Get a divorce and seek God's healing of my broken soul before thinking of adding another man to my life,

If your husband is guilty of unchastity, you are free to divorce him and marry another, I think.

And I say to you: whoever divorces his wife, except for unchastity, and marries another, commits adultery. Matt 19:9 RSV

A Divorce must happen first.. If your husband is living with another woman and is engaging in sexual relations with them. Then he is Guilty of committing Adultery and thus that is ground for a legitimate Divorce in scripture..

Yeah, there's no way that he's living with his babies' mama, and not carrying on with her. To the OP, get a divorce and stop being hubby's doormat.

Well I would say divorce is a sin unless the person has committed sexual immortality, so just living with someone is not good enough proof I would say

There is no such thing as "sexual immortality".

And he left his wife, to go live with his baby mama. There is absolutely no way that they are living together, and not getting it on under the sheets..

Divorce is always a grief to God. A writing of divorcement was allowed because of the hardness of their hearts according to Moses. This was reaffirmed in the NT. Remarriage is always an accommodation and never the ideal resolution. Remarriage is really only permissible in the death of a spouse according to scripture.

The admonition to remarry in place of burning in lust was an accommodation not an ideal resolution to the issue.

Ring Baby's Mama and ask her if she minds you coming to collect Papa.

That should put you in the picture.

There are lots of lonely Christian guys on the site, post a picture and see if anyone is interested.

Though it is very likely that he is intimate with her no one can really state it as a fact without solid proof. If in fact he is not doing anything that is a false accusation which can be judged.

What's an illegal spouse?

And why do you ask?
