My name is Brit and I am 14 years old. My mother is 45 and in November she was diagnosed with breast cancer. Our family doesn't have a history of breast cancer so it was quite a shock and has increased my risk of getting it in the future. My mom is going through chemotherapy and is currently bald. The good news is that her last chemo is this month. After that she has Radiation 5 days a week for I don't know how long. I think the main reason our family has survived through this is God. I haven't always been a believer but i have seen miraculous things happen to people that can only be explained by God. I will continue to pray for help and guidance and for my mother to be healthy again. Thank you Lord Jesus.

Awww, I'm so sorry to hear that. I pray that the Lord, the keeper of Israel who never sleeps, will strengthen and uphold your mother with His loving hands and restore her health and all glory will be ascribed to Him. He healed and prolonged Hezekiah's life, healed Naaman and many more, and He is still healing today. "Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases" (Psalms 103:2-3).

Cheers.:)

I'm sorry to hear she is not well. I will keep her in my thoughts.

My mother has been fighting Breast Cancer for years, and when she was bald, she had us write with marker on her head. Heehee. My mother is such a strong woman and with such a good sense of humor. God bless you and your family~<3

Dear RainbowRaindrop,
You are right to put your faith in God...especially in Jesus. He allowed himself to suffer for us, and most certainly understands what your mother and the rest of your family are going through.
My father got cancer when he was 88 years old and bet it, he is 93 years old today and doing very well !
My prayers are with you and your mother, God Bless.
