pastors called doctors/people called rabbis do you believe either to be wrong?

I've belonged to a couple of those places where they think the pastor or pastors can do NO wrong and from the pulpit they speak as though those that do not support the pastor's "vision" may be shown the door.

well everybody's different, each to their own,some joke too much,some are drab,some have huge egos,some can't stand change,some like change,some take everything seriously even when someone makes a joke,some never take life seriously,but ignoring someone isn't always the best solution because if someone is inwardly hurting you wouldn't want to leave them that way if you can help them change for the better,that is if you believe in doing right for God/Jesus because the lost are sin sick and we are to help them with wisdom,guidance, and encouragement,not simply shun them,and even if someone is working for God and yet every now and then are a bit of a nuisance that doesn't mean you push them to the side so to speak,you try to just explain that they bothered or offended you and would appreciate it if they would lay off from what they have done that is aggravating you,if you do that and they don't care enough to stop then yeah you may just have to try to ignore or overlook their behavior,but never the individual because God never overlooked or ignored us so there is no reason for us to ignore or overlook a person,after all nothing is accomplished that way,so try to find some middle ground and be vigilant of when the day could come that you can help the individual when they are in need of guidance later on down the road,because if you can help guide even one soul to God then at least you'd have done something "useful" for God concerning an individual!
