Been going through touch time lately and i can't sleep. Been feeling like im going crazy so ive been praying and somehow i feel refreshed again..

do have any suggestions on what can i do?
to have a healthy living and somehow, be happy on my life?

Yes take a long walk and then take some chamomile tea. But that is only a temporary answer.
Try to overcome what is keeping you from sleeping. What is bothering you?

well actually, tons of things, my health, family problem, and personal problem that i have to overcome..

Any kind of (hard) exercise, as already mentioned, a long brisk walk would certainly help, watch a video, listen to music that you like....try to avoid going onto sleeping meds for once you get onto them, they can be very difficult to get off!

As regards your problems, firstly sort out in your own mind what you can't change, then secondly what you can change, then go about systematically dealing with each one...

1. Walking..It's really therapeutic. Take a friend with you.
2. Cry once in a while. I know it sounds weird, but a good cry every now and then really helps. Just get it all out.
3. Watch your favourite cartoons. Let your inner child out. :)
4. Find something to be happy about. Personally I try to find at least one or two things to smile about when I'm stressed about something. My reasoning behind it is this..if I can find something to smile/laugh about, then I'll feel a bit better, and I'll know everything will be ok.
5. Get your groove on! Put on some music and get goofy.
6. Keep a journal. Recently I ended a 5 year friendship with a close friend. I was struggling to deal with it and another friend had suggested to me that I should just write down how I'm feeling. Keep a notebook and write down everything you're feeling and thinking, let it all out, and write it out as if you're writing letters to God. It's working for me so far.
