What exactly are you looking for by asking? People can tithe, pray, read their bible and go to church and still not know God or be saved.
This may fit better in the bible discussion forum, rather than the family forum. As well as get more responses.

“7 Be not deceived (refers to the fact that a Believer can definitely be deceived; Paul is speaking primarily of Believers allowing false teachers to move their Faith from the Cross to other things); God is not mocked (God, in fact, is mocked when we substitute something else in place of the Cross): for whatsoever a man sows, that shall he also reap (the Law of sowing and reaping, which will unfailingly come to pass).

8 For he who sows to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption (those who make something else the object of their Faith, rather than the Cross, which means they are now depending on self-will); but he who sows to the Spirit (does so by trusting exclusively in Christ and what Christ did at the Cross) shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting (God’s Prescribed Order of Victory).

9 And let us not be weary in well doing (Paul continues to speak of “sowing to the Spirit”): for in due season we shall reap (in God’s Time, our Faith in Christ and the Cross will not go unrewarded, but will bring forth exactly that which is Promised by the Lord), if we faint not. (Many start the race, but do not finish. They give up after a while, exclaiming that the “Cross” doesn’t work. Let all know and understand that we might fail, but the Cross never fails!)” Galatians 6:7-9

God wants our sacrifice not our offering. He doesn't need are money. He wants our heart.

The overly religious hypocrits did everything except give their heart to God. Everything was on the surface. But remember ananias in the book of acts. We cannot lie to the holy spirit and perform our way to impress God. He sees the inner parts of our heart.

Ecclesiastes 5
4 If you make a promise to God, keep your promise. Don’t be slow to do what you promised. God is not happy with fools. Give God what you promised to give him. 5 It is better to promise nothing than to promise something and not be able to do it.

Shouldn't our sowing and tithing come from our relationship with Christ?
Sure we can do sowing and tithing without a relationship with Him, but what does it accomplish?
My tithing and sowing (personally, not sure about others) are in direct response to how deep my relationship with Christ is.
Hope that makes some sense.

Question? Should I tithe First or pay my bills first? Which one is biblical?
Great question! To be honest I am not sure.
After all, scripture says render unto Caesars what is Caesars and unto go what is God's.

My initial sense here (not that am right) is that we pay tithe first, since we put God first.
Again, I may be wrong but that is my take.
Great question!
