i really really think that him looking for females when he feels lonely is really bad sign, that's a step closer to cheating. You should confront him about it (when i say confront is not in the way of fighting) and talk both like adults to see why he does that instead of going with you, his wife, to talk about his problems and give him support, you BOTH have to work a lot in this marriage, sorry but i dont think is healthy for you or anybody in your family to have a dad/husband who isn't home enough to have healthy family time ...and work isn't an excusse to not be there, hope you solve this problem soon and talk to him entirely with your heart.
