This is a joke, it is supposed to be taken lightly and with fun.

God one day turned to a group of Christians, and said "My children, I would like to leave you some commandments to live by."
"Thank you Lord, but your Son already gave us two to live by."

So He turned to the prophet Mohammed: "My child, I would like to leave you some commandments to live by."
"Oh that would not be possible! We would just end up arguing over which ones to adhere to and which ones are for infidels. I must decline."

So lastly God turned to Moses. "My child, I would like to leave you some commandments to live by."
Moses replied "Hmmm.... how much would it cost?'
"Nothing, I'll give them to you for free."

"I'll take ten please!"
