In our life's journey, we are experiencing times of love and grief. When there is no one person who understands. I had periods like that. It's so hard and there was no way out, but when I remember the goodness of God upon my life, I began to
rise up and become strong again

This may be my favorite song from Hillsong. It's very underrecognized too.
