Oh, so many. I'll start with the classics, and then drop in a couple of contemporary 'hymns':
Be Thou My Vision (trad Irish)
I heard the Voice of Jesus Say (Bonar)
Man of Sorrows, what a name (Bliss)
“Man of Sorrows,” what a name
For the Son of God who came
Ruined sinners to reclaim!
Hallelujah! what a Savior!
Bearing shame and scoffing rude,
In my place condemned He stood;
Sealed my pardon with His blood;
Hallelujah! what a Savior!
(There's one a version of this with a modern tune that's great)
Nothing But the Blood (Lowry)
It is well with my soul (Bliss and Spafford
My sin, oh, the bliss of this glorious thought!
My sin, not in part but the whole,
Is nailed to the cross, and I bear it no more,
Praise the Lord, praise the Lord, O my soul!
And some moderns:
In every Need (Phil Keaggy)
Actually a fusion of two hymns by Unitarians, but it takes all the best bits and smooshs them together, perfect for non-Unitarians like me
Our need to look to God, and the truth that is the power of prayer, that can "move the hand that moves the world, to bring salvation down".

Hosanna (Andrew Peterson)
Original lyrics. Reminds me of how much I need Christ, how I often forget I need Him. Great song, among many great Peterson songs.

With Melting Heart and Melting Eyes (Red Mountain, lyrics by John Fawcett 1740-1817)
This kind of belongs in the classics, because the lyrics are all 18th century, but the tune is new. A rich theological hymn with a moving new tune, it steps through an experience of grace from sinner to saint, with great joy!

Does not Thy sacred word proclaim,
Salvation free in Jesus’ name?
To him I look and humbly cry,
"Lord, save a wretch condemned to die!"
"Lord, save this wretch condemned to die!"
"Lord, save this wretch condemned to die!"
Come See the Morning (Nathan Tasker)
I think of this as an Easter altar call song. The atonement is on full display, with God's justice and mercy displayed at the cross, the battle bow no longer pointed at you an I. Helps that this is a guy I've had the pleasure of hanging with a couple of times, from my hometown.

Literally could double the size of this post and not post enough. So I'll stop now.
