All you have to do is copy the address on the address bar at the top of YouTube page. Then come back to this Quick Reply editor, click on the film strip on the menu bar, and then paste the copied address in the INSERT VIDEO CLIP box that pops up, and click OK. It will automatically post the actual video, like it appears on YouTube, when you click Post Quick Reply. I see the problem with your post, you accidentally got a period between the u and the b on the youtube part of the address.
Nope still will not work, but the old way of posting videos no longer works, you have to do the way I described above.
