Yeah Ugly, that was stuff I knew of actually from before. I've known a bit of Christian rock over the years. I've always believed or know of God. I just never gave myself fully to God.

yeah. I know for today. I liked them for a while but they got old. and there was a bit of drama with them and their old guitarist. I didn't care for how they handled the whole situation which may have affected my interest in them.
but they do have good lyrics.

I feel like the Facedown records people need to diversify. I mean it's cool but all of the bands sound the same. I understand a "style" but they need to not all play the same exact amps or have the same exact producer or something. I'm beginning to think they all share the same equipment when they record. I don't know why I put this here but I did. It's a derail.

Nope, this is the right place for it *poke.

I don't like most of the Facedown bands. Metalcore mostly. Back in the day they were putting out good stuff. More hardcore oriented. But like so many hardcore and metal labels, they've transitioned to metalcore as their dominant style.

So..Ugly..is that Mr. Eric Clayton in your avatar...and if so,it's pretty spiffy. Did you make it yourself? Even Debbie is fond of it...and you know her..she ain't fond of nothin'! lolz

That is, indeed, not Mr Clayton. It is some random, yet pretty frikin cool, pic i found online years ago and saved. Though i did find a pretty cool drawing of Mr Clayton in his old school garb, with angel wings, surrounded by people in hell, and he's reaching out to them, crying. I'd post it, but i don't think a Christian made it, as there is some nudidity in it 0.0 The people in hell are naked. Its just a drawing, not really sexual, but still, probably not wise to post here.

New album by The Burial coming out. Sounds less 'core' than their last CD, more metal. At least this song. So it sounds promising. Boo yah!

YES YES YES I like Stryker but I know that's old school but when I saw this thread Eureka !!! new artists!!! I actually like all Christian music from metal to skaa, girl groups to Christian jazz, Dc Talk is the closest I got to rap. (never heard a Christian opera) from Third Day to old southern gospel, but that just shows how long I've been around:)

Hmm... they played a new D song on that show a while ago. And Join The Dead isn't that new either. Are you sure this isn't an old announcement?
