When Trump won, I didn't gloat a bit. But that has changed drastically what with all the bellyaching, crying, and phony accusations the Dims keep on coming up with each time their latest blame-game whimpering tantrum fit falls to pieces.

I truly am beginning to become very disgusted with the whole pitiful sack of whining, sniveling, crybabies.
It's been well over a month and I'm sick of all of it.

SO WHAT? It's over until the next election! Trump won, no one else and those same phrases repeated over and over again are NOT SOLVING ANYTHING.
Using "well Hillary would have been worse" as an excuse to constantly gloat and put Trump on a pedistal is the same as someone using "not my president" or "love trumps hate" as an excuse for them to whine and pitch a fit.
JUST. PLAIN. STOP. And actually come up with solutions to whatever problem you find important or just enjoy whatever peace you may feel.
I don't jennymae had any intention or is required to solve a problem with her statement.

You are free to exit all social media. There is nothing wrong with gloating over your guy winning.
It's like when Green Bay won their last super bowl, I gloated until the divisional playoffs the next season.

That's just petty.

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think jennymae has been "gloating" or putting Trump on a pedestal anywhere...

And exactly what is all your pouting doing? Sitting in social media having a temperature tantrum that you lost trying to indicate others are doing nothing useful. Well, neither are you. Where's YOUR solution? Oh, you're too busy whining at others to do what.you expect others to do.
JUST STOP WHINING. Grow up and accept you lost, move on. Typical millenial. Does CC need a safe space for you to not get all butt hurt so you can safely spout your hypocritical tantrums with others as equally immature and incapable if handling minor issues? No participation trophy for you.

I like the way Obama was mocking and ridiculing Trump, saying: "What's he think he is going to do about making jobs for people? Just pick up the phone, and make it happen!?!?!"

That's EXACTLY what he did with Carrier.... without even being president with any power yet. And that's the kind of thing a truly great and effective man like this who honestly already knows how to get things done will keep right on doing.

Oh Utah, I didn't know you needed a binky supply. were you never weaned? ;)
Just teasing.
But seriously, if Hillary had won wouldn't you be just as annoyed by all the "Hillary will make everything wonderful and enslave the white man" memes? or how about: Hillary is putting the happy back in Happy Holidays.
It's things like that. Just let it go and move on. It isn't the president or president elect that makes America great it's the people. Seriously, we had 8 yrs of Obama and America is still great REGARDLESS of the stupid coming from his administration. And no thanks to him for sure.
My point is thus: Move on from the election, EVERYONE, and stop making your candidate out to be Jesus (unless your candidate was Jesus, which I guess could get a pass).
People actually did write in Jesus for a candidate (not sure if anyone did on here). But people tend forget Jesus didn't just die for Americans. He died for the world. And Israel is God's country, not the US. Nothing wrong with patriotism, but a lot of folks turn that patriotism into idolizing.

Quite frankly, you are making a jackdonkey of yourself by assuming that I haven't accepted the loss of my candidate and then you assume that I'm demanding a trophy.
Take your head out of your tush and read between the lines: Gloating is fine for the first week, so is complaining, but after that suck it up buttercup and MOVE ON.

I know! It doesn't make much sense to me but then again when the 12 disciples didn't know what the plan was they wanted and assumed that Jesus was going to overthrow the Romans. So... IDK. Maybe it's the same idea.

As most of you know I went from undecided, but slightly leaning left until Hillary said in the debate she supported 9th month abortions. That was the limit for me.

However, I am still uneasy about Trump, I hope he proves me wrong. I have some left wing, left coast friends who are democrats! Well, a few from other states, too. I did unfollow them before he got elected. I went back to follow them, and they were such sore losers, I decided to leave them be!

Being sad the day after your candidate loses is one thing. But, signing petitions months later and saying Hillary won the popular vote, after the vote and the electoral college had voted is beyond belief!
You're just mad because he's building a wall across the great lakes to stop all bad weather at the border.

Or maybe they just thought America needs Jesus?

I know someone who wrote in his own brother...

Peacenik & Paladino Story

1. Correction on my comments, regarding Paladino story

A. Peaenik linked to an article in The Guardian, which then linked elsewhere to the Paladino story, which didn't seem to actually say anything about Paladino.

B. I made a mistake; there WAS info on Paladino... it was on PAGE 12 of a 26 PAGE ARTICLE... and I just didn't see it.

It was pretty difficult to find the info in the middle of a 26 page article.

Also, it wasn't a normal interview, and nothing was in quotes.
It was a long list of people giving their different answers to some sort of odd looking questionnaire which each of these people supposedly answered.

Maybe it's all accurate, and maybe not.
There hasn't been any verification yet.

2. So far, Paladino hasn't made any comments on the story, to verify if he actually said these things or not.

I'm sure he'll say something sooner or later.

3. If he DID make all the horrible comments they're ascribing to him, we should still parse them to see if they were reported accurately, and if they were actually racist.

If he did make those comments, they SHOULD be evaluated fairly... but of course they won't be, lol.

4. IRRELEVANT:
It's all irrelevant anyway, because Trump's team ALREADY stated, publicly, they were AGAINST the Paladino comments, and they did NOT support any of them.

So, in a nutshell... it just has nothing to do with Trump anyway.

The election is almost 2 months old, lets get on with it. Trump won and you should deal with it. It don't matter who is president (although prefer Trump), God will always protect us and all we need to do is pray and everything will be fine.

I have to disagree.

1. God is sovereign.

2. Christians are his children

3. Although God is sovereign, and we are his children, that does not mean God will protect us in all things, at all times, and everything will always be fine.

A. Was Job always fine?
B. Were the OT prophets always fine?
C. Was Paul always fine?
D. How about when David sinned... was he fine?
E. How about your christian friend or relative that got cancer... were they fine?
F. How about Christians being martyred in China, Africa, the Middle East... are they fine?

* God's sovereignty means just that, that HE is sovereign... that HIS WILL ultimately prevails.
* It does NOT mean everything in our lives will always be fine.

God promises to give us PEACE in bad situations... he does not say all bad situations will disappear.
