...anyway I'm still sticking to my thoery that Google Glass and the Apple Watch will become the dreaded mark of the beast on the forehead or on the back of the hand which you will need to purchase things... (if you look at a pair of google glasses you'll see that it sits above the eye, so technically it hovers over the forehead area, and the apple watch sits right below the back of the hand)...and you can already buy stuff using the watch. Google is working on buying stuff with the glasses..

What about selling staff? is google also working on this non issue?

State of ISRAEL in 1948.

which is 70 years ago.


The destruction of the second Temple and Jerusalem
was in 70 AD which is 1,948 years ago.
That's right these two numbers 70 and 1948 again.

Given that it is concerning the destruction of the former
nation of Judah and of the Temple and that the prophecies
for our times are again for the destruction of Judah (Jewish Israel)
and again of Jerusalem (Armageddon) is this 1948 and 70 years
going to be fulfilled this year?

Also worth noting is that after the destruction of Solomon's
Temple in 423 BC the Jews were exiled for 70 years.
And then allowed to return to commence a rebuilding of
the Temple and the walls of Jerusalem.

I don't believe that the modern secular state of Israel has any bearing on the timing of the second coming of the LORD Jesus Christ.. For me it only one of the general signs that allow the end times events to happen.. Before the Jews returned and took control of Jerusalem some of the Biblical prophecies could not take place, but now they can..

The theory that the generation that saw the fouding of Jerusalem would see the second coming of the LORD was simply a theory made up and has provben now to be false 70 years is longer then a generation and so the theory has proven to be false..

So while the end times happenings could rapidly increase during this year i do not see this year as being any more significant then any time since the last 20 years...

I believe the KJV scriptures give a correct translation of the verses about the mark of the beast..

(Revelation 14:9-10) "And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, {10} The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:"

So i believe the Mark of the beast shall be injected into a persons forehead or into their hand.. It will not be an external wearable device..

I'm gonna stay on board with this that the math works for 2018 being a possible year for the Return of Christ. I believe it is in keeping with the Bible to keep living year by year, month by month, and day by day-- this is the best way to prepare the way of the LORD in walking worthy of the LORD in our own lives day by day, and to reach out to the world with the Gospel. I keep praying for more time for myself and for the world, since I don't feel prepared, and if we make it through this spring, I'm going to give all the unresolved and unfinished challenges and plans in my life the attention they deserve, and just take life one year at a time, one month at a time, and one day at a time, and keep walking in the Light of Christ, walking towards the Light in this life, and becoming the Light as the contemporary song goes... "Learning to be the Light."

I see happy people-- enjoying and sharing the Light!! What a world it could be--
It's such a beautiful world, such a perfect place to prepare for eternity;
Do we really need God to rescue us and fix the world for us? Maybe--if it's out of control; But, we could be doing so much better with this world.

I did not state that 2018 is the year that our Lord God Jesus would
return (in power and glory with his angels).

I have merely highlighted a "coincidence" in numbers concerning not
just the destruction of the OT temples but also of Jerusalem.
2018 may be a significant year for example the destruction of Damascus
and war with Hezbollah.
It may be the beginning of the Psalm 83 war.

I do know that God works in cycles of years and God is the
great mathematician.
Whilst there is no specific Bible prophecy that I am aware of
that declares 1,948 years or for this year of 2018 to be fulfilled;
everyone should be able to see that there is so much tension and
conflict between nations and alliances to warrant concern.

In the meantime the West (NATO) keeps poking the Bear.
Trouble is a brewing.
