so Icelands had a volcano erupt that hasnt erupted in 800 years.

I think people tend to forget that the whole earth is one of Gods creations and He still is in charge of it. Some people have this idea that God sort of stopped creating on the 7th day. Well, yea He rested but then He went to work to keep on looking after it on the 8th!
